All Green Cleaning

He upped the price from 150 to 250 because he said he needed to protect my rug from the animals. He said every future cleaning would only be 75, even if I bought a new rug! When I called him six months later, I reminded him of the $75 cost. He said "that sounds about right." He then never showed up. I called again. He set up another appt. Again a no-show. This guy is crooked.

This is a $79 big deal purchase. I was not terribly thrilled with that service. It ended up costing me a lot more than the $79. The guy said I had Berber carpet and that it did not apply. I ended up paying about $200 and he told me some special treatment, I don't know. They upsold me. They told me I had some worn spots in the carpet and I needed a special treatment. I am getting ready to sell this house so I wanted it to be really, really nice. When he left I looked under light furniture and he had not touched it. It was not heavy. It was obviously not done and was sloppy work. He told me the only thing he would not move would be heavy furniture. I will not use them again. They did not come out until about a month after I bought the deal. I think there was some uncertainty about when I wanted them to come out. I want people to know that this guy is not great. He showed up when he said he would show up.

She was friendly and professional. She and her coworker were fast and thorough. <br />

he came out---what I paid for was through Angie's List would not clean my ground in dirt.  After I paid more, the cleaning was perfect.  He's a very nice, competent guy <br />

Upon  entering my condo the cleaner immediately issued a sales pitch saying the rate quoted on Angie's List  ($78.00) would not be more than a surface cleaning and would not really clean my "heavily  trafficked carpet" and that his cleaning would last five years!    I live alone and don't entertain often.  There were some l soiled areas which needed attention but most of the carpet was in  good shape though the cleaner  immediately said the carpet showed signs of "wear and tear." (The carpet had been cleaned roughly a year ago )     Three men came to do what has in the past been a one person job.     In retrospect I should have told them to leave without cleaning when the overpriced estimate was made.  There is no indication in the receipt I have which guarantees this cleaning job' for "five years.!" <br />

I originally asked for my sofa and love seat to be cleaned and thats all I was expecting but I ended up being so pleased with my furniture I had Ryan clean my living room carpeting too. My sofa was the worst of all when they got there Ryan explained a basic steam clean was not going to do the best job, you see my sofa has never been cleaned is about 10 years old and I have a dog that sometimes peed on it to mark his territory. My sofa used to be a light khaki color but after years of abuse was black in some spots that I could never get clean with spot remover. They did a deep scrub on the sofa and a deodorizer that made my whole house smell fresh and the great thing it was safe to use around my dog. After they were done my sofa looked brand new and I couldn't resist getting my carpeting done, and it all came with a FREE warranty so I will be calling on them again in November to get my home ready for the holidays! <br />

Bought a special for $69 which was supposed to cover a couch and a chair.  Upon arriving, there was an immediate upsell for a "deep clean" that would cost an additional $125.  This was for the couch only; they wanted more for the chair. <br /> Second, there were three guys for the service when clearly only one was needed.  For a company who specializes in "cleaning," not a single person took their shoes off before walking through the house all the way to the room where the couch was located. <br /> Finally, the check was requested to be made out to the person onsite, not the company's name.  Usually red flag. <br />

Fantastic! They came out the same day I called and were prompt. They used a highly effective machine, and now my carpet looks brand new. I am very pleased with my experience.

Everything was fantastic. I have used other companies but this company by far was the best.

I was prepared to replace the carpet and sofa. The carpet had pet stains and the sofa looked like it was beyond help. I really liked the sofa and knew it would be costly to replace. Ryan and crew deep scrubbed the carpet and cleaned the sofa. Both turned out better than I hoped.
