ALL-COUNTY INFORMED US ON 3/20/18 THAT THEY WERE OUT OF MONEY AND WERE CLOSING DOWN. We hired them in June 2017 to completely renovate our kitchen and master bath. They demolished the floors, counters and cabinets of both rooms in early August. Since then it has been like pulling teeth to get them to come and do the work. There were always excuses about why the work was not being done. We found out later why- they were short on money and using our payments to pay off other debts. For example, in July we picked out a large piece of granite at a stone showroom for our new kitchen counters and paid All-County $3,600 for it. We found out in Feb that none of the money went to the stone showroom, so the granite we had picked out and paid them for was no longer there. We had to go pick out another piece at a different company and pay again for it. They were taking our money and using it to pay other vendors who had worked on prior customers. We were without a kitchen for EIGHT MONTHS!!! Luckily I had the phone numbers of the guys working on our project. After John told us they were going out of business, we called the contractors directly and got them to finish the counters, cabinets, electrical and plumbing by paying them directly. All of them say All-County owed them money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We met with Vinny and John on 2/4. On the same day spoke to Ray (project manager) and scheduled appt with him, demo lead and tile crew for 2/7. Communication has been great, we knew what we needed to do and wasted no time so by the next day we had 3 (possibly more!) crews in the house. Important to mention we are living in the house during all this work. George and his crew moved furniture around as they rest of the them moved room to room. So as of today 2/8, I have no complaints. The job was finished. There were some areas we weren't pleased with but we tired of the follow up. So if you use them and are not please, don't make the same mistake and insist no matter how fatigued you are by the process. There was a mix up with the painters chosen and a new crew sent who wasn't afraid to say they didn't realize how much needed to be done and then proceeded to basically smack some compound, sand it lightly and paint. Looks like I did it honestly but like I said.. I was so tired and wanted to be done with this.. Any remorse I have now is my own fault.

Terrible. All County subcontracted the work to another company without informing me. The tiles on a shower bench were sloped to the wall. Every time we use the shower, the water up to a 1/4 inch accumulates and needs to be squeegeed out. The quality of tiles cuts is horrible. Rough edges. No response from All County. Attempted to contact the several times in writing and absolutely no response. John Paul, one of the principals, talks a good game, but is useless. Stay away from those guys.

The entire experience was similar to an Benz dealership. John and his partner came in to understand the job requirements, gave a price quote that was competitive and told me the job will be completed in 5 days. Crew took exactly the same time, John called several times and visited to ensure job was progressing well. All along it felt that the company cared about its reputation. John and crew did a great job with bathroom. I have already recommended John to a family member and that job is in progress as well. I would recommend that any day!

Everything was terrible from beginning to end. John came to my house to give me an estimate. I was very clear of what I wanted and expected. I showed him a bathroom previously remodeled and flooring, and explained him that I wanted this new bathroom to be remodel exactly the same way. I also requested the bedroom flooring to be changed and replace the drywall in one of the bedrooms because of water intrusion. I had bought a new vanity to replace the old one, which I clearly showed John, since it was already in my garage. During the estimate John did not bother inspecting. After the estimate was given and the project was started, John informed that I had to pay extra, since the plumbing had to be modified for the new vanity (the one he never bother to inspect) In the paperwork he provided, it stated that the "project is kept clean daily". This never happened I was never told that he subcontracted other people, there was absolutely NO supervision from John during the entire project. When they started to demolish the bathroom, no plastic was placed to prevent the dust to disperse through the entire house. I had dust in my kitchen (see pictures), living room, absolutely everywhere. My garage was used without my permission as a construction trash dumpster. During the demolition the bedroom drapes nor the bed plus its mattress were removed from the bedroom, and the construction progressed getting this items covered in dust. I had clearly told the workers before the project started to move those items outside the room, but they did not care. As the project progressed the ADT alarm sensors in that room and bathroom were damage, the window screen was damaged. I found cement and pain all over the driveway pavers and some in the garage epoxy flooring. Both cement and paint were discarded on my landscaping damaging plants and grass, and splashing all over the house sidewall (see pictures). Before hiring John, I made it clear that I needed the project to be completed before Thanksgiving, since I was expecting guests for dinner, he guaranteed that project would be completed before then. Unfortunately this did not happen. I requested to have the house cleaned by them before my dinner and he told me he would take care of it. I spent over $500 in food prior to the dinner, just to find out that no one was going to come and clean my place. I called John and told him this was completely unprofessional. I lived in a house full of dusts for almost 3 weeks, I told John I was coughing non stop because of it, and he did not seem to care. I would have moved to an hotel and bill John for it, if it wasn't because I have 3 dogs. A power cord extension that the workers used during the project, since they didn't have their own was never returned, despite multiple text messages. Once the project was completed, the wall switches plastic plate went missing and never placed back. Definitely this is a hazard for someone getting electrocuted. The new bedroom floor is completely uneven, to the point that a chest drawer that I have is all crooked and not steady on the ground. I was told by John that he will have the house properly clean with a post construction team, well, only one person came to clean the house, and I would not call a proper post construction team. The garage floor was left covered in dust, the entire house walls remain covered in dust, fabric couches covered in dust, above the cabinets covered in dust. I have had proper post construction cleaning performed, and I can tell you this definitely was not it. I spoke with John on Friday, told him I wanted to meet with him on Monday. He asked to be texted on Monday, so I did and told me he was unavailable. I said I could meet on Wednesday morning and never replied back. In conclusion if you want an unsupervised, messy, dirty, and poor quality project, then this is the company to hire. As of now replacing the ADT alarm sensors, dry clean the drapes, professionally clean the couches and the entire house, remove cement and paint from driveway pavers, and replace the damaged landscaping will amount to several thousand dollars. See attached pictures. I have used other contractors in Florida in the past, and by far "All County Contractors" are the worst.

Most importantly, I would totally recommend All County Contractors because the final product is exactly what I wanted and even a little more of what I didn't know I wanted! Everyone states that you should get more than one opinion of a job. During ACC's first trip to our house, we knew we wanted to do business with them. They were on time. "On Time" isn't alway a major priority when doing remodels but it's important to ACC and us as the customer. We tried getting other quotes but the warranty wasn't as we were promised with ACC, the schedule wasn't as fast, and the attention to detail wasn't quite as skilled. James is amazing. He lead the work at the house and was present everyday and is a part of a "top notch" construction crew. He always asked what I wanted and how I wanted something to look. After I gave my request, he made sure it happened. If he ever had doubt about my request, there was always a good reason about why it wouldn't work. He definitely knew what he was talking about because his explanation for saying "no" always had good reasoning. I completely trust his judgment. Work began and the amazing team had our kitchen demo done very quickly. They were very careful about covering the floor, setting up plastic to cover anything that didn't need to get dusty and clean up all messes. Install was started and a major "bump" was the hurricane. They worked on the kitchen as long as they could before the storm and started back as soon as everything was safe. I was shocked as how fast they got back to the job. We had other little blips on the radar, such as the tile being a complicated design but the backsplash came out perfectly. The cabinets needs some adjusting but they are exactly what I requested. Drawers didn't roll as smoothly as they could but James adjusted them and not they are as smooth as butter! Our sink didn't fit as expected but James didn't complain and made it work perfectly. Price is extremely important. All County was about $300 more an another quote we received. It was also a few thousand less a third quote. We went with ACC because they seemed to "have it together" better than the other companies. They explained that we weren't going to get nickeled and dimed over silly extras. They were right. We did purchase additional items above what they completed but that's because they are personal items such as the sink, faucet, cabinet pulls, countertop, and tile. This was my first remodel and I have no regrets. All County Contractors did an exceptional job. I want to "sit" in my kitchen and admire it. I love the work and fine details that made it perfect. I learned that no job works as planned. There will always be some big and little bumps as the work happens but in the end, I completely got the kitchen I wanted. Thank you All County Contractors.

The house we purchased had a very old screen enclosure. Our other house had a much newer one and it's obviously built much stronger so we opted for a total replacement. We got several estimates and overall decided to go with All County Contractors. We were pretty surprised at how smoothly the whole thing went. From demo to completion only took 10 days and it's beautiful. Their also very good with communicating all aspects of the work and their workers are excellent. We would gladly recommend this company.

BEWARE: THEY USE SUB-CONTRACTORS. They gave me a fair estimate and said the work would take 14 to 21 days. The work took over 60 days and there were days when nobody showed up to work. When the job was finished the work was sub standard and the clean up was terrible. The workers have had to come back five times to fix leaks, do "touch-ups", fill in grout and clean the tile. Every time they came back to fix something they ruined something else. Example; The contractor came back to clean the messy grout with acid, when doing so he ruined the chrome finish on my bathroom fixtures. They said they would replace it,... I never heard from them again. It's only been 2 months since the work has been "completed" and I already have grout falling out of my bathroom.

where do I start? John came to my house to quote a Josh the same day! wow what a great start I though! Unfortunately this was the only thing they did right.... John was hired to install a 9 foot wall, a front door and a little electrical in February with a start date of the week after and a verbal completion date of w weeks later. well two weeks turned into 2 months, three months and then as we approached the 4th month I decided to finish it myself. He subbed out our job to some clowns who never showed up on time of they even showed up at all. they installed the wall crooked, how this is done I don't even know, looks like a 3rd grader did it. they put holes in our new floor which didn't need to be there, just there because the sub had no clue what he was doing. the front door was not properly secured to the concrete resulting in it nearly coming off the wall, had to fix this myself after going back an forth for 3 weeks trying to get them out to fix it. the only thing they did right was the electrical... I paid 5k for 2 wires to be run and for some clowns to f up my house... most of this could have been avoided if there was some Management presence at the job site but that is a dirty word to this company. even after several requests Ray (their manager?) would not come to the right to watch over his "team". I highly recommend NOT using this company if you want your renovations completed on time and correctly. shame on you John and ray, you can't take advantage of people like this and expect no repercussions.

"This is a person who virtually never answers his phone. He believes everyone is sitting on a computer waiting to spend endless amounts of time emailing back and forth rather than a 10 second conversation. From the time he signed with us it took a dozen emails just to get a date and time for us to start. Then we had to re-adjust what time and day he could give us a few hours to proceed. We did have a little problem scheduling our people because of his erratic arrangements. As for the two little problems that existed it took weeks to arrange an appt. as usual. The first was taken care of in a few hrs and as for his door fit we left no less than a dozen messages with no response and gave up."

Demolition and construction are always going to be very dusty and messy. I was in the hospital for 12 days right in the middle with emergency surgery. When I got home, almost everything was done. Excellent workmanship. Courteous, punctual, hard-working. Quality construction too. I don't know what more you can expect. I am very pleased with the final product. Everything works well. No problems with drainage or leaking. My 30 year old home is fully functional again. I found the owners, Vincent and John very pleasant and easy to work with. My recommendation is unqualified.

The previous owner of my house loved mirrors. Me, not so much. Every square inch of the guest bathroom had mirrors, even the ceiling, and it had to go! I called All County and received an immediate response. Within a day they arrived to look at the guest bath and give me an estimate. My plan was to completely gut the bathroom and convert the full (very small) tub into a reasonably sized shower. I signed the contract that day and chose a start date, which was several weeks in the future, since I needed time to decide on a new design, choose tile, fixtures, vanity, etc. The price was more than expected and I initially hesitated but as they say, you get what you pay for and in my case, the results were outstanding. The night prior to the start date All County called to confirm they would start the next morning. The demolition crew arrived right on time and completed most of the demo that day. All trash was hauled away and they cleaned up pretty well. The decision was made the next day to removed all the walls down to the studs because of the damage from old wall-to-wall mirrors. I was never so happy to see those mirrors go! With the walls down, the difficult part of relocating the toilet plumbing by 6-8" to make the shower area larger started. It was a lot of work but the new location was perfect and completely to my satisfaction. The rest of the work went pretty quickly after all the plumbing was done. The tile work was masterfully completed, as well as the electrical work on the fan, lighting and extra outlet. Installation of the toilet, vanity, sink, faucet and medicine cabinet completed the job. I was given an estimate of 10 days to complete the job, but they were done in 8 days. Now I have a gorgeous new guest bathroom. As a final note, James and the rest of the crew always arrived on time and put in long days. James checked with me every step of the way to ensure they were completing each step to my satisfaction. I really appreciated that. I 1000% recommend All County for any and all renovations you may need on your home.

It went TERRIBLE!!!!!! From the moment these two "slick" guys from NY showed up I should have realized that they were full of it. They basically begged me to hire them because it was slow and they needed to keep their guys busy. This led me to believe that they had their own crew, because why would you need to keep subs busy???? They walked around and gave me a price saying it would be done in probably 3 weeks. They gave me a price and after I agreed to hire them they literally haunted me for $$$$$ day after day. I had never hired a contractor before so when they told me that they needed 80% down I said ok. Of course later I find out that you NEVER give someone 80% up front...lesson learned. So the job was started and I thought, well this is going good. They had torn out the screens, added new supports and proceeded to dig out the area that was an old fish pond to get at the pipes for the new bathroom. This all happened in July, and then everything stopped!!! I knew that the impact windows would take some time to be manufactured so I let it go for a few weeks. Then all the BS started. When asked what was taking so long I was told that the windows were done incorrectly and they all had to be reordered. I don't believe this for a second!! And once my husband got involved they simply blew him off saying that, "Oh, your going to love it when it's done". What he was asking for was a progress report and proof that the windows had indeed been ordered. We never received either! Things weren't even completed and the vultures were at my door again looking for money. But this time my husband was home and he told them to get off our property and never come back. We paid what we owed them and hired another gentleman to finish the project. And instead of sending us all the proper paperwork to prove the windows were paid for and work was completed I had to ask for it...REALLY???!!! How professional is that?! So a job that I was told would take 3 weeks took about 5 to 6 months. Oh, I was also told when they were giving me a quote that they would take care of a small project on the side. When I brought that up I was told, "I never said that"! Oh yes you did say that, my hearing is just fine and one of the reason I agreed to hire them was to get that done as well, but it never was. Needless to say I would NEVER hire them again and I can only hope that others will be forewarned.

"Now lets go over what really transpired on this job...#1 -The idea that we begged for the work is comically funny. With our 20 yrs experience great reputation, warranty and realistic pricing we stay extremely busy. #2 - As far as manpower we have 40 employees. #3 - A promise of 3 weeks completion is ridiculous. We told her the windows alone would take 4-6 wks from time of ordering. #4 - The 80% down was actually 70% deposit on the window portion only as required by the window manufacturer. There was also a second deposit of 30% on the rest of the job upon start. #5 - We started exactly on time, were on the job every day for several weeks, and went as far as we could until we received the windows. They took almost 2 mos to arrive and when they did they were the wrong color (manufacturer mistake) and had to be re-ordered...another 5 weeks. When we got them we preceded every day until that portion was done.(also it took her a month to decide on the tub she was supplying) #6 - What we told her husband regarding the delay was exactly as i stated. And yes, we know any construction work is annoying for the customer under the best of conditions, and yes, we did tell him he would love it when it's done. (and they did) #7 - As far as the begging for $...the contract clearly shows payments due upon % of completion, which was collected as due...not before. #8 - Being fired is also comical as WE did finish the job, it came out perfect! They got a paid in full receipt form the window company preceeding their final payment. She was not promised the $5000 small job for FREE and why would she wait 10 mos. to write this if any of it were true. Obviously this is about her not getting her "small" project for free."
