"There are two sides to every story. Mr. [Member Name Removed] says beware, but what he neglects to tell you is that he had [Member Information Removed] Landscaper put [Member Information Removed] patio in that wasn’t dug in, it was 8” higher than the grade of the backyard, and his Landscaper used 6 – 8 yards of our top soil to feather in that patio. Mr. [Member Name Removed] wanted us now to bring in 2 – 3 truckloads of fill to re level the backyard to the patio. What he didn’t realize was that he closed off our access, so now we would have to wheel barrow in the dirt to the backyard across his new patio, which was not in our contract. We also had to supply at our own cost another 4 yards of top soil to get the backyard covered, and that’s where the differences are."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with others. It was our pleasure working with you and your family to transform your backyard into a great play area for your children."
