From the design process to the project completion, I cannot say enough superb things about the All Eco Design Center team. Even the items that are not apparent to everyone (electric panels) are handled with skill and safety. Dave was always ready to offer creative suggestions to make our kitchen even more unique and beautiful. The outcome was even more impressive than my dreams. Every member of the All Eco team was kind, safety-conscious, professional and left the space tidy and clean after every workday (which was much appreciated). Seriously, I think we now have the world's most beautiful "Modern Farmhouse" kitchen.

Dave and his team are wonderful. Dave renovated my basement a few years ago and I loved his work so much I hired him to repair my plaster wall and paint my house interior. I will hire them again in the future! The team is highly skilled, nice people, and they do great work, all according to our agreed upon timeline. All Eco is the way to go!

We chose All Eco Design Center to renovate our 1948 colonial’s dining room, galley kitchen and adjacent powder room. We got competitive bids from several companies but were won over by Dave’s green values, attention to detail, and low pressure style. During the very first meeting it felt like we had a friend over who just happened to know all about home renovations. That sense of familiarity and trust carried over with Kristen, the designer, Hadi, who deftly managed the 8 week job, and the wonderful crew (shout out to Yesbin, Jesus, Jose, Antonio and Osman!). The work went smoothly, with the team taking great care to contain the dust and mess so that we could live comfortably in the rest of our house. Whenever we had a question or concern, we simply texted Hadi, and he always responded promptly and with a few possible solutions. Bonus: when we unexpectedly adopted two wily kittens halfway through the job, the whole team was gracious and careful. The renovation finished right on schedule and we could not be more happy with it. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. All Eco was the first company I visited once I made the decision to completely renovate my kitchen. I was immediately impressed by the professional and welcoming staff, the beautiful materials in the showroom, and the environmentally conscious values of the company. Within days they provided a detailed proposal for the renovation, after an on-site visit from Dave. He shared his expertise and suggested changes I could make to improve the design of my kitchen. Dave was understanding and patient as I obtained proposals from several other companies. I appreciated this because this was my first renovation experience. All Eco's estimate turned out to be the middle of the three I obtained and I definitely felt the most comfortable with All Eco so I chose them and I'm so glad I did. The next step was meeting with Ligia, one of the designers. She was ready with a preliminary design on our first meeting. All Eco has great technology and it was very helpful to see 3D images of my kitchen as the design evolved. It took several meetings over a few months for me to make my final design and material decisions. Over that time I never felt any pressure from All Eco, and Ligia and Dave were both completely helpful and supportive. I decided on white shaker cabinets, porcelain flooring, and quartz countertops, all of which I got from All Eco. I wanted a glass subway tile backsplash. All Eco didn't happen to carry the size and color I needed, but they were OK with me obtaining it from another provider. Important to note that All Eco worked with my condo covenants committee to comply with the renovation rules. Dave wrote a detailed letter to them outlining the schedule and scope of work, and provided other documentation requirements. The covenants committee approved my project without a problem. Once work started on my renovation it went quickly and efficiently. The staff who came to work on my condo were hard-working, competent and respectful. They removed part of one wall, put in porcelain flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, appliances, and electrical. They also painted. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up and I had only minimal construction dust on a few days, but usually none. Dave kept in touch throughout the project and was always patient and kind with my many questions and sometimes need for reassurance. He always demonstrated a professional integrity that I was so pleased to find in a contractor. My finished kitchen is lovely, perfect, and everything I could have wanted. It looks just like I hoped and imagined it would, and it makes me happy every day.

I looked everywhere for a contractor who could understand the style I wanted (Mexican kitchen with Talavera tiles and a terra cotta floor). Ligia, the designer, worked closely with me to find the materials and to create a beautiful design that truly shines! Dave, the owner, was involved at every step of the process and made sure to respond immediately as issues arose. After tearing out my old cabinets, they even found a slow leak from the bathroom upstairs and repaired it. Then they discovered a vent pipe in back of one cupboard which meant we had to reorder a new pantry to fit. They took care of it all, finished on time, and it looks gorgeous.

There are so many good things to say about All Eco! First they are super fast and responsive! Everything from scheduling the estimate, to getting an initial proposal, to getting questions answered and adjustments made in the proposal, to the design process, to the actual work starting and getting finished (two weeks ahead of schedule!!) was smooth, easy, and supportive. Second, this was the first major home renovation project I had done (complete demolition of the main bathroom and kitchen, including removing a wall to open up to the dining room) and the whole team's positive attitude and supportive responses to my many questions helped to quell my fears and anxieties. Third, the whole team treats you as their top priority and I can definitely say that I felt like they put my needs and wishes first during the design process as well as the actual demolition and construction. Ligia, my designer, really walked me through the whole process of reworking the space and making it more livable, comfortable, and useful. She had many great ideas and I found that if I followed her advice, it was the way to go because she really knew her stuff. Dave, the owner and manager of my project, came by every day during the construction and was in constant communication with me as to how it was progressing and updating me as to what needed to still be done and when it would get done, etc. For all of that demolition that happened, there was minimal impact to the rest of my house and my family and I were well taken care of. All of the workers who were in our house were friendly and positive and were obviously enjoying what they were doing. I can easily say that I would happily do another project with All Eco because the made the process painless and actually enjoyable! How many people can say that about huge home improvement projects?

The All Eco Team functions ever so smoothly to produce results that are exceptional. <br> <br>Just thinking about remodeling a kitchen and bath can be both exciting and worrisome: you want great results, but feel wary of hiring a contractor who may not deliver them. Once I chose All Eco as my contractor, my concerns about process and product slowly evaporated. You initially meet with Dave Taghipour, the contractor to describe the scope of work. He then brings his designer to your site to begin to formulate a plan. You next meet with the design team in their wonderful showroom on University Ave. in Wheaton. (I have lived in the area for a long time, had seen the storefront, but had no idea that so many wonderful products and such a highly skilled and professional team was within its doors.) You can choose from their vast array of products: flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, etc., or you can purchase them elsewhere for the All Eco Team to install. I purchased everything from the showroom: why run around looking for something better when they offer multiple variations of everything you need to meet your budget requirements right there? And, oh, such beautiful choices. <br> <br>Then they get to work. And they STAY at work, not leaving your job until it is finished. Their craftsmen are experts at what they do. <br> <br>If you want real value for the dollars you'll spend, I can't recommend a better contractor.

We really enjoyed working with them, and appreciated all of the time they took to walk us through options for our carpet, as well as some possible future projects. The kitchen turned out exactly as I hoped it would. When unforeseen problems emerged during the construction phase, All-Eco promptly solved the problems without compromising on quality. The work team was neat, respectful and skilled. Dave Tagipour, the owner, and his father, Moe, oversaw the project from beginning to end. They are warm, honest and take a personal interest in pleasing their customers and standing by their word. Dave went to a lot of extra effort to check out every line item cost for materials and labor on our proposal so we felt we had received the best possible price for what we wanted. The extra time Moe gave us to design the lighting in layers and to select an aesthetic back-splash tile design make my kitchen unique, functional, beautiful and appear to have cost twice what it actually did. <br /> All-Eco is very, very busy, given the many word of mouth referrals they receive. DO communicate clearly with them about what you need in the way of communication and what works best for YOU, i.e., text, phone calls, emails. Small breakdowns in communication happened in the thick of our project when we forgot to be clear about messages, example: DON'T say, "Let me hear from you soon about the cabinets"; DO say: "Will you or your staff call me <em>by tomorrow night t</em>o let us know if the maple finish is available for our cabinets?" I love All-Eco and recommend them without reservation. <br />

All Eco provided helpful consultation to us during our kitchen remodel and they were our preferred vendor for the flooring installation of the Wicanders cork we chose. Dave and Samantha were responsive, enthusiastic and pleasant, offering several alternatives and being sensitive to our budget constraints and design ethos. They helped us to pick a quality product and even helped to research some backsplash tile pricing, though that was not within the scope of their portion of the project. <br /> Due to other vendors involved in the project, our demolition and installation took much longer than we expected and All Eco was patient and flexible in their scheduling. While we did have a minor snafu on some of the work scope and 1 scheduling visit, it was mostly due to a miscommunication on both our parts, and was settled amicably. I would recommend dealing directly with Dave or Samantha since they're most familiar with the project scope and work involved, since some of our messages weren't relayed exactly and that led to some confusion. The work quality was excellent and their specialty was definitely the customer service aspect of the job. The demotion crew did need to be reminded to lay dropcloths for mess, though that was something we saw with other contractors, too. <br /> Overall, we're very pleased with how the work turned out and would recommend them to others looking for eco friendly kitchen solutions. The floors look great and they were always helpful and positive about the job - that's rare. <br />

All Eco Center did a superb job on my kitchen. I have an older home and needed a complete tear-out of old cabinets, demolition of soffits, electrical work, plumbing, installation of new custom cabinets, counter tops, and flooring, as well as painting, installation of backsplash tiles, and all finish work. They provided gentle assistance with my selection of materials and were patient as I worked through all my decisions. The project started on time and the crew did their best to keep the dust and dirt out of the adjacent living room, since we were living in the house through the project. The project took a little longer than estimated due to the difficulty of demolition of old, very thick plaster as well as problems with old wiring. I made several changes in the course of the project which they handled with ease. I am totally satisfied with the results and I'm considering using their services again for some additional projects in my home. <br />

All Eco Center installed solar tubes in our kitchen and bathroom to remedy a lack of light, and we are thrilled with the results. We had been hesitant to try this very logical fix to our problem because we had not been able to see an installation. But I went to their showroom in Wheaton and found they had solar tubes as part of their storeroom lighting! Dave sent a team to look at our situation and discuss the size and placement. We found All Eco Center staff very easy to work with and willing to discuss and explain everything about the project. They were able to install both tubes in the space of one day and the project was finished, with dramatic results. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. We have used their services again for further projects in the kitchen, and continue to be quite satisfied with their work. <br /> <br /> <br />

Rob was our sales person and he was great. The problems began on delivery day, the side fillers and bottom toe kick were not in the box with the cabinet. It took them about a week to find them...the trucking company had them somewhere. <br /> The cabinet itself was installed on the day agreed upon, but without the fillers or toe kick. When those were found, and installed, we noticed two gouges on our vinyl tile bathroom floor right in front of the vanity. I immediately called the office, left a voice mail, and emailed pictures of the gouges the next day. After a few days we got a response. <br /> Their take was that it was impossible that the damage was caused during the installation. I noticed the gouges for the first time the evening of the installation; there were little bits of vinyl around the gouges so they were obviously fresh, and one of them was essentially a small slit, as if caused by a blade. I own no power tools other than a drill, so I couldn't have caused the gouges that way. The most potentially destructive instruments that are ever in that bathroom are my wife's hair dryer and our toothbrushes...don't think either of those caused the damage. The installer was clearly using power tools (a saw, I assume) because I heard them being used and the molding was cut as part of the installation of the toe kick. <br /> They indicated they'd be happy to help us get the gouges fixed, but not before they pointed that they felt it was just impossible for the installer to have caused the damage. So, I guess I could say they "cooperated" in terms of saying they'd fix the vinyl, but not before implying they didn't believe me and totally absolving the installer. <br /> All in all, a quality cabinet and all in all very nice people. There was some inconvenience involved waiting for the fillers and toe kick to be found, but they seemed to want to make it right as soon as possible. Main problem was the gouged floor and then feeling like it was implied the gouges had been caused by something I did. I think that part of the response could/should have been left out. They also pointed out, correctly, that they generally don't work with vinyl and suggested I find a repair kit or the right repair materials. I'm not very mechanical and don't do home improvement work as a rule, but I googled vinyl repair kits and found several very quickly online. I would have felt better if they had done the same instead of suggesting that I do it. <br /> Bottom line....nice people, wide variety of really nice products, generally a lot of enthusiasm to get the job done right for us. Didn't care for the response about the gouges.....to be sure, they said they'd fix it, but not before making sure I had the impression they felt I caused the damage myself and was looking to them to fix damage they weren't responsible for. <br />

Overall, we were very happy with All Eco's service and would use them again. Both Dave and Igor spent countless hours on the phone and in person with us tirelessly answering our endless questions and dealing with our sometime strange requests with good humor and cheer. They made sure that the kitchen design was perfect before ordering, including a set of "floating cabinets" above the island in our new kitchen, which required some creative design work on Igor's part. The cabinets look great and satisfied our need for completely "no-VOC/no odor" materials in the kitchen. We're very happy with them. <br /> The carpet looks great and was installed very well. We initially thought they had accidentally installed a similar but different style than we'd requested, but Dave took the time to get in touch with the manufacturer and make sure it's what we ordered. He finally convinced us and made sure we were happy without getting upset or annoyed, as many contractors might have. <br /> Along the way there were a few bumps and annoyances, which are to be expected with any large project like this. In particular, they supplied us the glass to go in the floating cabinets since this particular cabinet company did not ship cabinets with glass doors, which was very nice of them, but the first time they either mis-measured or the glass company didn't cut the pieces right and they wouldn't fit in exactly. This took a while to get right, but they eventually got us everything and they look great in the end. <br /> We considered All Eco to do our entire kitchen renovation, including removing a load bearing wall and installing a structural beam. Looking back on it, they probably could have done this kind of work no problem, but at the time they weren't able to provide us with sufficient confidence that they had experience with these types of issues in the form of appropriate references, pictures, etc, so we ended up using a different firm as our general contractor and used All Eco for the cabinet design, supply, and carpet. <br />

Dave - the owner - was helpful as I tried to select the particular kind of quartz countertops from several brands and colors. They let us take home samples, provided advice on color, which was helpful. <br /> The installation was scheduled quickly once we selected our material. <br /> Unfortunately, we picked a poor brand. Dave says they haven't had trouble with the brand in the past but it is not what we expected from quartz. It has chipped and scratched with minimal use. <br /> However, Dave really went above and beyond in trying to make it right. First, there was a sizable scratch when the installer was done. After the installer made it worse by trying to grind it out, Dave replaced that section of our countertop free of charge. <br /> Over the course of the next several months another section of our counter chipped very badly and repeatedly. Dave wasn't a ton of help at first. I did the legwork, contacting the manufacturer - which was Italian, so there was no one to call. Long story short, after months of back and forth the manufacturer agreed to replace the slab - but not pay for fabrication and installation, which cost just as much as a new slab. The company's distributor was lovely and said he could cover some of the cost, but I was still left with a sizable bill to replace something that was defective. <br /> I reached out to Dave and he immediately responded that he would cover the remaining cost of fabrication and installation. He got his guy on it and the counter replaced relatively pain-free and relatively quickly. Unfortunately, it appears the brand of quartz is just not very good because we're having trouble again. Not All Eco's fault, though I hope they stop carrying this particular brand so no one else has such a horrible experience. <br /> There's a lot about this experience that has left me unhappy, but Dave's willingness to try to make the situation right was far more than I expected from any retailer these days - and far more than I'm sure I would have gotten elsewhere. He clearly wanted to make me happy and went to great lengths to do so. <br /> He has said he will make his fabricator available to help me cosmetically address some of the nicks at some point, and while I know he's done a lot for me already I'm hoping its a sincere offer. <br />

I thought Moe and Dave (the owners) were incredible. They installed the floor and completed the painting rather quickly. They took the time to understand our concerns and execute a plan to alleviate these concerns. They are extremely responsive and take ownership over the work that they've done to ensure that we, as homeowners, are ultimately happy with the end result. A few examples: During the course of painting, due to the brand/type of paint that we were using, we had trouble getting it to stick. Moe thought of the most inexpensive solution and executed. In addition, a year after the flooring was installed, due to a manufacturers defect, we had to file a claim against the manufacturer to have the floor removed and redone. Moe and All Eco stuck by our side (potentially at their own expense) and, as of now, the manufacturer has agreed to pay for the replacement. In my experience, most remodels result in unexpected issues and costs, so to me, it is important to have a contractor that will stay with you until the job is finally complete. So far, Moe and All Eco have done this and more. We would recommend them to all.
