Pretty fast in getting the contract together, after that no response. Contract signed Nov 2017, work started January 2018. Did not have Wind Inspection done even though it was part of the contract. No response to numerous calls, emails, and calls from Insurance Company.

Terrible. TDI determined roof not built to Windstorm Certification even though inspector approved it. Result was a full refund so the one year old roof not built to code will be torn off and replaced by a different contractor.

Very good. I think the price quoted was very fair and not inflated despite the post-hurricane demand. It took about a week to get the quote, but once we received the quote they were ready to start immediately. Arnold was scheduled to do the work on a Saturday, but it was raining, so he temporarily covered the holes (Thank you Arnold!) and came back Sunday to do the work. I am in the Dallas area, but the house is in Portland, so my brother-in-law drove from Three Rivers both days (Thank you Jonny!) to provide access to power and did yard work while Arnold did the repair. Arnold helped with removing tree limbs that had fallen on the roof and caused the holes. When the job was completed he sent me before, during and after photos, which was very helpful. Scott, the owner, sent me an invoice by email and I was able to pay online very easily using a credit card. We are pleased with our dealings with both Scott and Arnold and are planning to use Allied Roofing for work on other properties.

Mr. Wolfe was very polite and professional during the entire process. Contacted Allied Roofing due to hurricane damage. He came over the same day of the contact and provided a written estimate on the spot. It was several days later that his crew arrived to start work. This was expected due to the sheer volume after the hurricane. No money up front and paid upon completion of work. Couldn't be happier.

Mr. Wolfe (owner) was very courteous and professional. He made a lot of effort to stay in contact with me and gave us a great price compared to other quotes we had gotten. He and his crew were all very respectful and there work was done well and quickly. I would definitely use them again for other repairs around my home.

It went very well! Very responsive to my questions being answered. Crew was awesome! Very quick, quality work done with a warranty. I have since moved from this home but my new home will be needing a new roof soon and I will be calling them!

Very pleased with the work!! Scott made our experience so easy, and fast. His team was very professional and polite. Arnold walked us through the whole process, and answered every question we had. His staff cleaned up all the trash fast, not once did we come out to find something was left in our yard or our neighbors yards. We can't stress how much of an outstanding experience it was from start to finish. The only trouble we had was deciding on the color of shingle to pick from the different varieties he had, for my husband and I to both agree on!!

Look no further!!!!!!! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Scott and his co-workers were very professional and did an outstanding job! I suspected a leak coming from the roof which caused damaged to my bathroom ceiling which my insurance company expected and refused to pay the claim, one of Scott's workers crawled into my attic and found the leak that was overlooked by my insurance company . The replacement of my roof took only 2 days! Everything I asked for was done including covering my pool. Look no further this company is the most affordable. I got 4 other estimates allied was the most affordable and reliable . I will recommend to anyone in need of a roof repair or a new roof , they did what they promised and did it great !!! I gave them 10 stars ??????????

Allied Roofing is the best. They completed our new roof in two days. This was my first time using them, and I was referred to them by a friend. Their work is excellent. They did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. The initial quote was exactly what we were charged. No hidden or additional costs. We felt like the quote was fairly priced. Their communication is outstanding, all our questions and concerns were answered before the job started. They arrived on time, and finished our roof on time. Our roof is fully guaranteed, and has a 30 year warranty. I would highly recommend this company. Everything about our experience with Allied Roofing was great. We love our new roof. This is the 3rd roofing company we have talked to, and got bids. Most companies do not ever call me back. When I called this company they called me right away. It was an easy process to get a hold of them.

His crew was great!  While some of his crew didn't speak much English, it didn't seem to matter to my 7 year old daughter who asked questions and 'helped'.  They were very careful with her and mindful of where she was.  At the end of one day she climbed into the back of a truck and just talked and talked with them.  (She talks fast with a lisp...) So, none of them knew quite what she was say, but she was loving it.  We hit a snag with they hit a waterline (that wasn't really supposed to be there as the house was built in the 60's) and had some damage to the bathroom ceiling.  Scott had a contractor come out and it was completely fixed within 72 hours.   Problems pop up.  It's how you deal with them that I judge a business by.  We are working with him on starting a job for our metal roofs for our commercial property now as well.

They gave me a great price. They did a great job and I'm really happy with them. He stuck to his word and did exactly what he said he was going to do with the contract that he went over with me. He called me and asked me if there were any problems a month later. He told me if there was anything, he would come back and fix it for me. Great customer service.
