So my journey to find a reliable company was not as easy as I would've thought it would be... until I contacted Ryan and Michelle with All Around Tree Specialists. I had contacted other companies and wasn't getting the correct vibe I'd want when spending this type of money and regarding large tree cutting around my house. Additionally, my calls would go unanswered or there were missed appointments. That changed when I contacted All Around Tree Specialists. <br /> <br /> Michelle returned my calls promptly or answered the phone when I called and after we made an appointment for an estimate, Ryan & Michelle came over at the agreed upon time. Ryan provided an estimate and we negotiated a price and I was happy with the final number to schedule then and there. I asked Michelle for a copy of proof of insurance and it was emailed to me the same night. <br /> <br /> I wasn't able to be present while the work was being performed but Michelle contacted me via text message and kept me up to date on their progress and even sent me a couple of pictures of their work. I returned home after the work was complete and aside from the four removed trees you would've never known they were there. The clean-up was A+. <br /> <br /> I hope it is a long while until I need All Around Tree Specialists services again, but when/if I do I will not hesitate to make them my first choice. The actual work was great, but I found something seemingly missing from this industry... customer service. Michelle & Ryan went out of their way to make the "customer happy", whether that be prompt return of calls, emails, documents requested, etc. <br /> <br /> This was a positive/great experience and I would have no problems recommending them for tree services! <br />

Ryan and Michelle, the owners, were very professional. Arriving and ready to begin the job on the scheduled day. Ryan gave me details on The removal of the tree without endangering other trees, our home or the neighbors. I was given updates on the progress, as the time passed. Once the tree came down and was cut into the size pieces I requested, they cleaned the area of all debris-stacking the wood in an orderly manner.
