They haven't completed it yet. They didn't have the tools needed. They're okay. The fact that the guys wouldn't solve the problem was a little frustrating for me. They tried to do a good job but they didn't so I wasn't pleased with that.

When Eddie and Andrew first came to our house (2/19/14) to diagnose the problem, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of service. I definitely would have given them all "A" reviews. It was decided that I needed a new control panel. On April 10, 2014 they came to my house to complete the repair. They claimed that they had a hard time getting the part from Subzero and that is what took so long to do the repair. They completed that repair and different repair on my dryer. Again, I was completely satisfied with their work even to the point of asking for several of their business cards to give to friends for referral. I was a happy camper! Later that evening, the control panel malfunctioned just like the old one. I called the office and left a message that the new part was malfunctioning also. The next morning Andrew called me to say that he still had the old part and that they would hang on to it in case it was not actually the problem. He said that he would follow up with Subzero to find out what else could be causing the problem. On April 14, 2014, I spoke with Andrew again. He told me that Subzero thought that they had sent us a defective replacement part and were sending another that they had in stock. He told me that they expected to have the part within two business days. He said that he would call me as soon as the part was received. Sometime around the middle of May, I called Andrew to find out what was going on with the part. He told me that he had no idea what happened and that he would follow up again and call me when the part was in. Beginning in early June and up until June 23, 2014, I left several messages requesting call back. I even went on their website and filled out a request for call back. To date, I have not received any response to my requests. I am out $318.00 because the part still does not work and now I have to hire someone else to do the repair. I have not been rude or short tempered with them. I am at a loss as to why they will not respond to my requests. I verified my home phone number with Andrew and gave him my cell number to make sure he could reach me. I have never had to leave a bad review and I didn't want to do it. However, I have been totally ignored after I paid them to do a job that is still incomplete after six months! <br />

The technicians showed up on time and were very polite. They carefully cleared out the cabinet under the cooktop and had the job done in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the professionalism they showed and the care they took with my things. <br />

Eddie arrived right on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem.  The total repair took approximately 30 minutes, and I was very relieved that I didn't have to buy a new icemaker.  It was a little challenging to find a repair person to work on a Samsung, but I was thoroughly happy with All Pro's Service.  I will definitely call themif I need any additional service to any of my appliances. <br />

Sidney was great! Came out right away and listened patiently as I shared with him what happened to our machine. He gave me a few tips to test if our drain line was really clogged...and then went right to work fixing the motor. Was fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for more than that! This family four was back on track doing laundry in no time. It took me some time to find someone who would service my LG machine and I am thrilled I found him. Thanks for the great service call, Sidney! <br />

I called several providers, and none of them would service a Samsung dryer. One provider recommended that I call All Pro because they typically service Samsung appliances. I am so glad I called All Pro. They answered the phone the first time I called (another issue I was having with other providers), and they made an appointment for the next day. They gave me a 30-minute courtesy call to let me know they were on their way, and showed up right on time. <br /> They completely took apart my dryer, and found a large piece of lint that was trapped behind a vent which was causing the noise and the burning smell. Not only did they fix that issue, but they cleared the dryer of all lint that was trapped in it; I had no idea lint could be stuck in so many places within the dryer. I am very happy with their service and I would happily call them again. They charged me a service call fee, and it was well worth it, because this is not an issue I could have solved myself. <br />

You know how it goes when your washing machine breaks.  First it breaks in the middle of the cycle, so you can't just move the items to the dryer and it always is something you really need.....like the sheets for your bed.  And it somehow becomes the guys problem to get it fixed immediately because the ladies apparently only have enough clothes for one day at a time....LOL! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Anyway, I contacted the manufacturer who ran me through a couple of tests and determined that there was a problem.  They referred me back to the big box store where I purchased the unit about 5 years ago.  First appointment they had available was in 3 days and that would only be to assess the problem and then order the necessary parts.  They could not quote me a price or a fix time without making the $75 initial visit.  Understandable but not in my comfort zone given the pressures put on me by my spouse and daughter. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />From there, I called a couple of providers on Angie's List but they did not service my brand.  One of the providers suggested that I call All Pro Appliance because they service just about everything.  This was late on Thursday afternoon.  Placed the call and it was answered immediately by Andrew.  Told him my problem and he said they would be able to be at my house on Friday between 12pm and 2pm.  Since I work close to my home, I asked him if he could give me a call about 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive (this almost never works, but I always try!).  He said, "no problem", and would see me the next day. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I got a call from Andrew at 11:20am on Friday.  He and Eddie were on their way scheduled to arrive at noon.  They showed up 5 minutes early and knew what the problem was within 2 minutes.  The fix didn't require a part (although they did have the part in the van), it had just come loose and they quickly took off the back of the unit, made the necessary adjustments and had the unit working within 15 minutes.  Too easy, so I told them about another minor problem that had been ongoing for some time.  They knew what the problem was and fixed that also! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Obviously, I was proud of myself for quickly and efficiently getting my family out of this harrowing experience, but I was most impressed with Andrew and Eddie.  They were friendly, courteous and most professional!  They even told me that if the unit experienced the same problem within 90 days and required a part exchange, that the $70 service fee would be waived and I would only be responsible for cost of the part.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Finally, they gave me some great tips on how to maintain and get the most out of my washing machine. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This was a great experience and well worth the money paid.  I even showed them the rest of my appliances to make sure that they could work on those particular models if the need arose.......suffice it to say, they are now a contact in my smartphone! <br />

They didn't show up the next day, as they promised they would!  I took the morning off of work for nothing!  They told me they would be back out to my house on Thursday to get my fridge fixed and they showed up late after 2pm.  On Thursday, they told me that they would be back out on Friday at 6:30pm.  On Friday, I had made an agreement for 6:30pm and they showed up between 4-6pm while I was still at work.  I stopped payment on the check because they ruined all of the food in my refridgerator, roughly $500 worth, and my fridge was completely disassembled and not functioning!  They still haven't fixed my appliance, and they are now unresponsive!  They told me they can come back out on their time and I will just have to accomadate them, but I have already accomadated them to get the job done in the first place and I feel they should be out to my house immediately to fix their error!!!  They said they would call me and let me know when they will be back out, but I have already informed them of my work schedule and they don't seem to care about my time.  How unprofessional of a company that I am relying on for service.  They don't answer their phones or return return call promtly.  Had I seen the most recent repair reviews on Angie's List, I never would have hired them in the first place.

"First, the only truth in her comment is she had a BIG block of ice, the rest of it is fiction. We showed up at the scheduled time Wednesday, June 19, 9:00 am and her appointment was 8:00 am to 10:00 am. After examining a putrid smelly mess we explained to her that the thermostat was bad and it would be $180.00 to replace but for the block of ice was so large we explained that it could damage the unit as well as take several hours to manually defrost which would cost 2 to 3 hours extra. She agreed to the replacement of thermostat and would manually defrost and ask since she had to clean out the rotten food if she could use a blow dryer to speed it up and the answer was no for it could melt the plastic lining, we do it with low steam. On Thursday, June 20 we called three times before noon and left voice messages to see if it had defrosted and we got no response. There were only 4 screws taken out and all we had to do is make sure the ice was totally gone and put the 4 screws back, we wanted to do the final inspection. I figured she wanted to blow dry to make it go faster and clean out the rotten food she might have put the screws in herself being she saw us take them out and be done. At four o’clock I received a call from her cursing me up and down that she hired a house sitter for the day and he didn’t answer her phone, also revealing she was a lawyer and a very busy one. By 5 o’clock one hour after her call we were in front of an empty fridge, with the house sitter, and still looking at a block of ice (very little thaw). We called her at work and explained and she did not want to pay extra and wanted 24 more hours to thaw. We made an appointment for Friday, June 21 from 4-6 pm and at 4:50 pm we were there, no one home. We left our card to call us and called from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm and left 3 voice massages with no response, remember it’s to put four screws back in and a final inspection to close this job, we really wanted someone there. Now on Monday 24, morning @ 8:10 am she called and explained how she lost food and days off work and when I gave her an open schedule for today Monday 6/24/13, from 8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6, her choice, she just wanted to argue and then reminded me she was a lawyer and her office heard us say we would be their Friday @ 6:30pm and that she and her daughter was home till 7:30pm Friday evening and they left a note on the door they were going out for the evening. I explained that if she had answered her phone we had a tech standing by but after 7:30pm Friday and 3 voice mails we would wait for her call. According to Sprint we have on record 10 calls and she has 3 and one is @ 10:00 am today after she had dismissed us this morning @ 8:30 am. We hit redial because she hung up on us. We now have 3 more voice messages left for her because we wanted to make sure that we would not be accused of not returning her call. Now I have a Sprint record that we called and we kept our appointment times and the fridge is repaired. If this customer stops payment we will charge her for theft of service. I have never had to do this to a customer but there is a first time for everything. If there is a question, I will take responsibility but in this case this customer belittled, tried to intimidate and flat mistreated this company and then jumped on a band wagon with another Angie’s customer trying to get something for nothing. Now I must respond the other customer that did receive something for nothing because we were trying to take the high road. For Angie’s customers if you are looking for a company with old fashion service at affordable pricing then we are your company. But as these two bad eggs are trying to pull, something for nothing, then we are not. I’m sure for the customers that just want good old fashion affordable service you will read these and our other comments and agree, we are that company."

Called posted number three separate times between 7:05am and 10:00am (left message the first time) to schedule service. Even though their contact hours states ?Mon - Sat 7 AM to 7 PM?, I received was no answer and got no call back. <br />

Their service is great. They followed up the week before to ensure it was functioning properly. I did have to call them back because of a water pressure issue which was no fault of theirs. They came back and followed up with the LG company because they were perplexed with the problem. They were very conscientious and explained everything throughout the process. They told me to call back in a week to ensure everything was functioning like we wanted. They are really customer care oriented.

This is the most professional, caring, honest firm I have worked with. Their prices are great and they really care about the individual customer. They spend time with you so you have to be patient with them. They showed up either on time or early - in one case much earlier than expected. These guys are knowledgable - they average 15 - 30 certifications each. They dress appropriately and their tools are immactulately packed. They leverage every smart phone option available. You sign the credit card receipt on the smart phone and they can email you a receipt. I was able to send the technician text messages and he responded to me either "real time" or minutes later. If they even THOUGHT they would be late they called you and apologized. Aside from being professional I would call these guys very nice. They were totally respectful and they attempted to educate me - whenever I asked questions they had real answers versus making it up as they went along. These guys are well educated and not your typical technician educated as part of some kind of prison program. Instead my technician was a degree-seeking individual with 15 certifications and it showed. He was methodical, no-nonsense and charged me fairly for his time. When he didn't know something he called his colleagues for help - and that wasn't often. The owner has forgotten more about his business than I will ever know about mine. The man has a mechanical and electrical engineering background. He figures out problems in his head that most can't do after hours of work. It takes him ten minutes to diagnose a problem. They average fewer calls each day - but you have to wait a bit longer. Patience is what I would recommend - and they're worth it. I don't know why the other commenters are so upset - they did exactly what they said - and said what they would do. They did an outstanding job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. <br />

"We first came out on June 18, 2012 and finished on July 9, 2012. A young tech with 22 certifications found the control board bad, would not run several cycles. He called me the owner because the board was on back order for at least 10 days and wanted to know if there was anywhere else we could get if faster. My reply was no because it was a factory back order and no one had it and we do not use generic parts especially one of this cost. If something goes wrong within 90 days I don’t want a hassle with a replacement nor does the customer. The part was replaced and all worked fine. Customer called back in and reported water now going back into dishwasher. Sent a teck that we no longer use because of personal issues that found customer has no anti syphon between garbage disposal and dishwasher. Raising the hose is the only thing we can do without putting in the device that is a federal regulation and will not pass home inspection without. We raised the hose at no cost and explained to homeowner how serious the device is. Got one more call and went myself and saw again that the anti-syphon device is still not installed. Will not install a pump that in my years of experience will not fix this sometimes back flow depending on how often you use your garbage disposal especially when you can put the dishwasher on drain and all water exits. Sorry Member you will not use our company again but as I have told you until you put an anti-syphon device on you garbage disposal to stop backflow to your dishwasher a new pump will not fix this issue and it working most of the time tells me that is your issue."

Washer stopped spinning and draining. There was something stuck in the drain. Technician reported the machine was working properly but there was likely damage to the pump so we might need to replace it eventually. Work completed to our satisfaction. <br />

They came as scheduled to repair my dishwasher. The fellow was polite and seemed to know what to do. He diagnosed a stuck diverter valve. This allows the dishwasher to run half a load. He moved it into position for a full load and said that should do it. If I was not happy with it then the sump assembly would need to be replaced. We lived with this a bit over a week but started having problems  with cleaning. I called they said they'd order the part. I waited over two weeks with no reply and called again. My wife called twice more and I've called two times since - they've never once returned the call. We lived through Thanksgiving <br /> without a dishwasher and now Christmas is fast approaching. We've left messages and talked to a human who I asked to check on the part and call me back which they've never done. I do not recommend this place! <br />

Dryer is not fixed. Dryer shudders. Called provider about dryer still squeaking. He called me a liar and said I did not initially report squeaking - which I did. Now dryer is in worse shape than it was before he came. Want to rescind my earlier post. <br /> <br /> I am canceling my membership to Angie's list due to the provider response below. Pure fiction.

Miscommunication is why it is so important to write down everything you want a technician to look at so you don’t have to depend on memory especially when you have multiple problems with multiple Items to be looked at as your dishwasher we fixed and the refrigerator we gave good advice for you to fix to save you money. I was shown burn marks on clothes and was shown gaping holes around the drum were felt had to be replaced. That is also why we make sure the customer runs the item, drier in this case to make sure it is fixed before we leave and she did and was happy as she had stated in her initial posting on the 19 with straight A’s. While her update posting from the 23 states there are new noises which could have been a recall which happens to the best of companies. We were willing to address within 24 hours of notification, even being the week of Thanksgiving we were still getting to her, but we will never know for we were not given the opportunity to address this with her, she cancealed our service date. “Old fashion service at affordable pricing” is our motto and we live up to it, as we have here."
