Stay away from Anthony Litsch of All Aspects, Home Improvement for anything. I wouldn’t wish the horrible experience we have been going through on anyone. Do not give him a penny. He is a liar and a thief. We has the misfortune to have hired Anthony in the beginning of May 2020 to do a job he said would take 3 weeks. . It is August 2020 and it is still not finished.. When they do show up it is no more than twice per week and then only for 90 minutes at a time. We are now on the 4th week of no one showing up at all. Just endless broken promises, lies and excuses. They do not clean up – There is garbage inside and outside of my home for weeks. Jus lies and a complete lack of ethics and he is incapable of being honest. No pride in anything. He took our money gave us lies , excuses, garbage and almost no work. We will have to pay for everything twice. He should be out of business and his license revoked. He does not take any pride in his work or his word. Do not trust this person with any job big or small.

Total home renovation
Response from ALL ASPECTS HOME IMPROVEMENT
"This was a job that was started as a tight budget job, and the customer went [Member Information Removed] over their budget. They demanded many upgrades and additions, refused to pay for them. Demanded things done for free, or next to nothing, and had workers doing multiple side jobs for them while they were supposed to be focusing on the main job. No one on this job was beat out of money, this is a slanderous statement that will be addressed legally. As of now there is still a great deal of money owed to All Aspects, All Aspects had to take a break from the job because payments were refused to be made, we were told multiple times that the customer ran out of money, and we simply could not sustain this job under the financial stress anymore."

Anthony Litsch of All Aspects Home Improvement with address in East Northport, NY was hired in August 2019 to do an EXPENSIVE home general remodeling. During the entire 5 months + that he “worked” on my home, he was VERY rarely there and mostly unreachable. The lies kept pouring out of his mouth when asked direct questions related to the house reno progress and materials that we paid for. His people came in inconsistently and they had NO MATERIALS to work with because Mr. Litsch did not buy materials for my house with the money I paid him (on time, as agreed.) Instead, he used excuses as of why my materials were not on site. The workers would sometimes not show up until 10 am stating that they were at Home Depot buying supplies but they would be gone by 3-4 PM regardless. I also went to Consumers Kitchen and Baths and used a designer to make my kitchen cabinets, countertops and bathroom cabinet and countertops. Mr. Litsch has a contractor’s account with Consumers so I paid Consumers for my kitchen and bathroom through him. He never fully turned in the payment to Consumers for my cabinets and countertops, even though I gave him the money to do so, and he confirmed he paid them multiple times. With Consumers orders along, we have paid All aspects over $38,000 beyond the original contract and change orders and we have nothing to show for. He left my home “naked” with no siding on the front and no stone. After almost 6 months on the project, all of the town inspections failed, there’s was no licensed electrician or plumber onsite to remedy the situation and the workers that showed up inconsistently were packing their tools every day as if it was their last day onsite. When talking to the workers, I was informed that they too have a hard time getting a hold of Anthony and that they keep asking for materials without receiving any conclusive feedback. I had no choice but to protect myself and give Anthony an ultimatum at which point he cussed me out and stopped responding. I cut ties and Anthony left my home in “unlivable” conditions inside as well. He never finished the job, never provided the refund for the monies given to him as contractually agreed. DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST him or his company (or companies). Even though I do not know the person who posted the other “F” rated review, I can fully resonate with their experience with Anthony Litsch and All Aspects Home Improvement INC. I am now left not only with an incomplete project, but with sub standard work that does not meet code, damages to personal property (they destroyed my sprinkler system, a brand new $3,600 Exterior door that is now stained with cement splatter) and more. I have paid All Aspects Home Improvement INC and Anthony Litsch over $147k in total monies and my house is in ruins and not livable.
Response from ALL ASPECTS HOME IMPROVEMENT
"This job site has been inspected by multiple companies, and absolutely nothing found to be incorrect. This customer just simply ran out of money, and is trying to make the insurance companies pay to finish his job. It’s unfortunate but this seems to be happening a lot with the pandemic"

All Aspects located on Clay Pitts Road in East Northport did not and would not deliver the services and items I paid for. I found out through Consumers Kitchen and Bath that Anthony never ordered the the $2623 + worth of bathroom items supposedly invoiced which I paid for. Instead, he would not show me any invoices for kitchen and bath products and pocketed the money. Additionally, He also took a $6000 deposit on an air-conditioning system he never delivered, refused to give me a $2969 credit on a beam ceiling and Pocketed $4162 for a kitchen counter. There’s more. I ended up buying all of the bathroom items on Wayfair, Home Depot and other resources we were stuck without having a place to live while his workers took off days and left early. My home was left in the filthiest condition and garbage including food items were left every day. He would not speed up the job which he promised to be done within six weeks. His workers destroyed my plumbing in the basement by not covering a slop sink and pouring paint into the drain. After four months I could not justify giving him any more money. The workmanship was very sloppy and filthy. Much of the work that he did had to be redone by another contractor. The list goes on. He rarely showed up on the job and after two months of no show I decided not to give him any more money. I truly believe that this is Business is just a front for him to steal money. Unfortunately, I recommended him to a friend of mine at the early start of the job and he pocketed about $2000 of her money. This company is bad news.

Extremely happy with the work. I originally found All Aspects Home Improvement on Angie’s List. I was very Impressed by Anthony from our first meeting. Hired All Aspects to repair major problem with the support beams under our deck. They completed the work while we were away. on vacation. The work on the deck was terrific. I feel very safe again. We then decided we wanted them to renovate our kitchen. As the work went on, we were in constant contact with Anthony and Tony our “project manager”. Tony and his partner Alex we’re fantastic workers, always on time and always available. When we had questions or concerns Tony was extremely helpful and patient with us. Needless to say we added more work onto the kitchen reno but the results are just fabulous. We had confidence in their work we trusted Anthony & his contractors. Tony and Alex continued to work on our renovations while we went away on vacation, Tony would communicate with me by text, phone & pictures when I was curious. I tried to compile all the work that was done but I may have missed some things as they did so many extras for us. The house is like brand new. The pictures I am posting do not do it justice as this kitchen is my dream come true. I am so happy with everything. Anthony was so helpful during this process and worked with us during estimates and add ons. We Highly recommend his company!!

Absolutely fantastic. The greatest attribute of this vendor is their ability to communicate clearly, frequently and well.. Anthony handled all aspects (!) of the paperwork and gave me a clear estimate of the work to be done, handling, again ,all aspects of the job without me having to coordinate a thing. When you add all the components up, his pricing was spot on with the other vendors, but, due to his excellent communications, and the competency of his crew, the job was done efficiently, neatly and on time. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

From having Anthony's guys fix bad contracting work, to then redoing my kitchen from A-Z, I could not be happier. From the ceiling, to the backsplash, to installing a new sliding glass door, to adding new recessed lighting, you would not believe the transformation. Two years later, my faucet has started to leak (no fault of Anthony's crew...I think the unit wasn't right from the very beginning), Anthony has been kind enough to have one of his guys check and replace the faucet. It's not easy to find a contractor who does the right thing nowadays. Thanks for restoring my belief!

We called All Aspects to remodel our kitchen and remove a wall between our kitchen and den. Anthony's quote was reasonable, and he is a straight shooter - there was no guesswork at all during the process. Working with his cabinet vendor / designer was a breeze, and we love the product they provided. As for Anthony and his team, they were professional and courteous throughout the entire project. We ran into several unexpected issues during demolition phase. They were able to adjust on the fly and make sure we were fixing the problems properly, not just masking them - and at a fair price. We also changed our minds about a few things during the process, and they were always happy to accommodate us and ensured we were satisfied with what we were paying for. We started the project mid to late October with the goal of having everything substantially complete by Thanksgiving. Despite all the setbacks and changes, they made sure all hands were on deck, and we were able to host the holiday. Would 10/10 recommend and use again.

After having our kitchen and den completely remodeled by All Aspects, we called on them again to update our first floor powder room. As expected, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The guys on-site are professional, punctual, and courteous. Anthony checked in regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan. There were no hiccups, and we love the results.

Anthony provided a detailed estimate in a timely manner. Throughout the very long renovation (cabinets were very delayed so not his fault) he was very responsive. He was accommodating of last minute changes. His workers are also nice. Happy with all the work.

I was very excited about this home improvement project. The start and demo went well. The job took three times as long as estimated. The contractor made many mistakes from the flooring to the cabinet installs. He was rarely on sight and cut many corners. I was very unhappy with the craftmanship. I had to hire another contractor to fix all mistakes.
Response from ALL ASPECTS HOME IMPROVEMENT
"This is not an accurate reflection of how All Aspects handled this, or any renovation. Unfortunately this customer took on a big project without actually having the funds to complete it. The job schedule was held up due to Payment schedules not being meat. Any one who knows All Aspects knows that we do not cut corners, in fact we are known to have always gone above and beyond."

I have always found All Aspects to be a very fair and responsive company. The owner, Anthony, is an all-around good guy and very much involved in every project. I have had to wait a bit for availability on a couple of occasions, but you can hardly fault them for being busy!

Working with Anthony was easy. It started with a phone call or email, followed by a site visit to spec out the work. Within a few days (or maybe even same day) he returned a detailed quote via email. It included line items showing exactly how the price came to be. I scheduled the work for a weekend. The team showed up on time and finished by the time he said they would. Usually when I hire contractors there is at least one thing I need to call them back for, even for simple jobs. This job was flawless. I got one other quote for this job. It was 3 times higher.

The chimney cap had blown off during a storm in December 2015.  A chimney liner had been installed previously (1998).  Since then a new boiler was installed and it was explained that the chimney was not able to pull efficiently because of the smaller size. <br /> The necessary work was fully explained after everything was assessed. Everything went well.  The work was completed in a clean and professional manner. <br />

This is the 2nd time I've used All Aspects for home improvement.  I can't say enough good things about them.  The owner, Anthony, is prompt and polite as is his crew.  His work is excellent and the crew cleans up after themselves.  They are reliable and punctual.   I would recommend All Aspects to everyone and would use them again myself. <br />

These guys were good.  They showed up when they said they would show up.  They were punctual with their appointments for an estimate.  They had to add new support beams for my first floor from the basement and had to take down my entire drop ceiling grid to get access to the beams.  The work took longer than they originally stated it would take however that was due to the tedious nature of the work required.  No issue from me there as I wanted them to take their time and get it done right.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />They honored their original estimate despite being there longer and their communication throughout the process was good.  I was very impressed with these guys since I know it wasn't an easy job.   Would hire again assuming any new quotes are competitive (like this one was).  Anthony definitely seems like he knows what he is doing. <br /> <br /> <br />

I cannot rave enough about how much I love this company.  I am VERY meticulous about how work is done, what it should look like and cleanliness, and especially with doors and how they should open and close. 2 men removed, discarded and replaced all doors and put on the molding in less than 1 week.  They cleaned up after every job so well that I could not even tell they were there. The painter was so meticulous on sealing all finishing nail holes, he even removed and replaced tape that was peeling in all of the corners and ceiling. His painting made it look like the house was new construction.  I was so happy with this company's work, I have already scheduled them for the next job- replacing/ updating my fireplace.

After reading the reviews here, I called and left a voice mail for Anthony 45 minutes ago. He returned the call within a couple of minutes, and said he would be available in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20. He gave us a price of $60, which was far better than we usually pay. He did an excellent job quickly, shoveling around my car and on the walks, and I tipped him $10 for his punctuality. I am glad that I signed up for Angie's List. I hope to use Anthony for other jobs in the future. <br />
