Allied Septic Service

Thanks Angel for all the hardwork you do, literally saving the day one flush at a time. I had a brand new septic installed, its been working flawlessly. All I can say is that I am satisfied with the work. Please give Allied a chance and you will not be disappointed.

Warren and Angel were very well knowledgeable about HOOT septic systems and how to repair them than all of the other companies. Prices were higher but I had good feelings about them. I knew they were going to do the job correctly.

The owner Angel was very professional. Came out with the crew and explained everthing in detail. I did not have the money to get everything fixed. So Angel allowed me to pay it out in installments. I am thankful for that. The crew was very professional and kind also. She also gave me a year free of bacteria to put in my septic. Its was a 125.00 value. If you are a Veteran they recognize you. She is very patriotic. If you need a septic service. I highly recommend this crew.

Well let's start with the lady on phone she called me to make sure we didn't miss each other she was friendly and funny they were right on time didnt take a long time they were fast and resourceful I will definitely call them again I highly recommend

They missed the first appt date and were four hours late for the second appt. But once they got there they got to work and continued until the job was complete. Large crew did a lot of digging, replacement, and repair to bring system up to code. Nice and friendly folks. Interesting charge schedule is by the foot. Doesn't matter what they had to do, and they had to do plenty. Just multiply the cost per foot by the total feet. They will be my regular septic service company.

They did a good job. Didn't take them long to schedule. They came and they were polite and friendly and did a good job. The price was pretty reasonable too.

It went well. They answered all questions and were straight forward about all work they were recommending. We did have a little communication issue with what would be completed day of service so the tech did an extra sprinkler head we had not planned for. Fortunately, it was an easy fix so we didn't mind paying for it as well.

Initially they were responsive and tank pumping service was provided in a very timely manner. I paid for the service on the spot. A few weeks later I tried getting them to come back to do some additional work we had discussed but they never answered the phone and the voicemail box was full so you can't leave a message. I called the 2nd contact number, left message a couple of time and they never returned my call.

The tech was very professional and responsive. The work turned has been great so far. They did exactly what they said. Brought the entire septic system up to code.  <br /> <br /> I would use them again if needed.

Allied Septic Service has the best customer service! The Engineer showed up to the appointment when he said he was going to. Their support staff was very accommodating with scheduling the appointment and was able to communicate by telephone, email and text. It was a very smooth experience and I highly recommend them!

They provided complete info at the time of the call, and did exactly what they said they would do. It was easy to work with them, and they were straightforward and honest through out. <br />

Overall, the project took way longer than I expected, but that was due more to the permitting and redrawing of the system that was needed before work could ever start.  David was nice to work with and he will work hard to make sure that the system is designed correctly and will meet code. Now that the project is completed, it appears that they did a great job, and I am satisfied. <br />

It went very well. Steve showed me everything they had to do and did. Very professional and knowledgeable. The crew itself was also professional and polite. <br />

Left ruts in yard after driving where I told him not to. Got stuck. They brought in a tractor which left more ruts. That didn't work so they brought in another truck. That truck left ruts and crushed a field line I had to place myself. They were supposed to come back and fill in the ruts but have never showed up. <br />

I wanted to share the positive experience we've had with Allied Septic. Being new to the country (having moved from the Woodlands a few years ago) it's taken some adaption to get used to the aerobic septic system and monitoring/maintaining this, and Allied has been a huge help with getting us up to speed on what to do (when you've lived in the city on city sewage it's a whole new world getting used to septic in the country.) <br /> David was been a huge help when he came to inspect the system, with answering all the questions we've had and he takes his time explaining things, and he's a wealth of information - plus he's a funny guy with a lot of stories. <br /> He did a lot of work to fix up one of our broken pump so that it would spray the filtered tank water out into the yard. Something was wrong with the pump b/c the sprayers weren't working and there were nasty black slug around the tank (welcome to the world of septic systems, I guess). He did the work to fix and clean the pump, get it working, and the bill wasn't very bad at all. <br /> I've spoken with Angel at the office who is very helpful with understanding the services, the prices, etc, and is super friendly as well. I highly recommend them and would gladly give a personal testimony if requested. <br />

<p>I got 8 separate prices for a big expenditure.</p> <p>Allied were not the cheapest, and not the most expensive.</p> <p>They were one of only two who even bothered to come to my property to see what was involved.</p> <p>The crew showed up on time, and the installation went without a hitch. Everything we had discussed and expressed concerns about was addressed and explained to us.</p> <p>Paul and Marcello went above and beyond with their work, and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.</p> <p>Replacing a septic system is a necessity, and something not to be entertained lightly. </p> <p>There is a lot of planning involved, and Allied helped all the way.</p> <p>March 2015, update.</p> <p>It turns out Allied are not quite as good as I thought.</p> <p>They installed a compressor and control panel on top of one of the 4 tanks, which stuck up about 18 inches higher than anything else.</p> <p>When Paul came back to fix a problem pipe, we were told that for a $ 50 upcharge at the time of installation, we could have had the compressor and control panel put on the house wall, behind some shrubs, and a lot less obtrusive.</p> <p>After the fact, they wanted $ 500 to change it.</p> <p>We eventually settled on $ 400, but we were extremely p***** off at the apparent rip off.</p> <p>Buyer beware, get all options explained before you sign a contract.</p> <p><br /></p>

They  did a good job.  David is honest and didn't try to talk me into blasting the field lines, which would have been expensive and unnecessary.   Someone answers the phone, which is remarkable when trying to find septic service.  They were a little late, but called to let us know an ETA. <br />
