With a slight delay due to COVID, the work was very well done. Plaster repairs were completed, all furniture was moved away from the walls, the floors were covered. The colors were exactly as I requested, including the crown molding. The work was completed in the time quoted and for the estimated cost.

The work went quickly and at a reasonable price. The leaking due to cracks in the old skylight were sealed. Very satisfied!

Their were quick and efficient and done in about 10 minutes. This was a repair job to some siding that had blown down from extreme high winds two years after the initial job was completed. I appreciate the way the took care of me and am a witness that Alliance Contracting stands behind their work.

The work was great. Scotty and his team do nice work and if we weren't happy with anything, they fixed it. I waited a year after the work was completed to do this review to make sure I was pleased with the final outcome. About 4 months after the work was done, we found a crack in one of the granite counter tops. It took some time, but they did replace it at no cost and Scotty's work left zero trace of the rework.

There work was exceptional. They were very reasonable on the price for the work performed. Scott and his crew were extremely professional and polite and worked well with us developing the final bathroom designs. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in any home improvement project. I will hire them again if I ever need any work done at my house. Very, very impressive company and employees.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: I'm so glad we chose Alliance Contracting to update our 90 year old home. John provided exceptional quality and value for our money, and gave us the signature look we'd been dreaming of. Despite many surprises (collapsing ceiling, disintegrating drain pipe, uneven floor, non-plumb walls) Alliance transformed our good old house into an exceptionally functional and beautiful home oasis.

Got off to a slow start. Seemed to be a miscommunication between general manager and project manager but once they started the remodel it was amazing. The downstairs bath turned out better than I had hoped. It was a small space with little room to expand - they put in a new stack, moved the laundry room wall and the end result was phenomenal! Upstairs bath has new tile in the shower, new lighting, new windows, and new toilet and vanity. It is my new happy place. Old tile was original to the 1940's house and awful. Tub was re-glazed and end result was beautiful, open and full of light! I am a happy satisfied customer and i will hire them again. The kitchen will be next and I will call Scott and John when I am ready!

The job dragged on for way too long because it was not properly staffed, crew would show up for just half a day then take off, or he would send no one at all. John finally sent a great crew the last week and they got the job done. Unfortunately, they still have not come out to get to the punch list item, and it has been a month.

"The job was represented as a re-decking project. Scheduling window was extremely narrow as defined by the client, making it difficult to engage project. Upon commencement it was determined that substantial structural failure was occurring and easily could have forced engineering and complete rebuild and permitting of project at a cost of $20,000 additional. We were able to pour several piers, jack structure, and creatively complete project with a change order of less than $5,000, thus saving the customer money and substantial city and engineer review time and cost."

All of the workers were polite and cooperative in planning and executing our project. Their finished work is excellent. John Peters was there to answer questions and personally supervise their work. We are very satisfied with Alliance Contracting and highly recommend them. There are a few small touch ups that they promised they would return to finish. We are just waiting for that to be done - but they are very busy so we hope it will be finished soon.

We are very pleased - the bathroom looks great! Workers were always professional, helpful, courteous, friendly. Always sought our input. Did extras, like rerouting air duct so we could have our recessed medicine cabinets. Included plumbing, electrical, framing, relocated window (outdoor siding redone), widening outer wall for increased insulation for pipes. Fixed access hole in basement ceiling and installed water shut off valve to bathroom. Installed extra electrical outlet for wife's hair dryer and a backsplash. Even fixed a hole in wall of another bathroom and rehung towel bar as a courtesy. Highly recommend.

My husband & I had talked to 4 other contractors and came to the conclusion that finding an excellent general contractor was not going to be easy. Then John Peters from Alliance Contracting solutions came to give us an estimate. My husband and I are not easily impressed but after talking to John we knew this person was truly skilled at his profession and meant what he said that 100% customer satisfaction was their goal. We hired Alliance and it was a wonderful experience. John and every member of his team that worked on our project was friendly, punctual, efficient, highly skilled in their profession and truly dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction. As can be imagined when you obtain that many estimates pricing is all over the place. John's bid was very reasonable compared to some of the estimates we received. I have already recommended Alliance to a friend who maybe needing a contractor and will continue to recommend Alliance to anyone needing an excellent contractor.

We were in Florida, so they were able to work on the bathrooms while we were gone. They not only picked up our deliveries at RSI, but talked us through necessary purchases. They encouraged us to get what we wanted with an eye toward practicality. Their precise measurements eliminated excess purchases of tile. The tile installation on the walls and floor was perfect. We were "blown away" with delight when we returned from Florida! <br />

Contractor was very professional. Great communication, returned calls promptly and met appointments on schedule. Work was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, earlier than expected. Work was done above expectations, especially carpentry on back porch. <br /> Contractor was very familiar and experienced with particular construction and common problems with the houses in the area. <br /> Explained what needed to be done and made very helpful suggestions as to what should be done by the contractor and what could be done by home owner. Along with making suggestions on how to save money on the projects and what to do to make the home last. <br /> Very pleasant experience. Would definitely work with them in the future.

There were some delays; but overall we are completely satisfied with the materials and work performed. Just recently we noted a problem with the guttering on one side of the building not being properly leveled to assure proper drainage. However, company was contacted and has assured us it will be fixed soon. If the service after the sale proves to be as expected, we definitely would use this company's services again. <br />
