Overall it was fine. The parts of the carpet cleaned look good and the jury is still out on if the PURT removed the smell of the pet stains. Could take up to a week they said. It was frustrating because there is a small landing at the top of one set of stairs they didn't clean. I have never had to specify that was part of the stairs, every other carpet cleaner I have ever had has included it. Also, I asked for a rug to just be cleaned and they didn't do it. It cost more than I have paid in the past as well.

Some stains came out but they were not able to get out several stains. I was surprised since the stains were only there for about a week prior to cleaning. I've also noticed a few other small spots that look like they have come back.

The team arrived on time, did a walk-through and asked questions about the carpet. They focused on areas that needed special attention. The work was done efficiently, and the carpets are much improved. The men were friendly and respectful. I am satisfied with the out come.

Martin called when he was on his way and arrived right as scheduled. He explained everything he was going to do and how the process worked. Was very careful moving furniture. Was a great experience carpet looks great!

Martin came out we went over everything that needed to be dond. First time I have used chem dry so I was used to the steam cleaner vaccums and took me a bit by surprise they didn't use them but used floor buffers with absorbent cleaners. He explained this to me and the carpet looks great. Martin did a great job and I will be requesting him again in the future. I had 2 bedrooms a master closet and 2 area rugs done with the Angie's list big deal.

Tech arrived about an hour late, but was attentive to my requests. When making the appt., I was quoted $200 to add oriental rug to the Big Deal, but he added the rug for $65, so was happy about that. One cat vomit stain did not completely come out, but everything else looks good.
