Joe, is nothing short of amazing. This is the third time we have had him work on our appliances over the past several years. He is extremely knowledgeable , hard working, charges affordable prices for the amount of work performed and will go beyond what needs to be done to ensure the customer is satisfied. I will not use another appliance repair man.

Joe responded right away to my email and went out of his way to come during the only time I had free. He showed us exactly what needed to be done, explaining why a previous repair had failed. He then went on to clean our oven, which was way beyond what we expected! He is a consummate professional, and I plan to hire him again for any future repairs.

Joe was able to fit my in the day I called - everyone else i had called couldnt get to me for a week. He was respectful and professional and evaluated and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was clear that repairing the fridge was going to be more expensive than replacing it.

Great! Joe arrived at the end of the schedule window in a mask and gloves. We had already located the problem area; he immediately diagnosed the broken part, then swapped it out, tested the machine, and buttoned everything back up in about an hour. Friendly and professional.

left a message with Joe at 8:30 am, he called me back at 10:00 and got here at 11:45. Replaced pump and was gone at 12:15, he cleaned up any water that was on the floor and tested the machine. fast and professional. Would hire him again in a second.

Terrifically! I spoke with Joe in the morning. He was able to come, diagnose and fix the problem the same day for a lower cost than I anticipated. He was professional, personable and thorough. He also gave me tips for keeping the dishwasher working well and fixed the sticking on/off button, which was extra nice. I will definitely call him for future appliance repairs and unreservedly recommend his service.

Our Maytag dishwasher stopped washing. After leaving a message, Joe got back to me the next day and we scheduled a visit. He showed up on time and proceeded to repair the dishwasher. He took extra time to explain everything to me and installed the dishwasher properly since it was loose, He also fixed a small leak in my faucet and gave me good tips on how to deal with kitchen vent and stove. We will definitely use Joe's services in the future.

Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. I will definitely call him if any other appliance starts acting up.

He opened up the dishwasher, wiggled the wires, and it started. He told me what part I would eventually need to order if it breaks again, and showed me how to replace the part and fix it myself next time. I was delighted.

Joe was very nice and professional. I called him out for the Fridge and Washer and ended up asking him to look at a couple more things. He knew a ton about each thing we asked about (and believe me my husband knows and tried to fix this stuff himself). Joe is honest, knowledgeable, professional, and a very nice person. I'll for sure have him out if we need anything else, even my husband approved and he's a total do it himself guy. Thanks Joe!

There was a gas smell coming from the oven when the oven was turned on. Parts of the burner were clogged. Joe came out and cleaned it out. Stove is working fine. No gas smell

Apparently my 7 year old dishwasher was never installed correctly by the builder! All Brands had to re-secure it by re-installing the backets and and test that it was level and was draining properly. He saved me from having to purchase a new one. I asked for advice regarding another project and he willingly provided the best overall solution that would cost the minimum amount of time and effort. I would definitely use All Brands again and would highly recommend them.

"Sorry but we have no record of you contacting our company. Please verify. If you only sent an email to contact us i'm only one person work 7-7 6 days a week and don't have a change to log into all the sites i'm associated with. Please note that in our company info it says Contact us to schedule service. More importantly mother has been in hospital after taken a stroke falling and breaking her femur and hip and hope she regains consciousness. In future i will do my best to log into the 17 companies that customers call me from to check if they message me. Thanks for your input and Happy Holidays."

All Brands was fantastic. Contacted me right away and set an appointment to come out and see my issue. Once arriving, he was very friendly and professional and diagnosed the issue. He also went ahead and replaced a part that he saw would potentially be problematic in the future. Was a pleasure doing business and will surely use again!
