Bathtub leak assessment and repair

I live in a rental property, and this is who they sent to my house when it flooded. They not only addressed the flood VERY quick, but were in and out and very nice. They even scheduled all their follow-up after hours so I would not have to miss work for this. I am not sure the cost as I rent and do not pay maintenance here, but I would recommend them to anyone who asks due to their professionalism and the quality of work they did was amazing!  <br />

What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. Matthew from Drimaxx was awesome!  He was very informative and kept my mind at ease during a difficult situation.  Remediation work was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly.  Air quality testing was also done to verify that remediation was compeltely correctly.  MAtthew followed up on completion of project and made sure that we were satisifed.  Very good experience overall.  I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs remediation work done. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Happy customer(13yr Multifamily Property Manager-who knows good work:)) <br /> <br />

Dr Maxx is a very very professional company    they were always on time and worked very very efficiently.  They completely cleaned up after any process.  Being a busy single woman I relied on Matt for the entire restoration process and he did all the leg work and found quality well priced cabinets, appliances, tile, etc. for the entire house.  He is easy to work with and kept me completely in the loop.   I very highly recommend this company with the confidence that the job will be done right, His prices are as they should be and I can't put a price on the trust I have in them.

After returning from a short 2-3 hour shopping trip/lunch, my family and I came home to find that one of our guest bathrooms had a plumbing leak that had spread across two rooms. The leak was discovered by my son after he walked in to his room and stepped onto a soaking wet floor! His room is next to a bathroom, so I was pretty certain that the leak was coming from there but there were no obvious signs of leakage or running water. Based on a frenzied call to my neighbor, I was referred to Drimaxx of Jacksonville FL. Since this was mid-afternoon on a Saturday, I half expected to get a recording. I was extremely relieved when Matt answered the phone! Within about a half-hour of the call, Matt showed up with 2 employees and a ton of equipment! Matt then turned off the water at the street (I should've done that first, I know!) and then, using a super cool infrared (FLIR?) camera, Matt looked at the wall from my son's bedroom and was able to see where the leak had started (This gave me the information that my plumber was going to need!). In no time and with great urgency, Matt and his crew had enough equipment in the house to suck up the water and began to dry out the floors, carpet and walls. During the entire process, Matt was extremely courteous and thoughtful, explaining what the process of drying entailed as well as explaining how I needed to document everything for insurance purposes. I was clearly stressed out during this time but with Drimaxx, I honestly felt like I had a friend looking out for me through the whole ordeal. I only wish the process with the insurance company went as smoothly as everything went with Drimaxx!
