Thank you Moe & Alex All Home Appliances came to my house same day and installed a brand new HVAC system. These guys did above and beyond to help. Alex gifted me new filters for HVAC system also recommend a smart thermostat for better efficiency.

AHA was phenomenal with their service they provided. They communicated throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied. Tech Moe was very professional and friendly to my home and kids. My child has a disability and wanted to watch, he put on a show for him and it brighten up his day. He came and left with a smile on his face. Even though he reached some difficulties, as my home is older, Moe managed to complete the work. He gave me advice on maintenance and offered to call the company if I had any questions. I have found the perfect company for all my household maintaince. Keep hiring the best companies!

Repair person was once again late. Diagnosis: No replacement parts were needed. Again cleaned and inspected. Tried to charge $59 or $79 fee. Problem not solved. Refrigerator still leaks and we are out $325!

9/28 Company contacted me right away when I inquired here on Angie's List. Spoke to scheduler who was very professional. Was told tech (Moe) would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival and $79 diagnostic would be deducted from cost of repair. Received a call that arrival was within 30 min, but not from Moe. After about an hour called AHA for update on arrival. Family was home to receive service. Illegible $325 receipt. Called on 9/29 to get explanation of charges. Was told I would get a returned call. No one called me back. Called again on 10/1 and told the same thing. I just want to know what was done and a breakdown of the charges.

It was not that good. The light inside the microwave was gone. They said that they won't replace it and that I should rather get a new microwave altogether. It's a big microwave. They said that I should replace the microwave instead of replacing the light inside it. That was ridiculous. My interaction with them was alright. I had to spend more than the big deal amount of $169. It was for the air conditioning unit. It cost around $500. The work on the air conditioning turned out pretty good.

The service was good. There has been a little confusion with what the details of the deals are with the vendors. They don't write the details themselves, and Angie's List writes it, so they get a little surprised, and they then want to fight it. They honored the coupon, but they didn't want to. They had no idea that it was written the way it was. They did a good job, the guy was very helpful, but sometimes he was overly helpful, like he was trying to show me how to sweep out from under my stove, which I know how to do. He showed me how to clean my oven window, which I knew how to do better than he did. It is kind of condescending when they do things like that. What he did, he did well as far as the work that I needed him to do. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he brought the right part, and did it efficiently.

It went well, they did one extra thing for me, and so it cost more than the big deal. I am not sure that I would do that thing again. If I had a specific repair that needed to be done, I would use them again. I do not think that I would do a package again. I thought that the $149, I am not sure if the extra cost was good.

It took weeks to get them to respond...make sure you CALL, not email! Once I finally got someone scheduled the tech was prompt and did a good job. Overall the operation seems like a home-based business with maybe some friends doing the work? Very loosely run, but again the tech did a good job and that's what matters. <br />

The technician arrived somewhat late -- about 4 p.m. when his window was 1 to 3. He did a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator coils, etc. I told him I had a minor issue with the dishwasher. He saw that a small part was broken and removed it. He said they could order the part, which would be somewhere between $10 and $60. Unfortunately, he didn't replace the part, so the dishwasher no longer worked when he left. About a week later, after contacting the company a few times, I got an estimate for the repair -- approximately $235. I thought this was a lot for replacing a small part. After some negotiating, I got the price down to $185. They are scheduled to complete the job tomorrow. All in all, it wasn't a great experience, although assuming the dishwasher gets fixed with no more problems, it was satisfactory. <br />

Muktar was punctual, very polite and informative. It's hard to say if it was worth $150 (the Big Deal) as there were no problems with any of our appliances, which is why I rated the price as "fair." It was a very quick visit but seemed thorough. <br />

I purchased the Big Deal for $149 - cleaning and repair of up to 5 <br /> appliances. The biggest problem, with my ice maker, was fixed in no <br /> time (with a part at additional $, reasonably) and work was as expected <br /> and then some. I'd give a 5.0 across the board except that he was <br /> running late - I had to call him, rather than him letting me know he was <br /> late. But he was responsive across the board from my initial call <br /> through the checking of all my appliances. Will I use him again? Yes, <br /> indeed. <br />
