We purchased this house in the fall of 2014. The house was not cared for... by the previous owners and we bought it knowing it needed a lot of work. Since we have known Brian, we have hired him and his company to provide us with pest control services as well as a termite treatment. As we have lived here, we had Brian do a whole house inspection for us. Since we already owned the house... it was for our own benefit. Brian literally crawled into every space in this home... and spent literally hours inspecting everything. He spent a lot of time in our crawl spaces. He pointed out all the potential problem areas and verified some areas of concern. He also spent considerable time on the roof with me looking at possible trouble spots and recommended a few fixes to things that have never been noticed by anyone else. He was MUCH more thorough than the original pre-buy home inspector we had hired just a year before when we purchased this home. Brian's report has helped us with prioritizing home repairs and with planning. I would definitely recommend Brian and Allman Home Inspections for any house inspection. <br />

Initially contacted early April 2015. After discussing our prospective issue (evidence of mice in home build). He was honest, direct about his availability and told me he would follow up when he was available. He provided advice on what to check and seal as potential entry points. He followed up as promised and we met at the building site yesterday morning. He was at our property for a couple of hours, explained and questioned as we went through the process on the inside and outside of the structure. I enabled him to converse with our construction crew and builder. He elaborated on other services Allman provides should we need more or desire a long term pest control treatment procedure. <br /> I feel good about this service visit and appreciated their professionalism, explaining and discussing the need. I would use Allman Brothers again and shared his info with our current landlord and will share with Lesa Miller, my realtor/friend. <br />

I heard noises in the night up in our attic. Gnawing and bumping noises. Knew it had to be a mice but did not feel comfortable working in the attic. After consulting Angie's List, I phoned Brian and he agreed to come out the next day on my lunch hour to meet me. Brian went right to work and got up in the attic to take a look. He recommended setting out bait and showed me some photographs of possible entry points for the mice/rodents. He set out the bait and then sealed up those entry points. Have heard no noises since! Saved money using an Angie's List coupon! <br />

Brian was quick to return my initial call and was out within a few days. Very thorough and easy to work with. We plan to do monthly services as his monthly rates were reasonable and the initial treatment was awesome.

Brian arrived early just ahead of the painter. The painter and I exchanged thoughts about who should perform their tasks first while Brian waited patiently. He went about his business in a professional manner. There were no offensive odors or other visible signs that he had been there when he finished. Best of all, no pest problems after he left. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I would highly recommend Brian for any work related to pests, varmits or creepy crawlers. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
