All Phase Fence and Deck

Early interactions went well. The estimate was done when scheduled and work began in a timely fashion once I hired them. However, I made the mistake of paying for everything before the job was completed...4 months later the work we agreed upon still hasn't been finished. For the first 2 months I kept hearing from Tim that they'd be back out any day to take care of it (over and over). For the last two months I can't get anyone to pick up my phone calls or even respond to a text. Meanwhile I'm still sitting here with an incomplete fence. The quality of the work done was satisfactory, but I can't give anything higher than an F as I paid for a job that wasn't completed and am now being totally ignored. I'm planning to list the property for sale but need to have a finished fence to do that, so I'm now going to have to hire a new fence company to finish the job. Doesn't seem right but I guess I learned my lesson. I would not recommend this company. At the bare minimum, please avoid paying for any services until the job is 100% complete.

All Phase Fence & Deck did an excellent job replacing my old fence with a new one. Tim and his crew exceeded my expectations. He quoted me a fair price, kept his word about when he could start and finish the job. I have plans for his company to build me a patio.
