I have 46 year old home w/ septic tank & drain field. They pumped the tank, installed a new lid w/riser for easier future access. Determined the drain field has an obstruction. James explained, after testing the drain field, that performing a “cross-over” would restore drainage from the tank into the drain field. Because of scheduling, this part is to be performed in another week or two. This is the 3rd time in 37 years having this system serviced. All In One took great care to minimize damage to my yard. I was able to compare rates with 4 other contractors and decided on All In One to do this job. I hope to not need their services again but if needed I will definitely call again.

James and his team were terrific. They went above and beyond to help us with our issue. They even fixed a completely separate issue when they noticed it while working. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend recommend!

After turning away 2 different companies i looked to my community for a great septic company. I had several people recommend "All in one septic". From the very beginning they have been amazing! Great customer service with genuinely great service professionals James and Sam did an amazing job at an amazing rate. They didn't try to take advantage like previous companies either, they will be my go-to company for every septic service my home needs, and I will recommend them to anyone!

I contracted with them to perform services last week. They put me off and made excuses all day as to why they couldn’t come when they said they would. Agreed to come the next day and were no-call, no-show and wouldn’t even respond to my communications. I do not recommend them.

On Christmas day our toilets began bubbling and gurgling while one of our showers was in use. Our septic system was ten years old and never serviced. I called All in One and talked to James. He was booked for Christmas day but said he could come out the next morning. James and Sam arrived the next morning and pumped our VERY FULL septic tank and installed a new filter. Removed a clog in the fill line, and checked our flow rate which was good. Cleaned up after they were done. The price was as James had explained to me on the phone the day before. I highly recommend All In One Septic.

These guys are the absolute best. They educate you so that you have a better understanding of the system and how it works. They went above and beyond.

We bought a house and no idea when the septic was last serviced. We called James and he was out there the next day. His crew spent significant time pulling out roots and overflow. No extra charges, no hidden fees. We weren’t able to be there during the service, but James sent us pictures of the whole process. Phenomenal business! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing septic work done! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

James took my call late on Friday afternoon and said he could schedule me in for Saturday morning, which was great--my septic relief valve was overflowing and I didn't want to wait all weekend to get that resolved. He gave me a quote right away, for jetting and camera inspection, which ended up being what I paid--a reasonable amount, compared to exorbitant amounts I've been charged by other septic services. Jonathan and Sam arrived a little early, were very courteous and accommodating, got right to work, and explained what they were doing and what they saw. Per my request they were careful with the excavator not to damage my lawn and sidewalk. I will call All In One again the next time I need septic repair or service.

These guys are awesome.. first of all. They got right back in touch with me and was out to do the job in a couple of hours.. that's more than I can say for the other two guys I called in the first place.. the price was right to.. save yourself some time and trouble and give them a call if you want it done before next year..

It went quite well. James responded to my phone call and Sam came to my house within a couple of hours. Sam explained the problem and had everything fixed within an hour. This was the second time that All-In-One serviced my tank (two separate problems related to the fact that the prior owners did not keep up with maintenance) and their service, response time, and professionalism were exemplary both times.

James and his crew provided excellent service from my first contact to the completion of the job. They were very knowledgeable, answered my questions and respected my property. They explained the entire process to me and made recommendations to improve future access to my tank without the hard sell attitude other companies have. I’m glad I called them for service before I had bigger problems with my septic tank. Best of all I have piece of mind knowing the job was done correctly.
