Mike and his assistant were punctual and did a great job.  Not only did they come prepared, but the two of them seemed to compliment each other and work was performed quickly and professionally.  Did a great job explaining what I need to do to maintain system; did a great job cleaning up behind them.  Would highly recommend them. <br />

Very professional, prompt, and responsive.  Respectful of flooring by laying down cloths to walk on.  Used excellent quality materials and even did a few minor things (like making a small adjustment on a toilet flushing mechanism) without charging us when they easily could have just replaced it for a fee.  We highly recommend Prime Plumbing and will definitely call them again when we need a plumber. <br />

They were excellent. When I called they were prompt in answering and setting up appointment. Came when they were supposed to and did great work.

Very responsive - came to location and provided an estimate the day after we called.  Very flexible - did the rough plumbing and waited for us to get the carpentry and electrical installed before scheduling the finish plumbing.  Did the work as discussed, cleaned after themselves and were very friendly and good to work with.  Would definitely call again. <br />

We couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the repair and the cost. The plumber, Mark, showed up right on time and diagnosed the leak then gave us an estimate for the work involved. He left to get a needed part...returning about 20 minutes later. He replaced the clean out pipe....completing the job in about a 1/2 hour. Mark was very neat, cleaning up the area completely. I will be using them again....and recommend them highly if you need an excellent, honest, reasonably priced plumber. OUTSTANDING! <br />

<p>The plumber was prompt, courteous and honest.  Told us how to order the part so it would not cost us anything instead of them ordering it and charging us for it. (The company that makes the faucet has lifetime warranty on parts) They kept in touch with us until the part arrive and promptly returned to finish the job.  I have already referred them and would use them again.</p> <br />

Very responsive, professional work. Clean and neat work- making sure gas lines were secured behind cabinets safely. Cleaned up after themselves. Owner came to house to quote the job and was also hands on at the site.

<p>My original call to them was for the tub/shower problem-no cold water.  Mark came out and tried to fix it but it kept leaking-the fittings were too worn.  He explained in detail what I needed to buy (or they would provide) and set a day around my schedule to return and do the repair.</p> <p>They (two service men) were right on time and finished the work in less than 2 hours.  They were very personable and efficient.  They even replaced some parts that were not part of the original repair.  They cleaned up the work areas so well you wouldn't know they had been there.  </p> <p> The price was very reasonable considering 2 trips, 2 repairman and extra parts provided.   I will certainly call them again for any of my plumbing problems!</p> <br />

     Prime Plumbing did a good job and I was satisfied.  Mike Madden returned calls or text messages promptly.  I was able to text pictures and Mike was able to quote me a price over the phone. They were able to fit me in the same day I called and they arrived on time.  Work was completed in a timely manner.  I liked the fact that there were (2) service people and a very large parts inventory in the vehicle. They did a good job and the price was reasonable.  I would recommend this company if you need shut off valves replaced. <br /> Jeff H. <br />

We have used Prime Plumbing 3 times. They are very professional and are friendly as well. I highly recommend them to ANYONE!

The faucet trim in my master bath was very old and needed replacing. Prime plumbing had to research to find a plumbing supply house that carried the brand that was in the bathroom so replacement parts could be ordered.  Mike kept in touch to let me know he was still pursuing the correct parts. When the parts came in, we scheduled the repair to the bathtub trim and replacement of the bathroom sink faucet. The tub faucet was leaking very slowly so I called Mike to ask about it. Silly me did not realize that the trim on the bathtub faucet could be replaced without changing the 'guts' of the faucet.  The bathtub is not like a sink faucet.  Mike explained this so he sent another plumber out to fix the leak.  Both plumbers were professional and very nice.  They explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this place again. <br />

Discovered a leak in the sump pump pipe, called 3 plumbers on Angie's <br /> List,. Prime called me within an hour, and even though I was a ways <br /> away, arranged to get someone out to fix the problem that day! The young <br /> man showed up on time and was pleasant, professional, and had it fixed <br /> in a short time. I felt the price charged was reasonable. I plan on <br /> using them again when I decide which new faucet to buy for my kitchen <br /> sink! <br />

I left Mike a message on his voicemail and he returned my call very  quickly.  Made an appointment for estimate and he was very prompt and personable.  Said they would open it up and see if cleaning it out would do the trick and if not would have to replace the pump.  Gave me a total estimate and set up the appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning.  Mike called me a 11 p.m. and informed me the supply place would not be open until 8:30 to have his plumber pick up the new pump in case it was needed and would be out by 9:30 a.m.  It was nice to get that call at night instead of waiting the next morning.  Plumber arrived at 9 a.m.. <br /> He opened it up and said it was clean but the pump would not run.  He replaced the pump, cleaned up the area upon completion. <br /> Overall I was very happy with the service and would use them again if needed (hopefully will not) and would recommend Prime Plumbing  to do the job. <br />

Mike sent a co-worker to install the faucet.  He was punctual, professional and installed the faucet in approximately 45 minutes.  He charged $175.00 for the job - a much more inflated price than we had paid prior for a similar job.  When questioned, the co-worker just said "that's what I was told to charge".  I called Mike and left a voice mail message stating that I thought the price was too high for the job done.  I never received a phone call back.  I will not be using Prime Plumbing again.
