After years of roofing problems I felt that Greg Davis was my solution. I hired him to redo a section of my home roof and to fix leaks in older areas of the roof. Most leaks where the roof sections joined. He sent his crew out. Mostly they were repaired. We had a verbal agreement that on the older roof area that if it leaked he would come back. It leaked, he said he would send someone out. He didn't. I texted him again and he did send someone out, but there was a language problem and he did not repair but the leak did not stop. I texted again and he said he would send out someone in a couple of days. Have not seen them and it has been weeks. I said I would pay since it is the older roof. Nobody. I have been responsible for using him on commercials locations where I work in the order of 10's of thousands of dollars. No problem there, but my hope for someone that would do big and small jobs, to me, is not realized. I will not be using Mr. Davis again.

Additional work was needed after this patio roof was found to have been only nailed to the main structure’s roof, not screwed. Allied identified the problem, quoted repair, completed the work, and checked and rechecked for quality. We are very satisfied with their attention, promptness, consideration, thoroughness, and professionalism.

They did an outstanding job. Got the roof up in one day which was amazing. Cleaned up the area very well didn’t find any roofing nails lying around. I highly recommend this roofing company. Very honest company. I didn’t have to pay any money upfront. Very trustworthy. They also gave me $100 for referring a customer to them.

From the Initial phone call to the final phone call it was nothing short of pure professionalism. They helped thru every decision even helping with my insurance adjuster. I’m so thankful for Greg at Allied.

They arrived very timely and although they had to make two trips, the problem appears to be resolved. We haven't had a hard rain since, but there were no leaks during the gentle rains we have had. I am very pleased and will call them again if needed.

The crew at allied roofing did a great job. From the start (speaking with the salesperson) to the end result (paying for it) the process was smooth and problem free. The roofing crew even stayed till after dark making sure the area around the house was clear of debris. I would highly recommend allied roofing for a worry free roof replacement. And go with architectural shingles... we did and it makes a huge difference in the look of our house.

After insurance was finally in agreement everything went pretty smooth. We had a somewhat complicated type of labor installation required for our storm damaged sheathing on the roof(bitumen torch down for flat roof most of the cost for roof) and we also required shingles needing replaced on main part of home. They were persistent keeping to the insurance requirements and dealing with them for quotes. We noticed a few parts of flashing off centered bit Michael made sure were quick to get this fixed. Michael was great to work with handled everything very professionally. He even tried hard to help us get the trees still standing paid to us for lumber vs out of pocket as we got on tree removal mode with the close calls we had.Note to others with wood siding hunter green looks extremely great for shingle color!!!! Would definitely hire again!

THE TIME FRAME WAS INCONVENIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND KIDS, SO THEY HAD A BIG JOB THEY WERE DOING AND I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO DO IN A TIME THAT WAS STATED TO ME, IT TOOK TO LONG FOR THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS HIRE TO FINISH,BUT I ACCEPTED IT BECAUSE HE WAS A NICE YOUNG HARD WORKING MAN AND I REALLY NEED THE ROOF DONE BEFORE THE BIG RAIN CAME AGAIN , BUT I LEARN IN LIFE TO BE PATIENT WITH PEOPLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY APPROVED AND BY TRUSTING THEIR WORD THAT THE ROOF WAS DONE RIGHT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO TAKE PICTURE OF THE ROOF DUE TO BACK SURGERY, THANK GOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE. I AM PLEASE AND SO WAS MY DAUGHTER AT THE END.

The company representative that I worked with was very good and responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. She was very polite and always called me Mr. ....... She made sure I understood the project and took time to answer all of my questions and always had a pleasant and nice attitude which was professional. The company provided me timeline for the work and stuck to it. They did a professional job and provided pictures before and after the work. They worked with my insurance to make any adjustments required. I would recommend this company because of their professionalism and promptness. I was well pleased with the work they performed and I will hire them again for future work.

Overall, everything went great. It took around 4 days to complete the roof replacement. I have a 2 story, multi-level home. They placed tarps over my plants and moved my outdoor items that might have been damaged with debris from the roof. All of the old roofing shingles and misc trash was removed from my property. I am extremely pleased with the results, and I would highly recommend Allied Roofing to anyone.

It went so smoothly and everyone was very professional and courteous. We felt very comfortable with the entire process and Allied made it so easy to do the business side of things in dealing with insurance company. We were very impressed.

Once we called for a quote they showed up to to access the damage and then returned to meet with the insurance adjuster. They were very helpful in assisting us in picking a shingle style and color. I recently bought a fixer upper that was in desperate need of a new roof. The house is in the country side (~40 miles outside Monroe LA) so I was concerned about finding a quality roofer willing to come out to do the work without over-charging me. After searching on several home improvement recommendation sites, I came across Allied Roofing in Monroe. Landon came to our house and went through the various options available to us. He was very professional and knowledgeable, honest and not pushy, and answered all our questions. The price was very reasonable, and they were able to get started quickly. The workers were friendly and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We had a big storm roll through during the roof replacement, which caused some leaking around the fireplace, but the Allied crew stood behind their work and had a painting crew replace the damaged sheetrock. I had expected this to be a huge hassle, but it was easy peasy and I was so thankful! There were some small added expenses due to the poor condition of the previous roof, but Landon did a great job communicating these issues throughout the process, and they were very understanding when we had to make payment arrangements on the added expenses. The office staff at Allied is very kind and friendly. They are a nice group of people, and I highly recommend checking them out.

I was pleased with the information I was told. Made an appointment, sales representative came out, I selected my shingles. Within days supplies delivered. Roof was finished in a day.
