They cleared the gutters quickly -- but left a bit of debris on the ground

I've got gutters that are on like the third floor, and they did everything for the $99 promotional price. I think they do a good job, and I think they're pretty reasonable. I think they're on time.

They came, they saw, they de-mossed. No pressure washing and all ecologically safe. There was some white stuff on the roof and the distinct smell of vinegar for a while but it eventually went away. The moss was gone!

They were done quite fast but it started raining as they were cleaning up the debris that they blew off the roof so some smaller pieces were left on my lawn and driveway. Those got tracked into the house for a few days until the rain stopped and I removed them.

Pre-paid $99 for gutter cleaning, and it was good from January to July 1. When I called to schedule I was told he was no longer honoring that deal and to contact Angie's List for a refund. Angie's list sounded reluctant to provide a refund as I was past the 60 day window, but they did. Waste of time. Found an awesome guy on Craigslist the did it cheaper and had a smile on his face.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning back in November. Called to set it up, didn't hear back. Followed up the next week, no apology and was told they didn't have my phone to contact me (wouldn't this be clearly listed when a deal is purchased..? At the very least, wouldn't they have my email address?) Followed up again, and after some more phone tag/back and forth an appointment was set for 6 weeks (!) out. It snowed on the day of the appointment, and I received a call mid-day that they appointment was being pushed back another 5 weeks. I was told they'd arrive in the morning. They arrived around 1pm. In the process of cleaning, the end of one of the gutter pieces right near our front porch came loose and was left that way...so rain dumped on our front porch until my husband fixed it. From start to finish, it was nearly 4 months from purchase date to work actually being completed. I wouldn't hire this company again.

I tried to schedule this 3 times. He said the reason he wasn't coming was because of the weather but I've been gone for 6 weeks and he was supposed to come and never did.

Found this business a year ago through Angie's list. Business was prompt and they did a thorough job and did not leave a mess. Was contacted the next year by the owner and offered a good price for a second cleaning. Took 6 months and several calls to get him to do the job AFTER I paid. Every time I called he had no idea who I was and what I was talking about, and I would have to go through the process of him checking his records and rescheduling, not showing up and once again calling him and going through the same process again. The second time the work was not nearly as thorough and there was debris all around my property. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It was really good. There was no extra charge. It's really hard to get things scheduled at this time of year. Two people came out and it took them about 35 minutes to get the job done. There was one small spot that they missed, but other than that, it was good. It was an A because they did what they said they would do.

Company was unresponsive. No response to my purchase. Did not answer my emails. No phone calls. Nothing from them.

Rain made their work more difficult to do. It was a big improvement, but not perfect. Bits of moss remain here and there, They sprayed most of the gutters with a garden hose to clean them, but that is not the same as wiping them off.

Uneventful.

I had to leave, my husband was here. The fella never came in, he just left. There was one gutter that he didn’t do but it was on a little roof over our hot tub so it wasn’t connected to the house. I can’t get up there to look but I saw him on the roof with a blower so I’m sure he’s getting it all done. He was here on time. The guy waived at me when I left. He was up there doing his job.

It was good. It was excellent.

It took a while to schedule and complete the service due to the weather but they did a good job.

Outstanding. I was so impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the work performed. I would highly recommend All Clear for projects. They do a great job for an affordable price.

We discussed removing the gutter guards. It turned out not to be necessary, but a phone call to communicate would have helped. Also, my wife keeps bees in the backyard and the blowers to clean up also blew off parts of the bee box. She is very worried about them now.
