Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We found that we had a leak in our water heater on a Saturday and were told that it could let go at any time. We were not able to go up into the attic due to our age to see for ourselves how bad it was. Called Alliance and explained the situation. Kelly came over within a few hours, took photos, exactly explained the situation, told us our options, ordered a new water heater and set us up to have it installed on Monday. Kelly and Alfredo arrived on time on Monday, installed the new water heater, took photos and cleaned up. The quick turnaround possibly saved us from having a leak through our ceiling. We are long time customers of Alliance and have always been happy with their service and the friendliness of their staff. We would give Alliance an A+ rating and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We choked after ARS came out and told us it would be about $15,000 after putting almost no effort into evaluating the location of the leak. Then we looked on Angie's list and found Alliance. They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They put alot of time, effort, and thought into isolating the leak, then came back to run a bypass around it with no impact on our brand new floors. Total cost was $2600 - a small fraction of what ARS was going to gouge us for.

Very well. Had to bring installation up to code with installation of proper drain pipes and customized drain pan. All got accomplished in one day.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this company. I had spoken with quite a few plumbing and re-pipe specialists prior to finding Alliance. From the first phone call to Jean regarding an appointment and available financing options to the completion of all the work, everything and everyone was professional and personable beyond my expectations. Work was done on schedule if not sooner and I felt like I was in the best hands so I had no worries about all that needed to be done. Top notch work and clean up. I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon but if I ever do I would not call anyone else except Alliance Plumbing. Kelly and his crewmen treated me like family and put me at ease and answered all my questions (and i had many) without making me feel like I was bothering them. This is a first class company that I would recommend over and over again!

Called on a Wednesday for appointment, they said the earliest would be Thursday morning. Thursday morning they called and said they could come out around noon. They were right on time, found the leak quickly and repaired it. Agustin was very quick, competent and friendly. I would use them again.

Josh, the technician, was courteous. professional and friendly. The problem arose from the fact that I paid $1260 for 3.5 hours of labor and approx. $50 worth of materials. Had the estimate been free. rather than $100, I would have inquired about other bids. Josh assured me that it pretty much was the going rate That figures out to about $346 per hour!! This company should be ashamed in that I am a senior citizen living off a fixed income.

Tech was not able to disassemble the spout or remove the retention nut under the sink due to corrosion. The top works will come apart but there is no factory description of how to do this. Tech called PP to get info but they could not provide. They sent a replacement upper spout top works. I replaced it myself but because there are no flat surfaces to grasp with spanner, I had to use a pipe wrench which left gouges on the lower part of the spout top works which was not replaced.

Alliance did an excellent job for us. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did top notch work. We realized we had a water line leak on Thursday afternoon. We dug far enough down to have a feel of about where the leak was. Kelly, the owner, came out about 6 pm that day to personally take a look at the job. He had already re-worked his crews' schedules to work us in on Friday. Kelly discussed several different options with us. We choose to go with a replacement of the line and fittings (we had several ugly multi-joint combos in the existing line). Augustin and an excavating crew got to the house about 10 am Friday. The excavators were excellent. They hand dug 11 feet of trench and were very careful about existing utilities. At the end of the job they filled it back in so well, you can hardly tell where they dug. Augustin did excellent work on the lines and fittings. He was extremely good about keeping us informed and answering our questions. They completed the job about 4 pm that day. Highly Recommend Alliance if you want the plumbing done well! You might find a cheaper plumber but you will get what you pay for.

After having a bad experience with a local Friendswood plumbing company, I was worried about getting someone else out here to fix the problem. I called Alliance & they were able to send someone out the same day. Carl & Robert called before arriving so I knew when to expect them. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do & how much it would cost before they got started. I liked that they were able to pull up the quote for the service on a tablet where I could see what I was actually paying for before the work was done. I agreed to the work & they got started right away fixing a bad clog affecting the washer, shower, & toilet on one side of the house. They completed the work quickly & efficiently. They were even able to troubleshoot a small problem I was having under my kitchen sink & gave me advice to keep my dishwasher problem-free. Alliance has earned a loyal customer & I would trust them with any future plumbing needs.

Excellent. The plumber was here the same day I called, at the promised time, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Cost was stated up front and there were no surprises. The plumber Robert was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
