I thought they were fairly good. They left some blue chalk line in my courtyard to run their hoses but when I called them they came out the next morning to remove the chalk. The only reason they did not get an A is because I found a large stain near a bed foot that they missed. Otherwise, reliable, punctual and at a fair price <br />

My floor had a "designer" finish on top of a concrete base in every room of my townhouse except the bedrooms.. Either the equipment or the chemicals they used took off the top layer of the designer finish in spots. It did not remove all the designer level finish only in spots which showed the next level color . If I wasn't trying to sale the house at the time I probably wouldn't be upset. I think the upset was mostly that they didn't mention what occurred with the floors and they dumped the water from their scrubber machine on my front walk and it temporarily stained the sidewalk. Nice people but I wouldn't use them again. <br />

I was closing on my new house on Friday at about noon and called Gordon Thursday morning. He was able to schedule me in Friday just after I received my new house key. He was very courteous, prompt and always kept in touch with me. His helpers were also great. The carpet after cleaning was amazing and at a great price. I will definitely call "All in One Carpet Cleaners" again. Thank You Gordon and staff. <br />
