Matt from All Phase Construction provided a thorough and competitive quote including a provision that payment was not due until the job was completed to my satisfaction. His crew (Dustin and Luceno) were timely, professionally focused on the tasks, and highly detail oriented. With any project such as this (water damage and associated siding repair/replacement) there’s always the likelihood of some “surprises.” Items were identified, options discussed including additional cost, and they made time to complete the expanded project. The work site was kept clean and organized. Of course, what counts is the end result, which is 5-star, excellent.

For the most part, most of it was done right. There were a couple things that were not to my preference, but were passable. They didn't put in enough roof vents, they put in 1 roof vent too few. For me to correct that, I have to take out half of their vents and put in new ones. That is the main thing that really bugs me; they messed up on the roof vents. I didn't know that was a problem until probably a year later when I was trying to move to the next phase of construction. That's when I discovered they had miscalculated but they should have put in 1 more vent. There were usually 3 workers and they were fine. They were willing to work with me because I was a little bit in their way. I was still doing some of the adjacent work and I had to finish the work before they could do some.

I needed to have the roof of an existing addition re-roofed from composite to TPO. The roof was pretty flat so I needed something besides composite. Having had a couple estimates I decided on Allphase do the work. Rob had given me the original bid of $3900 and said there might be a possibility of running into more they would have to do. I knew this in advance and was definitely OK with it. <br /> His crew arrived early and set to work. They completely stripped everything down which was three layers of shingles as well as having to replace most of the plywood due to rot. They also replace flashing around the chimney and blew off the main roof and cleaned the gutters. After replacing the plywood, they put down the barrier and then the TOP material. The crew worked till after dark. Rob and a couple of his crew came the next day and removed all the debris.  <br /> After everything was completed, I saw what they had done and was very satisfied. I was quite impressed with the way they formed the roof into the gutters making it easy for the rain to drain off into the gutters. I am totally satisfied with how Rob conducted the initial inspection as well as putting a tarp over the roof prior to re-roofing so the rain wouldn't do anymore damage. He was very fair and kept me informed with everything he did or needed to do. He was personable yet professional. I wouldn't have any problem with recommending them to my friends or anyone else. <br /> <br />

Bid was $1950. The morning it was to be done All Phase called way too early and demanded way more money; ended up costing me $2600. They did not replace all of the old rotten sheathing they should have, even though I went for lumber. Did not properly re-flash new roof at chimney. New roof leaks at chimney, and will leak with high winds at improperly-installed continuous ridge vent. All Phase&apos; workers not only did not clean up all of their mess an haul it away as promised, they actually tried to hide some of it in my back yard instead. Phoned three days ago about leak at chimney; no one is here to fix it yet, and we have a pineapple express bearing down. Avoid these people like the plague.

Good, there were a few times I didn't hear back from him very quickly when I called to check on the window order, but the quality of workmanship, the speed of the actual work, and the cost was hard to beat. <br />

<p>On March 23, 2015, Rob and his son Eric came out to give us a bid for siding and exterior paint job.  They were friendly and very informative.   Since we had never had siding replaced in the past, we had two other contractors come out to give us a quote so we had an idea of the price range for the project.  Knowing we needed to be prepared for any potential additional costs, and after doing some back ground checking on all three, we decided to go with AllPhase because they were within what we thought was a fair and reasonable price, and they had great reviews on Angie?s List too.  They began working on our place April 22, 2015.  As the work began, there were a few surprises along the way; evidence of dry rot on a corner post which needed to be addressed and dry rot from water intrusion on the lower part of the north wall sheeting which also needed to be replaced, but Rob kept us abreast of the hidden problems that the crew found as they arose.  Every day the crew showed up and promptly went to work.  We were also impressed with the fact that they showed up in the morning and stayed on task until they were done for the day.  They cleaned up the entire work area each day as well.  The house was built in the 90?s, so there were some great improvements made with the new siding such as the vent blocks, z flashing on all the windows and an amazing caulking job on all the windows and doors. I also had the front gutter replaced because it had been badly dented in the past.   After the problems were repaired, siding was completed, the gutter installed and the windows, doors and foundation were masked off, the house was skillfully painted with two coats of high quality paint and trimmed in a contrasting color.  It looks like a whole new house!  All the work was completed May 14, 2015, right on schedule.  The next project will be to replace our front and back decks, and they are the ones I am going to use.   I would highly recommend AllPhase Residential Construction for any exterior project!  </p> <br />

Rob was quick to respond to phone calls. The work was done in a timely manner and they always cleaned up between work days. Very happy with the new roof.

Rob and his sons very quickly removed the chimney and pipes from an old wood fire stove from the roof and interior of the house. They went into the attic and were able to remove the pipes very efficiently. They installed a new vent on my roof and had the ceiling in the living room dry walled very quickly. It was so nice to have them handle this job and clean up so well. I also had new gutters installed by Rob's team. I had screens added to the gutters to cut down on the amount of pine needles that are a problem - so that was a nice solution that Rob discussed and offered to us. I would definitely recommend and use Rob's team again. <br />

We're really glad that we found Rob and his team at AllPhase. We initiated the project as a painting project, but ultimately wanted to <br /> improve the weatherization of an older home. Rather than sell us a re-siding project, they took a practical approach. They recommended replacing some shingles as was necessary, and replacing/reflashing leaky window trim. When they encountered some unexpected rot, their repair plan was straightforward and reasonably-priced.  And, when everything was finished, the end result was even better than we could have imagined! We felt like they were looking out for us, and it really showed in the final product. <br /> Within their staff, they had excellent coordination with our requests and were diligent about updating us with the progress of their work. The property was not a primary residence, and was out of cell phone range, and yet they still brought 100% transparency to their progress. They were punctual at the job site and were consistently professional. I felt very comfortable with them as a presence at our home. Our home is very old and had been waiting for new paint for many years. So, there was a TON of loose paint scraping needed for our job. But, Matt & Erik kept our gravel and bark dust areas SUPER tidy. Matt even got me out of a jam with personal plumbing project on the fly. Their ethic illustrated the difference between 'doing a job' and 'being there to help.' <br /> <br /> <br />

All Phase did a beautiful job installing not only my windows but a new front door and storm door. As a family-owned company, everyone was very easy and enjoyable to work with, and they were very respectful and careful around both the inside and outside of my home. They have already gotten a request for bids from my next door neighbor in my condominium complex who is not only our HOA Board Treasurer, but is also a corporation Purchasing Manager.
