While cleaning our basement last month we found a crack in one of the glass block windows and called All City because they have a lifetime guarantee on their windows. We have called them 8 times over the last month leaving a message each time to give us a call about the window and have never got a call back. I ended up calling Pittsburgh Glass myself and they did send me a new replacement window but I still need the work done to install it. <br /> <br />

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND THEY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW I WANTED MY WINDOWS SET. MATCHED ALL MY OTHER WINDOWS THAT WERE ALREADY GLASS BLOCK.
