Not satisfied. The bid was confusing. I paid 3500.00 for a two and a half hour job. And then found out that didn't include the limb across my house. Really? WoW!

This company is absolutely awesome! The bid was very reasonable and the very cheapest. The crew was fantastic. The clean up was beyond what was expected. Would highly recommend!!

Have used their service both at my church and residence. Both large size and scale jobs done professionally and promptly. Extremely happy with their work.

Paid $200 to Angie's List for $400 of tree trimming services. Didn't hear anything from the company for nearly 2 weeks so I called them. They said that they did not receive notification of my payment to Angie's List or my contact information. They quoted me a cost of $700. + the $400 credit from Angie's List. My actual out of pocket cost was $900. I don't have the time to shop around for work such as this so I agreed to the cost. I had these same trees trimmed by another company a few years back for less than $700. Certainly it was not an $1,100 job which is what it cost me if Angie's $400 deal is considered as it should be. The work done was Okay I guess. Three of the trees appear to be a bit butchered but they will grow back I assume. The prior company that trimmed these same trees did a better job. I was not home when the work was completed. I was waiting on a statement from them to pay the remaining $700. I owed them. Less than 2 weeks after the work was done I get a call at work from them wanting their $700. Apparently they had my contact information after all. Their representative actually came to my place of employment that same day to pick up a check! Bottom line is the supposed $400. deal from Angie's List did nothing for me in terms of my cost for this project. I'm very confident I could have gotten the job done for less than the $900 out of pocket that I paid had I taken the time to get some other bids.

Excellent! Allen Services was awesome! Very professional, pleasant and thorough. Michael, Casey and the rest of the crew work quickly and left no mess, and left the wood we requested they leave. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

They done a great job. Was very fast at what they do and cleaned everything up.

It went better than I could have expected! They were quick to respond with a quote and was easy to schedule. They had the tree and the stump gone in no time! The owner, Allan, was even on site. He doesn't just send his crew out to do the job, he gets his hands dirty too. Very impressive. I would definitely recommend!
