We’ve been using Allora Cleaning for our hair salon in Sacramento, and the difference has been huge. Salons are hard to keep spotless, but their team is thorough, consistent, and understands the details that matter — stations, mirrors, floors, and restrooms are always clean and fresh.

Had Michael out recently to clean our windows, both inside and out, and he did a fantastic job.
He was incredibly methodical, and took real care with removing and replacing the screens. Inside the house, he was super mindful of his surroundings and really careful around the furniture and items near the windows. Beyond the quality of the work itself, Michael just has a very professional, pleasant demeanor and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. Our windows look amazing.

Amazing!! The customer service to set up the appointment was very informative, polite, and friendly. The cleaning crew left everything spotless and feeling like a brand new house. The home was in extremely bad shape. It was vacant for 2 years and prior to that was occupied by someone who couldn't care for himself. That being said, I warned Legacy of the condition and paid an additional $200 For the condition. I also requested the interior windows e cleaned and 3 or 4 people. Two women were sent and they said they were told ot was a 6hour job and they Couldn't do the windows. It took a day and a half instead of one day, due to the staffing. They didn't do everything that was supposed tobe included. All in all, I would hire Legacy again for a normal cleaning But this wasn't a normal cleaning. I would have liked them to tell me they weren't equipped for this type of cleaning.

So this was to redo the last review because we inspected the cleaning a little more. On second inspection we found a lot of things left uncleaned. Primarily the main bathroom floor seems to have been almost untouched though we specifically asked if they were going to mop the floors. There was a lot of residue in the sinks and bathtubs from the cleaning we we had to then go a wipe out ourselves. The vacuuming was done but very poorly, our laundry hamper wasn’t moved to be vacuumed under for instance. One of our offices was dusted but the other was not really besides a quick vacuuming. They spent a lot of time in the kitchen but the dish mat wasn’t cleaned or even lifted to clean under.

It didn't go well. We spoke to a customer service person at length and then pre--paid $495 via credit card for a deep clean and then a single person showed up for the "deep clean" which requires at least 2 people to complete. The cleaning person knew nothing about our home, size, specific requests, etc. We sent them home saying we needed at least 2 workers and they returned at an agreed later date with their 18 year old grandson. We placed several calls to the owners who answer the business line "Hello" and seem willing enough to listen but then don't followup directly but had us called back by the cleaning worker. They seem to be of the mindset that you pay for the hours worked rather than the completion of the job. If you are ok paying $70/hour for a cleaning person, this firm could be an option for you. We think that's too high and we overpaid for what we actually received. We were hoping to find a cleaner that would come every 2 weeks on a regular schedule -- we'll look elsewhere.

After I cancelled services in May, they continued to bill me for a total amount of $1440.00. Service ended May 2., but Legacy kept billing my credit card for May, June, July, August and September. For those months, no service was requested, scheduled, or given, but they overbilled me for $1440.00 that has not been refunded to my card despite repeated requests and patience.

not so good. Language was a bit of a problem. I expected and was told a "real good deep cleaning job" I told the one who seemed to understand English the best that I was more interested in a thorough job than a complete whole 3100 house square feet clean.They were here for 3 hours. was ding yard work in yard so did not monitor their work. I have never had to do that with other cleaning services. Dusty baseboards, dusty blinds, dusty lamp shades, two bathrooms nice but they missed one bathroom.wondered if my floors were even washed.They. left before I could do a thorough check. Lesson learned... do it myself.

I bought a 4-hour cleaning for $144 through Angie’s List last month. I have a 1450 sq/f home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. My home is not very messy, so I figured I would have a pristine, clean home when I hired Legacy for 4 hours. They didn’t do a bad job per se, but the cleaner was done in half that time. I PAID for 4 hours.. When I complained, I was told this was the price for a basic cleaning. If so, the 4 hour coupon is VERY misleading...When I complained they sent me a coupon for an hour of cleaning, but that would be taken off of their price for their cheapest, basic cleaning, which I personally think is very pricey. I don’t plan on using the coupon. There were things left undone such as emptying trash cans and dusting figurines. The microwave also was not done. So, “meh.” Too bad they didn’t spend 4 hours to do a thorough job...

The two cleaning ladies did excellent work. Fabulous work. House was spotless when they were done. I was a bit frustrated with getting a call returned from Legacy customer service afterwords. When I set up the cleaning, I wasn’t sure it would take a full 8 hours. The person I spoke with before I scheduled the services said I would get prorated if it took less time, and it did. It took around 6.5 hours, rather than 8. Legacy made me pay in full at the time of scheduling. I expected to get something back , but 2 phone calls later, I’ve not heard a peep from them. Disappointing because the cleaners did such terrific work. I’m ready to start regular cleaning service, but I’m hesitant about going back to Legacy because the customer service was poor.

We hired legacy cleaning services earlier this year and have been very pleased with the quality of their service. We have a 3,000 sqft home and they clean the entire house in 2 hours with 2 workers. They do a better job in less time then any other service we could find. Thanks for the hard work!

The 2 Hispanic women are able to clean my 3 bedroom house in about 1 1/2 hours and leave the place spotless. I have been using Legacy Cleaners for approximately four months now and will continue to do so. Arthritis keeps me from doing my own housework.
