It was clear the workers were unhappy. They said they didn't respect the owner because there were payment issues going on with the employees. It sounded like a lot of conflict was going on. I did continue hiring them, but because the business was poorly run I ended up canceling services.

They were supposed to clean the tile and grouting and all they did was send over some young kid to just kind of scrub the floors. I guess it is a cleaning service and it is not really a tile and grout service. I was very disappointed. The guy who owns the company I guess hired this young kid and the kid said the guy wouldn’t come out and they send him out and he would have to leave. He had to come out the next day and he came at 12 o’ clock at night. It was a disaster. I would never use it. They are very undependable and took 2-3 visits to do it. I just had to wait and wait for him to show up. I think I wasted my money.

AllClene LLC didn't do a good job because he didn't clean very well. He focused on cleaning my shower but didn't work on getting the rest of the house done. He did the upstairs but never did the downstairs. The detail was not there.

That turned out ok, and they did a good job. However, one of their vacuums was broken down.

They showed up on time. It took them forever to do the dryer vent then they didn't get finished in the time. There were two or three rooms that weren't vacuumed. They didn't bring bags for the vacuum so they used mine. I thought the price was high.

I purchased the Big Deal from Angie s List as a gift for my son. I asked him what his rating would be and he said B+. IMHO no service can clean your home as well as you would like but he said they did a good job and he would hire them again. That's about all the info I have since the work was not performed in my home but 4hours of cleaning for $70.00 seems like a good deal to me.
We hired them to clean only the downstairs area in our home as we were having out of town company over the weekend and I did not have the time to do everything that needed done. We contacted them through their website SEVEN times and their phone number FIVE times before hearing back. If we had not already paid for the service as an Angie's Big Deal we would have moved on to a different company entirely. They had a very small area to clean so we expected wonderful results. They sent 2 people for 2 hours. I was not home at the time to inspect their work and my husband is not one to notice the little details I do. There were issues in all areas they "cleaned". Simple things that EVERYONE would do when cleaning. NONE of the mirrors were cleaned...and we have a total of 5 in the 4 rooms they we cleaning. The hood on the stove was not done, nor the wall behind the kitchen sink. We have all hardwood floors so dust shows up very easily and there was still dust on the floors UNDER bookshelves and tables...I mean really? We did not expect things to be moved, but these are places you can easily reach AND see and should not have been ignored. When we called to complain we were told we didn't tell them what to do...pardon me? As a cleaning service, my guess would be you would start with cleaning! The owner and the 2 who had been there before showed up the next morning to address our issues. It was acceptable but too much trouble. About a week later we noticed 2 small chips in a set of salt & pepper shakers that were not there before. Overall we give them a D rating and would not recommend them.
not well...i bought this deal and had a ridiculous time trying to set up an appointment. finally got an appointment and paid for extra time as there was much to be done here and i had an event coming up that i needed the help for. it was a while ago now so i don't remember a lot of the specifics and dates/etc...but angies list keeps asking me for a review. i tend to prefer to leave well enough alone but they keep asking. i remember it was not a great experience. i also remember that something which i had expected to be completed was not. when i called to tell the owner, he was very apologetic and said that this is not how he does business and that he would send the workers back to complete the job within the next day or so...i never heard from him again and got no response to messages I left. so, my experience was that the workers were nice but did a rather mediocre job and when the owner became aware, he misled me into believing he would resolve the issue and then ignored me. i would not hire this company again although i can say i thought that the workers were very nice.

Two women came at the time scheduled. They were hear for about 4 hours but left for a lunch break. Everything appeared to be great. Before they left I checked from the doorway and the floors looked great but they were still wet and I could not walk on them to give a complete inspection. The next day I discovered that they had ruined a cabinet with their solution. I called Greg and he came over to see it. He fully admited that they were responsible and agreed to have it fixed. I found someone to repair it for $75.00 and Greg agreed it was a good price and would reimburse me for the expense. I had the cabinet repaired and sent Greg a copy of the bill. Since then I have not heard from him. He does not answer voice or E-mails. He still owes me the $75 for the cabinet repair.
Neely and Lewis were the crew that came out to do our cleaning on November 16th. Lewis was barely there at all. Dropped Neely off and came back in the last hour to do the dryer vent cleaning. Made it difficult to judge how many hours we truly got, but I didn't bring it up when talking to Greg (owner). At first glance, it seemed that they did a very nice job - Neely was very detail oriented. The same afternoon, I called Greg, complimented him on their work and we spoke about the possibility of continuing service - we are currently using another service.Things weren't quite as they initially seemed. When we went to do laundry that night, the dryer wasn't in its usually place - slightly off kilter with a mess behind it. Turns out that the dryer vent had not been reconnected. I was also surprised by the mess left. Took my husband about 45 minutes to reconnect the vent (most of that time) and clean up the area. I also noticed that there was a small basket missing off the center of the dining room table (initially there were three - after the cleaning there were two). Called Greg first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, it was a new Longaberger basket that was $81.77 (this price was provided to him on several occasions). I wasn't calling to say that it had been stolen by his crew, just that it was missing. He gave me a couple of places to look - not there. Went on and on about the backgound checks done on his employess and that in the past he had fired one for stealing - he was confident that the basket had not been taken. He said that he would speak to Neely and that he would call me back in a few minutes. He said that he was sorry about the dryer problem, but did not mention trying to make up for it. He never returned my call. In the next four weeks or so, both my husband and I called on several occasions. The two times that we actually connected with Greg, he said that he would call us back - never did. Several voice messages were left - they, too, were never returned. At the beginning of the year, I decided to put this experience behind me. I finally sent him an email on January 15th. I told him that if the matter could not be resolved, I would be posting negative feedback on the 18th. I received a reply January 16th saying that he would be back in town that week and would call me then. I gave him some extra time (a week) given the reposnses he left on Angie's List regarding other negative feedack). I have not heard from him. There have been no missed calls from him on the home phone or either of our cell phones (he had been given all three numbers over the course of this). I feel that he should at least compensate us for the cost of basket (in either cash or services), if not also for the time it took us to straighten out the dryer mess. I wish that this could have been worked out in some fashion, but feel that given his lack of response, we have no choice but to leave negative feedback to alert others,
"We have been shut down for several weeks for family emergency. Thus, no one to answer phones. As far as email, and cell phone, that info is listed on Angie's list and EVERYONE that has used those has been dealt with. I have never received email from the customer in the last month. As for customers buying more than 1 of a service, this is forbidden by Angie's list and our company. I have let several of these slide. I wish people would learn how to read. I guarantee our work. Always have, always will. We will always and always have fixed any concerns a client has as long as they report them within 24 hours. This is standard practice. Some clients don't want something fixed, they simply want to complain. This is fine. 99.9% of our clients are clients that use us ever 2 weeks or monthly, and they are all very satisfied with our service. When a client orders a timed service, we can ONLY do what they ask us to do in that time period. Several clients have thought we should be able to do a detailed clean of their entire home in 2 hours. Detail cleans of just a kitchen can take over 1 hour. If done correctly and quickly!! The customer will be contacted about getting what she is owed. As we do with every client. I am sorry that we were closed for several weeks, but someone dying in the family comes first. Clients that don't agree are free to use big companies that don't care about them."

The first worked for an hour then said he had to leave to go pick up the other worker. They then continued to scrub the grout and after all floors were done had to let it dry. They left for lunch and later the first man came back to spray a sealant on all the tile/grout. I was shown a part of the grout that had discolored and holes made in the old grout and cleaning. I understood that this would be natural for the kind of tile/grout and the age of the grout floor. After they had left I noticed the problems. 1). The workers had used duct tape to edge the walls and cabinets. This meant that paint was removed from the wall boards and the bathroom cabinet had part of the surface removed and torn off from the duct tape removal. 2). Water had set on the floor while the first worker was gone and the cabinets and wooden flooring trim had absorbed the moisture and the floor edges were swollen and deformed by the water.3). The sealant had been sprayed on and it left a greasy residue on the walls, cabinets and doors. I was able to clean it off myself.

I called the owner of Allclene, as well as sending photos of the damage to the floor trim and bathroom cabinets, and he offered to repair the wallboard and paint it. The swollen wall board flooring trim edges and cabinets could not be repaired. He did apologize and said the workers should have not used duct tape, and should have used another tape he had given them. He had no explanation for the water damage of the cabinets and wood floor trim caused by sitting water on the tile. I declined his offer to do any repairs. Now, after having the tile "sit" for 5 weeks, the tile grout is unevenly white so obviously it was not cleaned equally. The Alleclene owner was responsive, but I will never use them again. Also I have doubts about the Angies List deals. This is the 2nd time I have had a poor result from the sponsored business due to their being so overwhelmed by the purchases of their special deals that they cannot keep up, or in the case of Allclene, they have hired poor perfomring workers.`
Response from AllClene LLC
"The customer was a very nice lady. The damage done should never have happened. All of our employees are trained extensively in every aspect of their jobs. They know what to do and what not to do. I did offer to come up with a repair solution and buy new cabinet baseboards, but she did not want this. As for the water damage; I am at a loss as I have seen huge puddles sit on bathroom floors for over an hour with NO damage to cabinets. This was NOT puddles, but simply the water that remains after you mop a floor and it is drying. This is only the second time this has happened in 5 years. But again, I offered to fix it. As for the grout looking 'unevenly cleaned', we use the same cleaning all over all grout and tile. We cannot know what will 'wick' up in the grout over time. When we leave a job, the grout looks as good as it will look. Some stains may remain. When grout, anywhere, is not cleaned and sealed every year or two, results may be great, or may be not so great. I know her grout looked very nice when it was finished. I am sorry she has had problems, but as stated before, we offer 100% guarantee. If the customer doesn't wish to use it, I can't do any more."
