I took a chance on this small company because of all the positive reviews. The installation was very sloppy at best. I asked for specs for the new equipment. The specs I received were for different models than the equipment I was sold. None of the new duct work fit together properly and is very leaky and needed a lot of tape. Condensation is leaking because the evaporator coil is leaning to one side and pressed against the side of the plenum. Also the shipping bolt was left attached to the blower motor and the installation instructions clearly say it needs to be removed prior to use. There are a few other things that I'm not going to bother listing. I will be getting a real professional to look at my equipment going forward.

Allen was amazing! We were fighting with our awful home warranty and he knew how to handle them, how to get things moving and how to get the job done. He was prompt at responding, kind, professional and our house is so so cool now. Would definitely refer him to anyone!
