All in the Family Home and Lawn Care

did initial cleanup, scheduled return for "after leaves are finished falling;" did not do any of tree removal, did partial job on overhanging branch when I complained. Insisted on full payment, assuring me that they were "licensed." When I called to set date for return, they gave me a date, didn't show; this has repeated through dozens of calls, with a wide and imaginative array of excuses. Agreed to partial refund, but never made such. Agreed to clean gutters as apology for delays; never came did that, either. Finally, after tantrum on my part, they came in, raked some leaves into piles in my yard (they are still there...), let my dogs out, and quit returning calls. Has been 5 months without resolution

Horrible. They did shoddy work the times they did show up. Did not even get the weeds out, several of the plants they put in have died already.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service performed. Apparently they cut the lawn once and never came back. I had exactly one chance to make a good first impression of our new home on my wife and All in the Family blew it for me. When we arrived the lawn was horribly overgrown to the point that the grass was up to my knees and gone to seed. When I called on 6/7 and asked Kim to come she said they would be out that evening. They never showed up. I called again on 6/9. This time she told me they had had a house fire and she had to stay for the electricians but they would be out soon. Never showed up. Called again on 6/12. This time she told me the van was in the shop getting a new radiator but they would be out when it was done. Never showed up. On 6/15 I mailed them a letter requesting a refund of the $80 I had paid them for work not performed. On 6/21 I received a text message saying that $40 of it was in the mail and the other $40 would be sent on 7/5. Guess what? It never showed up. These people are completely unprofessional and unreliable and I have no idea how they got the Angie's List rating that they did.

They were very thorough, I was very surprised. They were reasonable on price as well. <br /> .
