my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year, Superbowl Sunday morning. All Phase Heating and Cooling came out within a few hours and got it working again. Thanks again!

Exceptional work, exceeded expectations.

While installing the mini splits, they screwed up all my electrical to the building. When I called to have someone come out and repair it they did not respond.

Had a circulator pump go bad. AllPhase gave me a ring pretty much within minutes of submitting the request here. They said they'd come by for a look after their morning job. They didn't get around to me the afternoon they said, but they were here first thing the next morning. No biggie. Two guys were polite and respectful, but they also had fun personality and cared about doing the job right and making sure to demonstrate the heat was all working. They immediately could see what the problem was, gave me a quote on the spot, and set about to fixing it. I don't know how much these things generally cost, but although I could see that they were correcting their own mistakes (which takes time), it seemed clear to me that they didn't charge me for that time, which I respect. They even replaced some parts free of charge. More respect. Maybe a little pricier than I was expecting overall, but on the other hand, since blowtorching was involved, I'm happy to pay someone else to do it.

Peter and his crew did a great job! Not only was he the lowest bidder (by a lot), but he got the job done quickly and on time. Peter is very cordial and knowledgeable about furnaces. If you hire him, you won’t be disappointed.

It went terribly. From the start AllPhase was late for every appointment. When asked to tell me when they were late or when they would get to work I would not hear and would have to chase them for updates. They had to return multiple times because every time they would do something it would not work. The freezer is still not working after I paid AllPhase $3000. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and had to buy a chest freezer. I've also had to hire another company to actually finish the job. I have given AllPhase an opportunity several times to do the right thing and issue a refund but i have been ignored.

They came in and diagnosed my situation. They fixed it. they did a good job and reasonable. It went excellent, very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. They come over and complete the job. I am very happy.

It was a little difficult to get everything together. But the job was completed in timely manner. Pricing was reasonable. Work looks great and operating fine. Would recommend to others.

Unit works fine. Very sloppy crew. Burn marks and melted grommets where they connected the refrigerant lines to the air handler. Dirt and grubby hand prints all over the basement, the woodwork and doors. Debris from the install all over the utility room. Broke the toilet seat in the bathroom. They installed the plumbing to the humidifier but did not hook up the electrical or controls. I called their office number and it rolls to VM and the VM box has been full and not taking messages for a month. Their website does not have an email address so their is no way to contact them.

They where awesome on time and affordable and professional will recommend and hire again thank u peter and happy holidays!

Pete is very responsive and professional. His team showed up, expertly and efficiently repaired my leaking baseboard, and ensured they cleaned the repair site. Additionally, Pete followed up to make sure things were done to my satisfaction.

The entire central air conditioning job was completed under the allotted time. Fantastic, boiler was in bad shape also je replace my vent pipe on my fuel tank keeping me in code.

Boiler needed serious cleaning and they did things that no other company has done in the past, saving my boiler. They also helped me in replacing my vent pipe since it was out of code BUT NOW in code. THANX GUYS!!!!

Installation was normal. Clean up was terrible, And don't expect good service once the job is done. Terrible office personnel, unorganized. Data base records, anything to do with the installation in the past is useless. Phone calls never returned. False hopes and promises. Don't let the price get you like me.
