These gentleman are fast, efficent, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about their business. They came in explained in detail the process of what all the job entailed. They were very fast but very thorough in the job they did for me. I am very pleased and my mind is finally at easy knowing these gentleman got the job done right. THE CALM DURING THE STORM. After receiving 6 inches of rain within a 24 hour period my basement started to take on water and it was more than my shop vac could handle. I needed help and I needed it fast. My wife contacted All Dry after a friend of ours recommended them. They were at our house within the hour. OUTSTANDING! Jason and Jeremy arrived with smiles on their faces and quickly came in to ***** the situation. Then they got to work. They made quick work of the cleanup to. Dry Kansas City North was recommended to us by a plumber we had out after our basement flooded. A phone call was made and they showed up within the hour. Jason and his lead technician Jeremy were professional and polite and got to work immediately. They secured us storage and moved property that had not been effected by the flood out and also removed the damaged property and hauled it away. Once the area was free from property and water. They went to work on cutting out the affected drywall and removing it. Then they moved in there state of the art drying equipment until the basement was bone dry. I work nights and I felt comfortable enough with them being in the house and doing what they needed to do while I slept. They took a very difficult situation and handled it with the upmost care and professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone in there time of need.

Jason and Jeremy worked with us to ensure the work was completed quickly. They explained what they were seeing, recommended testing to identify extent of damage and used the inspection to begin removal and cleanup. They sent pictures throughout the process which showed the extent of the water damage and mold. They had all damaged areas removed and cleaned in less than half a day. WOW!! Superb work and people! We were recommended to All Dry through our plumber & they showed up so promptly to help when I accidentally flooded the sink in our bathroom that went through the ceiling. They even helped me chase my puppy that got loose & was zooming around the neighborhood. All around great people to work with as well as being highly professional. They equipment they had helped with documenting the damage, temperature, and where the water had spread. They kept images and thermal images to show the progress day by day. They returned each subsequent day to re-evaluate. They even got us up and going DAYS before our home refinance appraisal so that it could be done without a hitch!! They were honest with us and didn’t want to seal up water in the ceiling just for the sake of the appraisal and discussed the health implications of doing so. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy company. Truly want to help their customers!! Can’t thank them enough!! Helped us to cut costs as well & the price wasn’t even as steep as it could have been. They really did so much extra work and even had to deal with removing our complex chandelier to help the dehumidifier system pull more liquid from the ceiling. I digress but seriously even put up a barrier system to wall off the necessary areas upstairs and downstairs for more efficiency. I’ve never seen that before, very neat! Also reasonably priced and the easy payment system through Angi’s would make it a simple transaction for anyone. They went above and beyond & we really appreciatedit!!! I hope we don’t have a situation in the future that we’d need their services again but if we do, I’ll feel at ease knowing it’s those guys!! Jason and Jeremy were absolutely wonderful to work with!

The All Dry team responded quickly to my mold concerns. As it turns out it was determined not to be mold, but rust. The team removed the rust and work was completed in a timely manor. Definitely would recommend and use them again!!

They came in and helped clear our items from our basement and helped determine what was damaged as well as pulled the carpet and damaged drywall. They dried out basement and stayed in constant communication and were so great to work with. These guys went above and beyond and will be our go to guys for any future flood issues.
