DO NOT HIRE ALLIANCE FLOORING LLC! Ruslan (Russ) Porotikov and his associates are crooks. They installed laminate and quarter round on 6/5/2020 and it looked like a good clean job. On 6/6 I was inspecting the quarter round and realized they forgot to nail one down, so I waited until Monday 6/8 (I didn't want to be rude and call him on his day off) to contact Russ to come back and finish the job. I thought this would be an easy fix with no issues, but I was mistaken. He never responded. I gave him another call on Tuesday 6/9 and sent another text to no avail. On Wednesday I noticed a large bubble in our hallway, hammer marks in random places (they weren't using a pad to protect the laminate), and terrible spots where they used a large amount of caulk to fill in gaps around doorways. I tried calling him a few times throughout the day and the phone would ring twice and go straight to voicemail. I suspected that he blocked my number, so I called from my wife's phone and guess what? He answered immediately! I asked why he blocked my number and that he come back to my house to finish the job and fix the problems. He responded with "I'm kind of busy" and hung up on me. I called back in a not so friendly manner and he didn't appreciate my tone and said he wouldn't "help me out". I paid him $565 for 5 hours of work and he is blocking my phone number and refusing to come back and fix HIS mistakes. We have a newborn on the way and are now being forced to hire someone else to come out and fix this terrible job. I don't have an extra $565 just laying around for this kind of thing. Alliance Flooring has caused mass amounts of stress and headache during an already very stressful time. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE ALLIANCE FLOORING LLC!

Alliance flooring did an amazing job installing tile floors and backsplash in my kitchen, as well as showers and the floors in my two bathrooms. The owner Ruslan did a magnificent job helping me choose a back splash in my kitchen to match the tile floors. He kept me updated every step of the way. He was great. Showed up and delivered on time. He also had pretty good quality. I've reached out to him on multiple occasions. Overall I was very pleased with his work.
