"We have been out to Mr [Member Name Removed] home 5-6 times to address his concerns. We cleaned his home 1/7 and he signed a note of acceptance of the job which we have on file. We went back out to touch up the home again before the algaecide was applied and then applied the aglaecide on 1/15 when he signed another note of acceptance. We did need to come out and touch up a couple of spots on his home and that was done immediately. It's unfortunate that we were not able to make him a happy customer which is always our goal. "Communication with our customers is the key to our success and the foundation of our business. We ensure after we speak to potential customers to follow up with an estimate that clearly shows the pricing of our service and how it works. The estimate that we sent the customer on 10/13 clearly outlines the price of maintenance program per application. Once we initially clean the roof and the maintenance program begins, the roof should never have to be cleaned again. The maintenance program keeps the roof clean between applications of the algaecide and is done every two years. I think the customer was confused about how the program works and walked away with a different understanding. I'll use this as teaching opportunity with our office staff to ensure customers understand how the maintenance program works with the initial roof cleaning."
