I purchased the coupon through Angie's list in October of 2016. As of today, March 17th, after repeated calls to this company to schedule the cleaning, we have yet to receive a call back.

It turned out great. In fact I am going to call them again because it's dirty again. There was 1 person to clean the carpets and it took about an hour or hour and a half. They were just completely professional and very nice. They explained some things to me that would help me when I need something else done. The area was left very clean.

Justin got my carpets so spotless and fresh that several people asked if we had installed new carpet. Excellent job!

The cleaning went fine. He showed up about 15 minutes late but called ahead to let me know he was running late. The living room carpet was very dirty from pet traffic and stains. Overall, he got the carpet much cleaner. I was disappointed that the coffee table wasn't moved for cleaning, as I ended up with a dirty rectangle where it was sitting, and we do frequently slide it around.

He was on time and got started right away. Great job.

Excellent. Carpet was extremely dirty with pet stains and red mud. He worked very hard to remove all the stains and finished with scotchguard treatment. I had previously used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have been very pleased both times. Called about 15 minutes before set arrival time to say that he was running about 10-15 minutes late. I appreciated this so much even though it was just a few minutes difference. Many service providers do not have the courtesy to do this.

I purchased a deal via Angie's List and called All Metro Carpet Cleaning several times and attempted to set up carpet cleaning via Angie's List. I did not receive a call back from the company.

Great. He was in and out and did a great job, we will definitely use them again.

Showed up when promised.  Was very professional and pleasant.  Very satisfied with the work.  Would recommend him to anyone. <br>Carpet was very dirty when started and looked  great when finished.  Removed  all pet odor from home.  Justin has top notch equipment and does top notch work.  I have used other carpet cleaners in the past; and they can't hold a candle to his work.  He is the best by test because our carpet was really dirty and the pet odor was bad.  He fixed it all.
