I ended having to have additional work done so I didnt end up saving that much. But they did a good job and were professional.

The contracter arrived ontime and completed the repairs. Judging by the result he did a very good job <br />

They were punctual and professional and did an excellent job. Our chimney is spotless. <br />

They were pretty good and showed up within a couple weeks of purchasing the deal. They did the job well and I was happy with them.

We liked it a lot. We were surprised that they were able to come so quickly. It was the next day that they came. The fellows that came were excellent. They offered to do the second flue for the same amount as the first one, which was $55. They said the second flue was pretty clean and didn't really need it.  I built up some trust with them. There was a mis-communication with my wife and I and didn't realized that she already purchased the deal through Angie's list. I didn't know that the service was already paid for through PayPal and paid them again in cash. In essence I double paid. It was straightened out through the office and they sent me a check for $55 to be reimbursed. It worked out very well and I would use them again.

They were nice, good and were reliable. We did more work than we thought we would have to but everything turned out as it should.

These two guys that showed up were knowledgable and down to earth.  As in some previous reviews, they did not engage in high pressure tactics.  I was surprised they let me climb their ladder to my roof to inspect some problems they encountered, but was also appreciative of that.  One downside, it that I get the sense that their office is highly disorganized.  I called to reschedule ONCE and I would get a different employee to call several other times that they were coming tomorrow, and had to straighten that out over and over for a total of three times.  But they are a good bunch.  I laugh about it now.

They did not show up on the original appointment day, so I rescheduled. They were 2 hours late for the 2nd appointment, but they showed up right before I canceled the deal with Angie's List. They told me that I would need $5000 of additional work. I had two other companies come out and look at the chimney to verify this, and both of them said no additional work needed to be done. They also said that the chimney appeared not to have been cleaned.

It went much better than i expected. Quick start was honest and told me that it was fine, they didn't come there to make money, they came there to clean my chimney. and i really appreciated that. I was a little nervous i would be told i have a million and oine things wrong with it and i must get it done right away, but that wasnt the case. They said its up to me if and when i want the work done, just give us a call. I was so relieved that i pick the right company. when i want to get this work done in a couple months, quick start is the company im calling.

When Quick Start Chimney first called me, they were offering a chimney sweep for $69.99. I knew that it was time to have my chimney cleaned so i told them i would have it done but i would call back to schedule the appointment. That was noit a problem. They didnt argue with me or try to pressure me into it so i decided to give them a call back.  I told them i was off Fridays but i would have to get my daughter on the bus at about 8:45. They told me that it was not a problem and that they could discount the price of my chimney sweep to 49.99 just for having a child in my home!! I scheduled my appointment for March 9th 2012 and i got to choose either the moring or afternoon. I chose the morning. My appointment was between 9am and 1pm. They said i would be their first appointment. On Friday March 9th, 2012 they gave me a call around 9 am and they said the project manager would be at my house in about 20 mins. They got to my house just before 9:20am. When they first came into my house my dog went crazy. I aplogized to the men and they said dont worry about it so they gave my dog some attention until he calmed down. I showed them the way to the basement. where my boiler is. One man stayed down there as the other one went up onto the roof to look at the top of it. After about 15 minutes went by they spoke with me and told me there were 2 dead squirrels stuck in the pipe. I wanted to see for myself so he took a picture of it with his phone and showed me. I was waiting for them to say i needed a liner or something that would cost thousands of dollars, but they never did. The man on the roof came down and said i need to have my crown repaired and i absolutely needed to get a cap or animals and branches and leaves would just continue to come in. So i said thats fine as long as i wouldnt be spending 5,000 dollars. They even said they would remove the blockage at no charge. So they ASKED me if i wanted to get the work done, they didnt tell me im getting it done. I really appreciated them giving me the choice. So i said i would have it done. They went and prioced everything out and told me it would be $650.00 so i said i would write them a check as soon as the work was completed. I didnt have to scbedule another appointment to have them come back and do the work, they did it the same day. First they took the squirrel out, then they cleaned the whole chimney out and vacuumed out everything at the bottom of it. Then they fixed my crown and put the cap up, IThey told me i had a lifetime warranty on my cap and a 15 year warranty on the crown repair. I wrote the check out for $650.00 and i wasnt in any way hesitant about giving it to them. If i need anything else done, they will be the company i will call.
