signed a contract and gave $6k deposit over 2 months ago and can barely get in contact with them, despite being told it was a 3-4 weeks lead time on starting. go elsewhere.

Unless you’re looking to waste your time and have your money stolen I would not recommend. They were very eager to get the deposit (more than half the job) then came up with bogus excuses every week why they couldn’t start the job. They told us other people owed them money therefore they can’t start our roof. How does that make sense? It was supposed to be replaced November 12th it’s now a month later and still nothing. They avoid you when you ask for a refund too. No one answers the phone and surprise surpise the voicemail is full. They are scam artist. Can’t even find an actual address for them. They need to be shut down but from the looks of it that will be happening very soon. Very unprofessional.

We met with one of their sales reps, Carl Weaver in the beginning of August. After getting a few other offers, we decided to use them. On August 30th I gave them a deposit check for $1400.00, which was cashed the next day. I was told it would be approximately 4 to 6 weeks after they had their installer take final measurements. The installer came about a week later, after no showing once. They we going to use a Alside brand window to match existing replacement windows. A week later they informed me they couldn't get scribing trim that was used previously, but they could get it with a different brand, Vinyl max. I agreed, but it was now a new 4 to 6 weeks. Five weeks after that, i called Carl to check progress. He said he would call the distributor to find out, but thought it should be soon. When he called back the following day he said it would be four more weeks. In four weeks I called again. (Notice how it is always me calling them). Again he told me he would check. For the next three week s it was the same thing. The distributor didn't get any shipments. I then reached out to the manufacturer, Vinylmax. Their rep, Steve Smith, after some digging on his end informed me that he could not find that an order had been placed. He could see a quote, but no order. He didn't confirm, but felt Alliance may have owed the distributor, New Castle Distributor, money and wouldn't place the order for what is essentially a special order. I found this out Friday, December 3 on my way home from work. I drove directly to their office in Allentown only to find d a sign on the door saying they no longer were tenants there. I then called the sales representative, carl and the owner John Roma. Neither answered my call. I did speak with Carl the following day and explained all that I had found out and requested they refund my be returned. I have not heard anything since then. I have gathered more information and because they cashed my check and there is not even an order for the windows, and we are both over the age of sixty, it constitutes felony fraud. I would really just like my deposit back, but I will pursue charges with the attorney General if I don't hear anything soon. Thank you.

I had a leak in my older roof and hired Alliance to replace it. This was back in spring when we were getting quite frequent rainfall. They did tarp it, though that was unsuccessful. I needed the roof done immediately and their word was broken to me several times, with the installation date weeks after the date we agreed on. The quality of the work seems good, but if you have any work with an immediate timeframe, I could not in good conscience recommend them.

Those important things such as: subjecting yourself to undergo my extreme sanitizing protocol in light of a Covid-19 environment to help put me at ease; staying on top of the product manufacturer to ensure that we received the samples that you ordered for us in light of delays tied to the pandemic; going beyond what our insurance company required when we personally asked you to attain photo images showing each phase of the reroofing process; making yourself available to always answer what may have appeared to be never-ending questions; when you and John providing us with additional confidence about AC&C professional standards – when we were informed of the company’s unique distinction earned by only the top tier contractors in partnership with industry leader shingle manufacturer Owens Corning as a Platinum Preferred Contractor – in which my husband and I (“trusted and verified”). It was also an added bonus to know that as a result of this new professional distinction and partnership with Owens Corning that by default we would receive an upgraded type of roof shingle (Tru-Definition-Duration). As a homeowner, re-placing a roof is a major financial investment and getting any aspect of it wrong was never an option for us. My husband and I consulted with at least ten different roof contractors, and during the vetting process, Alliance clearly emerged as the company that earned our confidence and trust. AC&C offered a very competitive fair price and also expressed a willingness to work within our budget, which was very important to us. There is something to be said about the intangible dynamic that takes place when working with a professionally operated family-owned business. It was a joy to see the ripple effect of a solid work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence spanning across from three generations to each dedicated onsite crew member - who all were very professional and respectful of the property. We were very pleased with how well the crew cleaned up everything after the project was complete. Not one single nail was left on the property as I did search, more for safety purposes. Thank you again AC&C for helping my husband and I now rest better at night knowing that we have literally protected our investment (No More Water Leaks), improved our homes curbside appeal with a beautiful new roof, and have already realized our ROI. Everything went well. Mike reviewed everything. I started out just wanting to replace the top level of my roof. I received a lot of estimates and realized that only replacing a part of the roof would not be the best option for the entire roof. The township required documents from Alliance and they were on top of all needed to send to the zoning officer. I was able to use financing because an entire roof is very expensive and I wasn't planning for that. Now I have a new roof.

Excellent services provided , all was explained and details about what would be done, quality roofers that were on time and gave great attention to detail, the area was cleaned very well after the installation to place, I would recommend to my friends and Family

Alliance was very easy to work with! Walked us through all the steps, dealt with the insurance company, and quickly got our roof replaced! Showed up when expected & were done in one day. Replaced entire roof. John & Marcie were a pleasure to work with, very friendly & professional. Price was a bit more than what I anticipated, $5,000 to $7,000. Total was under $8,000. Cleaned up at completion. I am satisfied with the work.

This company has great personnel and roof crew. The owner John is very professional and transparent. He honestly explained everything about the roof work and gave me a reasonable price. Bill—- the lead/ supervisor for roofing was great and made sure everything went well. Tom—-/ the team lead is very thorough in work—- he nicely trimmed the trees above roof , did a thorough and detailed job on roofing including chimney area , attic venting system, installation of shingles. Great job Alliance!!! I will always recommend your work to others

The service was very good. The whole process was manageable and I was comfortable with them. They did a very nice job. Everything was cleaned up. They were very professional. I would recommend them. They were friendly and very responsive to my messages.
