We specialize in commercial roofing replacements and repairs. We are a roofing company based in Dallas, and commuting across most of North Texas to provide services for our clients. We specialize in roofing repairs, but also offer many other services which can be found on our website. We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We have 10 years of experience in our trade and always do our best to keep our clients as educated as possible regarding their particular task or project as we complete it. We are happy to accommodate for Spanish speakers in addition to English speakers, as many of our workers are bilingual. We offer great pricing since we have our own supplies.

The company is very professional and the customer service was great. They arrive at my home and inspected the leak in my roof. They took pictures and walked me through a step by step process for the repair. The team was prompt and responsive. The project turned out really well, and they were successful at stopping the roof from leaking.

These guys were great. I contacted them on a Friday and they were here Monday morning to get started. Very responsive to calls and texts, reasonably priced, great guy to work with, and got the job done in half the time I expected it to take. They also did a perfect job of matching my 10 year old shingles - so perfect, my insurance company couldn’t tell from the photos where the repairs had been done. Would definitely use again!

Everything was quick and easy! Set up appointment for Saturday, and within an hour the roof was inspected and the seals fixed

Interaction was great with representative Brandon (thought he was nice). I was given a quote to replace my turbine, reseal some tiles, and replace/reseal another pipe looking thing on my roof. His crew did the job and I noted everything was disposed of as if they'd never been here. Overall it went well. My only issue is the 30 day warranty, which seems short for the areas that I was advised needed maintenance. Not sure if it would be 30 days for actual roof repair or replacement.

Dealt with Brandon and things went by smoothly and everything was as it should be. He gave me a free inspection and estimate. Was able to send someone out right away to get the repairs done. His quote was really close to these online quotes you can get from these sites. I've been in the building industry long enough to know if these guys were trying to gouge me. They did not. Fair pricing for sure. I'm happy with how everything turned out. Will use again! Thank you Brandon, and to your workers as well!

Workers arrived early and got right to it. Tore off old shingles and felt, replaced with new. Fixed a few spots where sheathing had deteriorated over time. Workers were very quality oriented. They did a great job, I'll have a roof that will last many years.

This is a correction to the review left 7/22 - regarding a roof leak. My mistake. The original repair was made by a different company. All Available was contacted and successfully fixed the problem, The work was done promptly and professionally. Totally pleased with All Available - Grade A.

Really well. They offered a great price and did the work promptly. We had to wait for rain to come to check the repairs, and they didn't hesitate to come back out to make additional repairs at no additional cost. They stand behind their work and provide great service.
