<strong>Extremely top notch - HIGHLY recommended. I've never seen a home inspector of Cody's caliber. He is clean, neat, polite, honest, and very professional. Since we were having a townhouse inspected, we didn't think this would take as long a normal (single family) home inspection. Wrong! He spent 5+ hours at the place, thoroughly inspecting everything along the way. A nice touch was that he brought a small gift bag of goodies for the buyers and sellers - where do you get service like that nowadays? <br /> The inspection report that they sent to us via email was in full color, with pictures showing all items of concern, along with arrows and circles to show specifically what was found, along with recommendations of what should be fixed. Payment couldn't have been easier - they email you a link via secure email link that you pay online with a credit card. <br /> The sellers of the home were moving to Ft. Myers and were so impressed that they wanted to hire Cody to make the 5 hour drive to inspect their new home, as well!<br /> Do not hesitate in hiring Cody - we've bought and sold several homes throughout the years, and we've not found a better inspector!</strong>

Cody Allen did a fantastic job. He spent 3 hours and 20 minutes thoroughly assessing the property. He was very friendly, responsive, and informative. The report he provides is comprehensive with pictures, diagrams, and simple explanations of what needs to be done and why. He demonstrated professionalism every step of the way.

If you live in the Dayton area and are in need of a home inspection, look no further! Josh Allen exceeded my highest expectation! He did the most thorough home inspection that anyone has ever seen! Family and friends still talk about the 16 page report that saved us! It is almost a year later but I feel it is never too late to praise someone as worthy as Mr. Allen! It all started last spring when my daughter and family were set to move back to Ohio from Texas. Due to the lack of time, funds, and children in school, they were unable to come in person to look at homes and were forced to purchase via the internet. After hearing that they pulled the trigger on a home, I did what any mother would do....I set out to find the best home inspector in the Dayton area!  After much research, I gave Josh Allen a call. He gave me all the time I needed to "drill" him on  his knowledge and qualifications. For the record, I am not easily impressed but his patience and thorough answers to all my questions convinced me that he was the one! Inspection day came and upon completion, Josh gave me a courtesy call to fill me in immediately on his findings, knowing how on edge we all were.(BTW: I live in Cleveland) The news was not what we were hoping for.  The following weekend, my husband and I took a 3 1/2 hour drive down to see this house with the realtor. I did not want to see my loved ones sinking their life savings into this major disappointment! Thanks to Josh's REMARKABLE 16 page report complete with pictures of every negative finding right down to a missing knob on a drawer, my daughter was able to get out of the contract. Miraculously, the same day, we found  a brand new listing in the same development which ultimately ended up being theirs! We put Josh to work again doing another thorough inspection of which the outcome was much more favorable!( I do want to take this time to point out that the "cost " amount posted is not an accurate one due to extenuating circumstances. I honestly don't remember cost do to how much time has passed along with the fact that two inspections were done with a discount off the second.) I can't thank Josh Allen enough for going above and beyond to make this  crazy ordeal have a happy ending! It is so refreshing to know that people with such integrity still exist! My only regret is that I never got to meet him in person!
