For those of you looking for an honest, kind, caring person in the world of “hazardous vapors” look no further than this company. Kevin at All Clean Environmental Services took my panicked call on a Saturday and listened in detail about health concerns regarding “moth ball odors” in my family’s rental property. With that he volunteered to come and “check out” the offensive odors. Kevin was very discreet as well as thorough in his handling of visit to “our” home. Having never dealt with this problem he was quickly in contact with his suppliers of treatment options.

I am very happy that I had All Clean Environmental Services to fulfill my project. They are extremely reliable in all aspects, price is reasonable. The terrific asbestos removal job was done, my place is left been very clean. The most important for me was a direct and clear communication with Kevin from the first phone conversation, during the project and after it was finished. He is a very knowledgeable specialist and the nicest person. Kevin went above and beyond making me been comfortable and absolutely worry free. Would like also mention that I appreciate how detailed were Kevin and Sorany with all documentation I was getting from them via emails. Thank you so much, Kevin and Sorany! It was  a fantastic experience from start to finish. Top notch company. <br />

Overall it went pretty well. <br /> The guys showed up a bit late and arrived with 2 fewer guys than originally indicated. When the foreman saw the job he was concerned that he needed the two other guys and whether they would be able to complete the job the same day. <br /> My unit is on top of the space with asbestos but they assured me that there was no risk and that they would seal the ceiling. <br /> By 12:30, they finished the job which seemed exceptionally fast and left me slightly concerned that they hadn't sealed everything completely during the removal.  <br /> During the process, they also accidentally broke the clamp holding the ground wire down to the water meter but luckily I noticed it the following day. <br /> Finally, they forgot to remove all the protective elements as there was still a piece of plastic covering the window that they had put, which again left me concerned about their thoroughness.  <br /> Still they did a quick job and for a good price and the air quality test they performed shows that the area was safe. <br /> They are often difficult to communicate with - full voice mail - no email reply - but they got the job done and now the building is asbestos free. <br />

We wanted second opinion on our property. We requested a visual inspection of some unusual looking stains for mold. Kevin was very personable and did an excellent job. Happy to report all was basically fine. Just needs a simple cleaning.

We recommend  them. The men did a very good job. The person who first came out underestimated the feet of removal and therefore the cost but the company made good on the original estimate they gave us. Only problem is they have no one in the office full-time and it is hard to get someone to call back. The crew was  very courteous, thorough and careful. We give them high marks except for that one issue above. <br />

Kevin took great pride in his area of expertise and was very reasonable.  He told us exactly what needed to be done and was fairly priced.  We ended up not using his service because he was giving us an estimate for a potential buyer of my inlaws house who ended up not purchasing the property and the property was sold to a builder who did not require this service.  If I ever needed this type of work I would call him. <br />

The crew that came out was very good, and they did a very efficient job. They were pleasant to work with. They explained what they were going to, and then they explained later that the duct work didn't need that much cleaning, but we had them do it. We were a little surprised at the price, as we thought it was more than we expected.

The contractor fully delivered.  They were punctual, professional, clean, said what they did, did what they said, and closed out the job with the proper documentation. <br /> As part of a steam heat boiler replacement project, this crew cleaned/removed asbestos from the outside of the boiler, took apart the whole boiler into its sections, cleaned/removed asbestos from the inside, and then removed the whole boiler from the house.   <br /> Documentation was provided to indicate that the removed asbestos was disposed at a licensed disposal facility and the scrap metal was recycled. <br /> The crew of 3 performed their job, cleaned up, and then worked with the air quality technician to take the proper samples. <br />

We had a very good experience with Clean Air Environmentals. I worked with Kevin who was extremely responsive and seemed like he was invested and cared about doing right by us. We had three asbestos removal companies come and give us estimates. Kevin was by far the most detailed and was the only one who actually took samples for lab testing to make sure that what he thought was asbestos was really asbestos (and all were within the same price range). Given that we were also doing demolition in the basement, Kevin gave us multiple options on how we could do the asbestos removal, which was really nice. <br /> On the day scheduled, they came on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. After the asbestos removal, and after all of the demolition in the basement the following week (walls, built-ins, and ceilings), I found some additional asbestos that was not seen as a result of being hidden under the ceiling and under walls. I called Kevin and he came to my house within 15 minutes, and said that he would have his crew take care of the asbestos the next day that should have been removed but was clearly not visible by the people who initially did the removal and an outside inspector. He also said that he could have them remove the additional asbestos that was hidden in the ceiling that none of us had any clue about (so was not in the initial estimate, which was appropriate). True to his word, the next day, everything was done as was explained, again on time and efficiently.  <br /> This company is easy to work with and clearly has the customer in mind. I highly recommend working with Clean Air Environmentals, as we were extremely satisfied with their service. <br />

They were the least expensive. They showed up, did the work and everything was fine. There were no issues.

They were really good and they did a really good job.  They did exactly what they said they would do.  They were very professional.  The quality of service was exceptional and the price was exactly that they quoted us.

Kevin Goheen was prompt and easy to get a hold of came out and gave quote on the asbestos removal. Very pleasant and straight forward and detailed as to how the project would go. The process of figuring what dates with the permits that the job could be done were accommodating. Kevin kept me informed which made it easy. The crew that came out  (Nicholas and David) were profesional, courteous, cleaned up and did fantastic job. Project was easy and a success. Would HIGHLY recommend. <br />

They got the permit and did the job right on schedule. They did a job so cleanly it looked like there was never any material on the pipes when they were done. So this was an entirely easy and painless process. <br />

The initial visit was in 24 hours of hte call.  Kevin came to the house and looked at both the attice and basement.  He said the attic pieces can be removed using a "glove" method and the basement pieces will be removed if falling off the pipe, but most can be encaspulated.  The price was split about $600 for the attic and $650 for the cellar.  He took care of the town and state permits.  The crew of 3 people showed up on time and covered the floors with plastic.  They removed two old water tanks in the attic and then removed the asbestos.  That took about 1.5 hours.  The basement took about 5 hours because of the number of areas to encapsulate.  They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves.  The cost was reasonable considering the number of people and time spent.  <br /> I had another contractor who I called initially (Environtek) and they asked me to send pictures.  When I told them that I don't know what I am taking pictures of, they sent out a "mold" specialist who of course found remnants of mold, but nothing active.  He could fix that for $1,000. He took pictures and sent them to the office.  At that point I did not want to deal with them, I called Clean Air.based on their ratings on Angies List and was very pleased.    They were very professional and allowed me to use the 7% coupon on the price, so I went with them to do the work <br />

went very well.  jeff and his wife connie are very experienced and thorough-- they are really the experts when it comes to all kinds of allergens, including mold, and have their own techniques for testing.  they were really helpful in providing follow up and i would recommend them to anyone.  they were very booked and came to me on a saturday which i really appreciated.  they have several good books which provide excellent additions to the info i received in the report. <br />

Professional, reliable <br />

It went great. I think overall, they were responsive and the people that came to do the work seem very competent. Nothing they did went above and beyond but they were good.

Project was a complete success.  Kevin came to my home to evaluate the project and give me a price estimate. He was courteous and professional to work with. I thought the price estimate was reasonable.  We spoke in detail about what work was required to remove the asbestos in the house.  I was hoping to save the hardwood floor which was under the vinyl in the kitchen. Kevin was candid in telling me that this may not be possible but his crew would try. <br /> The workers did an excellent job.  They preserved the wood floor which underlay the vinyl.  They did a thorough <br /> clean-up of the work area both in the kitchen and basement.  <br /> I was able to subsequently hire a floor refinishing company to sand and polyurethan the kitchen floor.  <br /> It was a relief to be rid of the asbestos-filled pipe insulation coverings.  They were a clear health hazard.  I replaced them with fiberglass pipe insulation which is much safer and more efficient. <br /> I was very pleased with the work done by Clean Air Environmental, Inc.  I would hire them again without hesitation. <br /> <br />
