Troy was on time and very quickly diagnosed our electrical issue and resolved it. The cost for the onsite troubleshooting was very reasonable and stated up front before any work was done. My wife and I were very happy to have this resolved!

Troy Allgood arrived within 48 hours of my call and finished the job in 2 hours which required runnung a new wire through our attic down to the wall behind our toilet for a bidet.

Excellent for me. Troy explained the reason for the replacements and the cost. He checked panel box before and after the work was completed. Compared to other companies that offered quotes I saved thousands of dollars for work that was not needed.

I elected to proceed immediately with installing a Ring camera per their advice. It was a job completed within 30 minutes. The team stayed until I could upload and activate the Ring camera. Very professional, friendly, patient with my questions, and efficient. I'm very impressed with their top-tier service.

We were having problems with our breaker switch going off. They came out and determined we had a couple of loose wires. They came out technicians were professional and provided excellent service.

Excellent Service. Spoke with Troy, described to him in detail what I needed. An outlet near the bidet on the first floor. The next day two men arrived and provided their estimate. The outlet required was a GFCI because it was in the bathroom. Their was an outlet on the other side of the wall and they were able to use its location to run the wires for the bidet outlet. Quick - priced a little more than a competitor - but I've had work performed by Allgood before and it was 'ALLGOOD'.

Allgood Electric was the best thing that happened to me last week when the breaker on my HVAC unit would not stay on, leaving me with no heat during the cold weather that came through recently. Troy expedited my need for service and identified the problem which turned out to be the condenser on my HVAC unit. David, the electrician that came out from Allgood, quickly diagnosed the issue giving me time to call my HVAC servicer that same day, who then came out to continue working on the issue. Anyone who asks me who to call for electric services will be told "call Allgood." Allgood Electric quickly responded to our call to schedule a small electrical project (replacing a doorbell chime box). On the day of our appointment, the electrician called ahead when he was done with previous job to see if he could come on to our house. He did a great job checking all aspects of the electrical problem including testing the chime box transformer to see if it was still working properly. He communicated well, and quickly installed the new chime box. Great pricing for the service especially for the quality work that was done. We will definitely contact Allgood again with future electrical needs.
