I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.

Excellent work with quality products. The vents are attractive and bolted into place so they cannot be pushed in by animals.

The workers were outrageously good. The guy that did the estimate was under what it should have been and it cost us double the amount, but the guys who did the work were fabulous and made it work. It cost more, but the basement does not have a smell or anything, so I can't blame them for it. They were done in a week. I was embarrassed, there wasn't a speck of dirt when they were done. It was clean as a whistle, and it wasn't like that when they walked in. They were really good. They recommended an electrician, and so even if they didn't do some part, they support you and help you find them. They check up and make sure everything is okay. They call back every time you call them. They did a great job.

"We have no record of this customer and we started our business in 1991. I really don't know how Angie missed this fact."

Where the water had leaked through the cinderblock the jack-hammer broke that area off the block and I was left with areas of bigger holes. They cracked a cinderblock on the second tier and repaired it without telling me. This now leaks when the ground is satuated with a week of heavy rain where I never had a leak before. Where the water is pumped out works ok until there is less water to push out and now I have the water dribbling down the out-let drain creating a whole in the soil. On the whole it doesn't look as pretty as the pictures in the book. Except for that new crack they created the system does work well. I did put in an outside french drain to carry excess water away from the side of the house where I have the new crack. It didn't leak much and not at all with light rain-falls. I used floating carpet tiles in case the crack gets worse. As for the drain cover, I put some flushing around it to direct the water away from the corner of the house. Luckily, I took pictures of the whole job after the first couple of heavy rain falls so I have back-up to prove what I am saying. You can see the water seepage from the crack and many places where the water seeped out of the drain itself. However, I figured the stones needed time to settle along with any excess debri. I am going into my 2nd year and rain-fall has not been as heavy. So far, no leaks for 12 months. The personnel were polite and cleaned up before they left. Would another company have done any better, I doubt it, as, they would use the one jack-hammer with the same force to break up the cement. Since my proberty collects all the water flowing down from the top of the neighborhood I didn't have much choice but to choose this type of water-proofing. I also put in french drains around the edge of my property to direct excess water to the back of my property where there is a slope to carry most of it off to a lake a half a mile away. The one would not have worked without the other. I do have to keep my gutters cleared otherwise my basement walls become satuated. It definately was not a final solution but at least I'm not spending days suctioning up water and drying my basement out with a fan and heater. At this present time when I get heavy rain I can sleep without worry my basement is flooding. However, I noticed my wall has new settlement cracking between the cinderblocks which I feel can be easily patched. My walls were slightly pushing in but that seems to have corrected itself ergo, cracks elsewhere. One day my house my collapse but I feel I won't have anymore flooding.
They had to come back 3 times because they had to do some repairs. In the long run, they did everything they were supposed to do. It just took them a little bit longer to do it. They are a good reputable company and I would give them a high rating. They did what they were supposed to do. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

I was extremely pleased with All Dry. They gave me many options to fix my flooding basement problem without any high pressure sales techniques. The crew did an awesome job and were very courteous. I made a few changes as the install progressed and they handled everything with a smile.

There are a few companies that do the same type work and I have used 2 of them. I would not hesitate to recommend All Dry.

Overall, it went satisfactorily. I would keep an eye on them though. They're speed and initially they take in on the job stood out to me. It took them almost three months to do the job. They did it with satisfaction. They did a very good job.

They were awesome and great. They were really nice people and were on time. The guy who came out to give the estimate was knowledgeable and explained everything to me including all the codes. He informed me about why my basement was such a disgusting mess. I am not sure if I could have said no to him because he was so informative and I knew that I had such a bad problem that my termite bond was going to be terminated. When I asked him when he was going to start for which he said whenever I’d like them to start. They guys who came to work came at a time when it was raining and yet they worked. They were muddy and nasty that I felt so embarrassed but they never complained even once. They were very pleasant. I wish they had asked me where I wanted the drainpipes from the humidifier because I had it worked out what had to be done. They went ahead with it the way they wanted to which was fine but it just wasn’t what I had planned. Even though there were so much I was totally comfortable with each and every man that was here.

The leaks in the system were repaired by putting a clear putty-like sealant over the leaks. They responded to my initial request quickly. While they were here there was a mildew/mold issue discovered. The promise to help eliminate the mildew/mold area has yet to be fulfilled. I will continue to use this company for warranty repairs but would hesitantly recommend them to a friend.
It was a very positive experience with All Dry. They were very quick to respond to my phone calls, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the entire process to ensure I understood everything. Their price was about $3k cheaper than anyone else that I received a quote from. The workers were so nice. They showed up on time, worked very hard, and completed the job in a timely manner. After each day of work, they explained to me or my wife, what they were doing, when they would be back the following day, and what they would be doing the following day. After the completion of the job, they showed my wife all the work they performed, talked to her about how to work the dehumidifier, and told her how to service the pieces of equipment. I am very pleased with the company, and I truly appreciate everything they did for us.
Involved jackhammering the basement perimeter and drilling exterior wall. I also had a finished basement which had to have the walls removed up 30" from the floor plus all this moved and covered. They warn of the noise and mess but it was incredible. The workers did their best but if I had it to do over I'd get a hotel.
Company representative Steve Payne responded to my inquiry. His visit was punctual and he appeared competent, even though he had been employed by All-Dry and in this field for a relatively short time. He walked me through his proposed solution and provided a computer generated quotation on his visit. I agreed to his proposal at that time. The work was scheduled with the office and payment means established. Promptly, on the scheduled date, Jose and his crew arrived. The work was done expeditiously and professionally. Efforts to abate dust levels were employed and clean-up was first rate.

I picked All-Dry of the Carolinas because of the way I was made to feel by everyone in this company from the person handling the first inquiry response through the follow-up service technician.
I was afraid that I would fall into a scam and I am so glad that I picked All-Dry to provide a solution to my problem.
These folks handle a quality system that is priced fairly, for sure, but their people are there most valuable asset.
I kinda felt like I was part of the All-Dry family. All of my questions were answered promptly. When I checked out the materials and systems to be used, I was impressed with that they had cut no corners.
The installation crew was impressive. This is mean work crawling around under a house for 3 days. These guys showed up on time, never left the site, were friendly and courteous and it was apparent very quickly that their work was first class. The work at the most remote corner with only 12 inches of clearance was as well done as the more accessible areas.
They did much more than lay down plastic and plop down a dehumidifier - they had to lay a foundation , install a concrete sill wall and install a wall to isolate the crawl space from the porch areas. All of this work was first class.
The dehumidifier unit is best in class and is silent. I cannot hear any noise in my living room directly above the operating unit.
They guys even recommended Rh monitoring instruments that I can use to feel good that the system delivers the expected results. In fact the warranty and guarantee is written around hard specifications on deliverables.
When there is so much mediocrity around, I wanted to go the extra mile to reward this company with positive comments - ones they correctly deserve!
