we got into contract with this company last may 2022 and we have itemized contract that needs to be completed. this is a signed set of invoice and contract signed by me and by the contractors, the contractor only completed the demolition part of the project. the total amount was 86,000, and we paid the first deposit was given may 19, 2022 and the amount was 21,500 and the second was july 1, 2022 and it was 21,400 so the total was 42,900 and from july 1 no service was given by the contractor, we ran it to a barrier that is part of the building and we have a conversation regarding this issue up until september 2022. i reached out to him with several occasions, left voice mail and text message up until today. i used another phone number and he hangs up on my face. this contractor is not communicating with me anymore. this is a unfinished project. i will not recommend them to anybody.

He. Was very responsible a true professional. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful he deliver what he promised. He also prepared the walls of the kitchen that were damaged and uneven. I highly recommend him.
