He explained that the $145 was just for trap placement, not actual animal removal.  He said the $145 covered his transportation, setting the traps and his time.  He said he caught the mole and he left a bill (I think it was for $45?) but when I questioned him about it, he said he would let it go this time because of Angie's list confusion.  I don't understand why he doesn't talk to Angie's list about this and get it cleared up.||I told him I still had moles but he said they ran off down the driveway. I still have moles. So I basically paid $145 for the removal of one mole. I think I'm being generous to give a grade of D.  I mean he seems like a very nice guy, it's just that I paid $145, you have to pay extra for actual mole removal, I still have moles everywhere and that whole deal just seems completely unfair to me.

They answered the call right away and came either the same day or the next to set the trap.  The trap was place on an angled roof with an open can of cat food as bait.  I was a little unhappy when the cat food began oozing an oily trail down the roof, but figured it would eventually wear off with the weather.  It took several days to capture a raccoon but we did get one.  I always kind of wondered if it was the one that had actually been in our chimney, but realize there isn't any way the company could guarantee that.  When I called to say an animal was trapped, they were working on the south side and didn't want to come get the trap that day.  I had to kind of lean on them as it was a hot day and I didn't want the animal to stay there.  They did come and remove the trap that same day. <br />

There was an animal in our kitchen wall, scrambling to get out - it sounded like a baby squirrel. The owner - Art - came right on time to the house. He quickly identified the problem as well as its source: a bird had fallen behind the gutters on the back of our house into the wall, so he cut a very small hole in the wall at the base (just big enough for a bird), and coaxed it out into a cage, then set it free in the yard. Then he nailed the gutter board back into the roof, so this couldn't happen again. Perfect! <br />

I called and Art arrived about 35 minutes later. He worked for about an hour and finally was able to humanely catch the squirrel in our fireplace. He was very patient never hurt the squirrel while coaxing the squirrel out to be able to catch it. Art helped me make a temporary fix on the damper door to keep it in the closed position. <br />

After several attempts to catch the intruder, Art gave up and removed his trap.  Not only did he really try to catch it, he also sealed the hole (which he didn't have to do) and replaced my chimney that had blown off after the horrific wind storm.  Art goes above and beyond what is required. Also, he was very personable and professional.  I would definitely use his services again if I was so unlucky to have another animal problem.  <br />

It really only took one visit to catch the mole and the yard was torn up by that mole. He left the traps to make sure there were no more moles. He was very efficient and punctual. His prices are very reasonable as well. He is very knowledgeable about the animal removal and has been used frequently in our area by other homeowners.

After hearing claw scraping sounds from the crawl space on a Wednesday morning I joined Angie's List Thursday evening and searched  the top rated animal removal services. Mr. Lawson's <strong>All Animal Rodent Removal</strong> had the best references and an acceptable price structure. I called Mr. Lawson at 8 AM Friday and was lucky enough to get him before he left his office. He was here before noon and completed an inspection of the exterior of the house both on the ground and the roof. He determined where the animal was coming into the crawl space, he went into the crawl space and found that the incursion was recent due to the scent and lack of refuse. He placed a trap and instructed me how and when to check it. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. I called Mr. Lawson and told him, by the time we returned from running errands the trap and raccoon had been removed and a system installed to determine whether there were more animals under there. After my checking the system for several days with no evidence I called, he returned and installed screens behind the offending crawl space vents, as we had discussed in his previous visit. Overall, I had a very good experience working with Art and I thought that he was very fair.

Art Lawson, the owner of this business, advertised a special through Angie's List of $100 to remove any animals. What he meant to offer was $100 instead of the normal $180 that he charges to come to your home a set up traps. He then normally charges $40 per animal captured. He told me of the mistake, but still honored his commitment. He removed the four raccoons for a total of $100. Not only that, but the poor man got heat stroke from working in all this heat. He is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him even at his regular price.

I purchased a discounted deal with a Big Deal coupon and used it for his service.  He gave me service above and beyond what I paid for and did not charge me any additional costs, though they likely were warranted.  I'd definitely use Art again.  I only gave average grades in the responsiveness area because he's a 1 man show so you have to make a few calls before you can reach him and coordinate things.

Their service was great.  I referred them to one of my law partners and she used them two months ago.  Both of us were very happy with their service.  I had issues with raccoons and she had issues with mice coming into her house through the fire place.  They did a great job both times.  I would use them again in the future if needed.

He was really good.  I just spent a lot of time tying to catch them all in my yard and I never could catch them.  He came out and set 3 or 4 traps the first day and they were caught that night.  It was well worth the investment.  He caught them immediately.  He has done that twice now.

The owner showed up three hours late.  He left one trap in our attic space.  The trap was the same type of trap that we purchased at Lowes.  He returned several days later & found one mouse.  He was supposed to return the 3-4 days later to check again.  He never came back & did not return our phone call. 

He is so great.  The ground squirrels in our house have been causing major health problems with our asthma and he has been more than happy to come out after hours to help us with this problem.  He is always there when we need him to come and he has been very persistant with helping us make sure all of the squirrels are gone.  He has set all the traps we asked and has helped us with everything we asked.  There are so many great things I have to say about Art, I would definitely recommend him to others!

The owner came out and clearly stated his charges.  He also answered our questions about our problem.  He set several traps and then came out several times to check and move the traps.  Within three weeks he had trapped our mole.  He probably could have gotten it sooner if the weather had not been so dry and driven the mole deeper or to another location.  As soon as it rained, the mole reappeared, which the contrator had predicted.  We were very happy with the work done.  He was punctutal and professional.

I called art in the morning and he came right out within an hour to set the trap on the roof. 2 days later the raccoon was caught. He put a stick to hold up a board to cover the entry point to make sure there was no more activity. Experience was very good and you can't argue about the price. Critter Control was going to be about $100 more for the same service.

Art Lawson came out the same day that we called him, which was a Friday, and set two traps on our crawl space. He returned the following Tuesday and removed the traps. One of them contained the chipmunk. His charge is by the week. So he charged us $99.00 for one week's work.
