It went extremely well. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work is second to none and the contractors were a pleasure to work with. I honestly do not have any complaints to report about these guys.

Tom and his crew are true professionals and craftsmen, which is shown in their process and final product. It is also very refreshing to have all phone calls answered and or promptly returned. We are very happy with all of the work they have done, we will definitely use this company again for future projects!

Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. Bonus, if there was pizza and a beer as the light at the end of the tunnel, they would always put in a few extra hours. Great guys. I will be using All Phases again for my next project.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time, did a complete walk through and explained the process. I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty. I am so thrilled that we are employing Tom for other projects around the house. I truly think considering Tom for your next home project would be a wise decision. Thank you Tom!

They did a great job. The job was started on time and finished on time. Clean up was complete and professional. I feel the pricing was very fair. I would give them an excellent rating and will use them again in the future.

We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation. <br />

They did a terrific job from start to finish!  The service "All Phases Contracting" performed was impeccable!  Again  from start to finish! Tom and his son came to my home to go over all the details of the project. They were there for an hour, explaining in detail all aspects of the project as well as answering all of my questions. I felt confident in moving forward with "All Phases Contracting" leading the way! <br /> Tom even met me one weekday evening at Lowes to help  me in purchasing specific items for the project. I have never tackled a home improvement project of this magnatude before. Tom, as well as his son, were a big help in guiding me in the right direction! <br /> The project started as promised on time. Now, I must tell you, this is my one and ONLY bathroom!! Tom and his crew did a terrific job in keeping me going....literally, through out this project! On the first day,after the bathroom was gutted down to the studs, they put the old toilet back on! Completley functional!  They continued to do this until the new toilet was installed!  Tom had the entire crew there so I wouldn't have too much down time and so they could complete the main part of the project in the 4 day time window that Tom origianally promised.  All told, the project took 8 days.    <br /> Bottom line, this bathroom of mine is beautiful! I can't believe my old 1955 bathroom is now transformed, thanks to "All Phases Contracting", into an amazing 21st Century bathroom!!   <br /> Tom and his crew were at the house when promised and always put down protective, heavy duty drop clothes to protect my wood flooring. At the end of the day, they vacumed up whatever was left behind, as well as taking away  any trash. <br /> I would, without a doubt use "All Phases Contracting" again in a heart beat!  Thank you Tom and Crew! <br />

Excellent, I am very happy with them. I am still working with them. They were very professional, on time, and friendly- I couldn't be any happier with them!

<p>Both Tom Sr. and Tom Jr., along with Freddie and Matt were very professional.  We bought our home about a month before actually moving in.  We met with other contractors but Tom Jr. stood out with his knowledge of what could be done without hesitation.  The written estimate was quickly received and the deal was made.  They had our kitchen gutted in no time!  Tom Jr. met us at Lowe's to give the kitchen consultant the dimensions and for any questions she may have had.  He taught us the difference between solid wood flooring and laminates.  We chose solid hardwood floors to go into a home built in 1950 with no major renovations in its past.   Needless to say, he ran into crooked floors and uneven walls, but his craftsmanship is impeccable and made everything fit just right!    From creating as open a concept as was possible in our old/new home,  right down to crown moulding on cabinets and in living room,  his touches are seen in all 4 rooms.  Tom Sr., did an outstanding job on the new walls and made our old walls look new.  He stained, poly'd, and installed the new oak treads and painted the fronts and sides of stairway and same with bannister. Many hours of spackling & sanding did Tom Sr. perform!!   As my fiancé is retired and I work 3 - 12hr shifts/wk,  we were home pretty much all the time during the reno.   We all became friends, especially my fiancé who was with them everyday!   They have great sense of humors, and can laugh and work at the same time :)  Tom Sr and my fiancé hit it off immediately,  discovering they had similar views -  they were pretty funny to listen to.  Made the reno and having to live out of the upper level for a couple months certainly more tolerable.  Tom Jr. was very courteous in keeping the fridge and stove in the kitchen until the last minute so that we had some comforts :)   Tom Jr. is also to be commended for his patience with us as we requested some extras.  We had a woman come by and knock on the door after all the work was done.  She knew the elderly woman who lived here previously.  We invited her in and she cried at how beautiful the entire downstairs looks!</p> <p>They cleaned everything, everyday when they were done.  We have upstairs renovations to do next and will be contacting All Phases for sure! We actually missed them when they were done & gone!  I would highly recommend them to anyone.</p>

Tom and Matt arrived in a timely fashion, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up once the job was done. The craftsmanship of the work was excellent. Thorough, professional job.  Their bid was on track, although I did ask for extras along the way (such as epoxying the lower 24 inches of the walls, and caulking the wall/floor joints and cinder block areas) -- which meant an extra couple of visits and therefore more labor hours -- which was completely understandable.  I'm very happy with the work, and I will likely use them again for many other jobs at two houses. <br />

<p>The contractor arrived on time and the work was completed in the timeframe promised and the price quoted.</p> <p>It is an older home and the back wall was matched up (T111 installed)  to the way the house was build and looks great.  </p> <p>All the materials were removed and cleaned up after the work was completed both inside and outside.</p> <br />

I have used All Phases a number of times now and I continue to be very happy with the overall process from end to end. They have done projects at my properties in northern NJ, Pike County PA and most recently this one in Dutchess County NY. Overall, they are very flexible and willing to take most all of the hassles out of getting a project done. They are very straightforward to deal with in terms of estimates,contracting and execution and bring great ideas to the table. The work they perform is well thought out and of high quality. I am already planning another project in the fall with them.

The job started on time and as luck would have it we did get unexpected rain on the 4th day of the job.   Tom and his team were well prepared and not a drop of water permeated the inside of the house.  As is the case with any major renovation, we did experience unforeseen items.   Tom was very proactive in bringing these to our attention.  He presented alternative options and provided good input for us to weigh the options.  He furthermore was very equitable on the pricing for such additional <br /> areas.   The originally contracted job met agreed upon schedule.  <br /> Given that we were so pleased with the original work. We actually did a number of optional add on items including replacing some additional windows and doors and we decided to have All Phases replace the wood siding with vinyl across the entire house. <br /> Based on the work that All Phases conducted in summer of 2012, we hired them to replace an additional area of our house in the Poconos in the summer/spring of 2013.  This involved removing approximately 500 feet of large glass panels, repairing the support structureand replacing the glass.  This was another tricky job and it was performed without a glitch. <br /> We also used All Phases to do a number of smaller jobs during 2013 at our home in NJ including insulating and finishing off walls in a garage and painting.  <br /> Currently (January 2014), we have All phases doing interior renovations on a rental property that we have. The scope of this current work includes complete rebuild of two bathrooms, replacement of interior and exterior doors and complete painting. <br /> Overall, we have used All Phases on four projects, totaling roughly $55,000   We have been very pleased with <br /> the transparency, focus on details, their ability to execute and their overall straightforward manner of doing business. I would recommend them without hesitation.      <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>The house is over 100yrs old so every "simple" job can turn into a major project.  Tom was very knowledgeable and patient in finding solutions to accomplish the project in a professional and timely manner.</p> <br />
