He was very responsive. I called him in the afternoon, and he was there the next morning. He took less than an hour. He found a lock that matched the doorknob lock. He cleaned up the floor afterwards and was very professional.

Service was quick and friendly. These folks go above and beyond to understand the problem and provide a solution.  We had another locksmith do the same thing a few days earlier (on a different door, before I found All Hours) and their cost was 3 times higher! I wish I would have known about All Hours sooner! <br />

I called him at 3:45 and had 8 re-keyed locks by 6:30 the same day. He was very professional, clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and made me feel much safer in my home. Two of the doors on which work was performed did not have keys until he was done. It was a very positive and worthwhile experience. <br />

I saw the coupon on Angies List for 4 locks rekeyed for $130, plus $20 each additional but I was not sure if he came to my area.  I called to verify and he came out the next day at my convenience to review my needs.  He was running a little late, but called, which I appreciated.  He came out the next day with all supplies needed to take care of every lock at my house.  He was quick and efficient and very fair price.  I recommend him highly. <br />

Purchased deal to have locks rekeyed.  Work was performed quickly and cleanly.  He even switched locks between 2 doors. this was really above and beyond what we had contracted for.   Deal covered 2 doors with 2 locks.  We had a total of 7 locks.  Cost for additional was $20 each which was very reasonable. <br /> He was late for appointment but called to let us know ahead of time so it was no problem.  Called again when he was stuck in traffic to let us know.  good communication. <br /> We had some confusion over the payment.  Provider requested payment of $190 ($130 for initial 2 doors and $60 for additional) and I gave him a check for that amount.  I forgot that I had already paid for the deal through Angie's list.  I sent him email that evening and he responded right away and straightened everything out, returned check and sent invoice for adjusted amount. <br /> would definitely use them again. <br />

The locksmith came for an initial review at the agreed-upon time. However, he did not return to do the work on the agreed-upon date and did not provide notice. I had to call to arrange a new appointment. He was apologetic, but, nevertheless, it was less than ideal service. <br />

After calling 2 other locksmith companies, one who was not available the hours that we were to do the work and the other who never returned a call, I was able to reach Dave and schedule an appointment convenient to our work schedule.  Dave arrived and performed the work as requested at the agreed to price.  We were very impressed with the value we got by using Dave and happy with his responsiveness.  We would highly recommend Dave to anyone in the Harrisburg area needing a locksmith. <br />
