Great service! I had a google chrome problem that I have never seen before and all my shortcuts were knocked off. I am a very active trader and for me that can be a very expensive problem. I found them from a very high recommendation from Angie's list and they knew exactly how to fix the problem. Highly recommended, they saved me what could have been a gigantic headache!

Got sucked into a scam that left me worried my laptop was compromised. Matt was out this morning and as it turns out all was well, but he helped me install better security on both my laptop and phone. Thank you both very much for your quick support - it’s much appreciated.

I contacted ATP through their website, a technician called me within an hour, and scheduled an appointment to come the next day. He assessed my WIFI network, and detected potential issues with the signal, recommended to move our extender, and add an additional node to the mesh network. Now we have a very good signal all across the house, and the bandwidth is great as well. I highly recommend their service not only for their knowledge, and responsiveness, also for their superb customer service.

I needed a Ring bell to be installed. I purchased the service from their website, scheduled an appointment, a knowledgeable ATP technician came and installed it for me. He was very thorough, explained the process, and quickly installed it. Fantastic experience, highly recommend them.

We had a long list of issues going on with various laptops, pcs and network connectivity at home and in our business. I contacted Larry, and on short notice, he arrived on time (actually slightly early). He is professional and customer oriented. He patiently took the time to understand our needs and began addressing them methodically. We are impressed with Larry's IT and technology background and instincts for fixing problems. He also had several suggestions for improving the performance of our computers and adding safety features. He was fair in his pricing and we would certainly recommend him to others needing similar help in homes or businesses.

I have used Larry Black services previously. He does a superb job. He turned up my laptop, updated the software, and retrieved files from the old desktop PC. Larry takes the time he needs to do a the work correctly. He clearly discusses options for resolving a problem and the pricing of alternatives. My price also included the cost of the upgraded software. My laptop is working fine now and I have the files from the PC I need. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Super job. Had some difficulty installing as was new printer being installed on older computer model. Larry worked around the problems and installation was successful! <p>We were pleased with them. It was a man who had his business in, I think, Marietta. His name was Larry Black. We have not had any problems since. We met him halfway in Atlanta with our laptop. We just had to go in there and it saved him from running all the way out here. I think it cost less than $99 and then he had another problem and I think it was still less than that. I think it was a fair price. </p>

We were very pleased. He was prompt and very accommodating. He charged $39 the second time we had it in and then the third time, it was another $29. It was different things that were going on. We got hit with a bad virus. He had to wipe the whole thing dry and start from scratch. He did a good job. I can't complain about what he did. He was very personable and went out of his way to help us. He did more than what we paid for. He gave us a new camera for the computer. I feel like I would go back to him. It ended up being more than we expected, but there was a reason for it and I accept that reason. The price was probably within reason.

Larry did an excellent job! He explained as he went through the setup in case we wanted add laptops to the network in the future. Not only did he walk us through the process while he did the actual work, but he also made certain to test and show us the results of his work. He is knowledgable and personable as well. Larry Black was quite professional, interesting, and knowledgeable. I got lots of tips from him, especially relating to hardware. I'm fairly knowledgeable about software but a dunce when it comes to hardware. Since my desktop hard drive was dying and also was in a difficult place to get to inside the case, he ran into problems in trying to transfer files in his usual ways. The copying function wasn't working to copy the files. So he had to take my desktop with him to transfer the files to my external drive. While I had made copies of all my most important files on a thumb drive, I still wanted to be able to access all of my old files. He came back and hooked up my laptop with all my devices and made sure everything was up and running. I actually paid him more since he ran into problems and had spent so much time on my situation. I will definitely call him again if I have any questions about Windows 7 or my laptop. <br />

<p> Went superb!</p> <p> Larry was well prepared to set-up the computer and transfer a considerable number of files. What he was able to do in an hour or so would have taken me days. He knows some of details of set-up and about software that is useful or possibly not - depending on the user. </p> <p> I was thankful that he pointed out the pros and cons of loading certain pre-packaged software that comes with new computers. He explained everything. He showed me some features that I would have never found by myself. Some like how to better see the cursor may seem small, but really helps to know.</p> <p> Will have Larry back to trouble shoot some problems I seem to be having with my PC.</p> <p> He took the time to the job right. Great value for money!!</p> <br />
