We hired this company in January 2021 to remove a wooden awning and three brick pillars from in front of our property. In the mist of removing the pillars, our limestone steps got damaged. Also when removing the pillars, they were supposed to level all three of them to look appeasing, which they didn’t. The workers didn’t protect the property properly. They were not skilled and very sloppy. At the time, I was promised that they will come back the following week to get the step fixed. Guess what... they never came back, and it’s almost May. I call/text on a regular basis. I just keep getting a runabout answered. This company is small, overwhelmed and extremely unprofessional. For such a small job, I’m in disbelief that they couldn’t complete it. As a customer, they made this whole process miserable. Lesson learned: if the price is too good to be true... then walk away. I should have.

I used this company to clean out my basement. I’ve lived in my house for 60 yrs. so needless to say there was much to be gotten rid of. ...The team that came was very professional and through. The young man Johnny was extremely helpful. I’m relocating and I will use them again to remove the final items. I highly recommend this company.

We hired ACS to replace a bunch of broken tiles on the front patio of our apartment building. It turns out there was more to be done than replace tiles--we had to have new concrete poured for the entire patio itself, since the existing concrete was very old and falling apart. ACS communicated with us fairly well throughout the project (sometimes weather delayed their being able to work--which was not their fault), and the gent who did the tiling was very good. The end result looks great. The whole project took about two weeks from getting the free estimate to completing the work, which is not bad in NYC. We would hire them again.

All went well, I had carpet removed and will be hiring for painting. Excellent prices, honest owner.
