They were honest and provided a good service for a good price. Kept calling to come and reschedule as the weather delayed a repair time. <br />

They were good. They were a little bit slow but they did come and do the work. We thought it was going to be roof repair and it turned out they just cleaned the gutters and did some minor stuff to the $200 so we were a little disappointed with that. We enlisted him and he did some major repairs on our roof so it was good to get him here and good to get him up there. We used that $149 but we also paid him an extra $1300 to repair the roof, he ended up making a lot of money out of this. We had to call him 3 times, he came out finally in the end of August. They were very nice and when he came, he brought a crew with him, and they were quick and efficient so it was good. We would probably use them again because it's hard to get up on the roof.

Dave Heath called to set an appointment the day after I bought the package. He was supposed to show up at 11:00 A M but did call to let me know that he was going to be late by 30 minutes. He inspected the roof and did some caulking/tarring on nails on the flashing and chimney cap. He also gave me some tips on how to stop some dripping behind the rain gutters. Everything went well. <br />

He showed up on the date arranged and did a complete roof analysis (he told me this by phone, since he did the "maintenance package" while I was at work). After examining, sealing and calking everything that needed it, he called me and let me know the status of my roof and anything that may need to be done for it.  Fortunately, everything looked good and nothing additional was needed.  This impressed me, since he obviously did not try to "upsell" me, asking me to purchase a service or object that wasn't really needed.  This alone earned my respect and trust!  I have had small leaks around the skylights, and so will test the quality of the calking when we have our next serious rain storm! <br />

I needed to have some of our shingles repaired after a wind storm blew some of them off.  I also wanted a bid done for our garage roof, which is older than the house roof.  Did a great job and didn't charge me more than the Angie's Deal, which was nice. The bid for the garage was reasonable and we are determining timing for that to be done in the next year or so.  I will definitely call them again for our roofing needs and will have them do the garage roof when we are ready. <br />

They arrived and left within 1/2 hour. Evidently a few of my shingles are lifting up and they indicated they need to be removed and replaced.  Of course they said they could do it if I wished. <br />

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. They came out to do the service within about a week after I purchased the deal.

He is a professional, everything was excellent and the entire project was on time. He worked with our insurance agency very well. The crew is very neat and they clean up after themselves. They did a great job, we get compliments on our roof all the time.

We received significant damage to multiple sites of our roof during a high wind storm last year. Our insurance company covered the cost (minus deductible) for the entire roof to be replaced. Upon contacting Alliance Roofing/DaveHeath, they came immediately to cover all of the exposed parts of the roof to prevent winter/water damage. They then completed the roofing job as soon as winter weather abated. We received no further damage to the roof through the winter. <br /> Alliance Roofing/Dave Heath guided us through the selection process for the new roofing and then completed the job quickly and efficiently. Dave Heath talked us through certain concerns and recommendations for the new roof and made sure we were happy with the decisions made. The clean-up was completed as they went. He scheduled and worked around my wife's Pre-School schedule so as not to be a danger to the children coming and going. <br /> The finished roof is extremely well done, and looks great.  I would recommend Alliance Roofing to anyone.

<strong>I contacted Alliance Roofing, Dave Heath, came out the same day I called.  He gave me his professional opinion and options to consider due to the age of my roof and damage we had incurred.  He also educated  me in how to choose a quality shingle.   <br /> The quote he gave me was very reasonable.  I decided to have Alliance replace the shingles on the entire roof. <br /> The installer that came out was also very experienced and prompt .  The roof looks great and I'm very satisfied.  I would not hesitate in using them again or referring them to a friend of family member.<br /> </strong> <br />
