Wonderful. Tim ended working Sunday to help us out. We were flooded during Harvey and needed the carpet cleaned in the rental we were moving into. Tim did not hesitate to help us out. This is the third time we have used All Pro and I would not hesitate to highly recommend. They have all the qualities I look for including pride of workmanship.

All Pro did everything well in providing carpet stretching and cleaning services for our home. Tim was accessible by phone, answered questions and explained his cost structure. The service was promptly scheduled within a few days. All Pro was running a little late, but called to let us know their status. Service was terrific. All of our carpeting badly needed stretching; Tim and Adam were able to work around a few large pieces of furniture (we had removed shelf items and small furniture) to take the wrinkles out completely. And the cleaning was terrific. The carpets will not need to be replaced for quite a while after this treatment. Very professional provider with a fair, competitive cost structure. No surprises! I highly recommend. <br />

We dicovered we would be having several important meetings in our <br /> offices the next week and realized our carpets needed cleaning. Badly! <br /> We called at the last minute to see if we could possibly be worked in. <br /> Tim responded as though we were his most favorite client! He recognized <br /> the urgency and immediately made room on his schedule for us for <br /> Saturday. He and his assistant were on time, helpful, positive, and <br /> extremely professional. We hired All Pro Carpet care to clean our carpets, one couch and area rugs. Tim came out on a Saturday and did a great job. Are carpet looks brand new! The couch is white and he got all the stains out. <br /> <br /> <br />

Tim was extremely professional and courteous. He came in to give me an estimate for the carpet stretching and was very honest. The price he quoted was outstanding. I told him about a few other issues I had in the master bathroom and he said he would fix it right up. I was so impressed with his initial work, I called him back to paint the grout and do some touch ups in the master bathroom. He was prompt, polite and worked diligently with his aid. Very receptive to feedback and was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend his services to anyone. <br />

I used this company earlier in the year and was so impressed, that I called them again when my carpets needed another cleaning. I have to say that I was disappointed in the service this time around. The guy that showed up to do my cleaning was very nice and a hard worker. The carpets did not look as good as the finished product, after the first time. One reason is that he did not use the "rack" on the cleaned carpets which was used previously, that really made a hugh difference!! Additionally one of the stains on the living room carpet is still there. He did leave me some of their spot cleaning solution so I will work on the stain myself. I'm also not sure what the difference is in what they do and what others do, but my carpets are left extremely wet after their service, rather than sucking up the majority of the water with their machine. It does dry but takes a couple of days to do so. I have two large dogs that I have to keep confined to the kitchen that is already crowded with the furniture I move into there to allow for the carpets to be cleaned. While I can deal with this, it is very inconvenient and annoying to have to do for a day, much less, 2 days and the night in between. I am still rating them an "A' as hopefully this was just an off day for them. <br /> <br />

He has been with me long enough to know better then to take short cuts and not remove as much water from the carpet and rake afterwards. Thank you for sharing this with me. If not for customers like you, I have no way of knowing what my technician is doing or not doing out there? In regards to the spot bottle, we give a free bottle to most first time customers and then refill there old bottle for free in the future cleanings, which is listed on the bottle. Maybe Adam was not aware that you had an empty old spot clean bottle? Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee to be able to remove all stains, but I will be more than happy to come to your home and try to remove the stain in your living room free of charge. Tim Dolan arrived as promised to look at and discuss what our carpet cleaning needs were. He was on time, calm, professional, and positive. He knew we wanted to have the service done as soon as possible and at a time that the office was not open, and he scheduled service for that Saturday, promising to be there himself to do the work until another staff member could join him after another job was completed. His quote was in line with what we had paid in the past and even less than what we had recently been quoted. He arrived on time that Saturday and set up efficiently and got right to work. Traffic areas and stained areas were treated and worked on so that we would have carpets that looked as professional as we want our offices to look, even the area where people go in and out of the warehouse, tracking additional dirt. His assistant arrived later and also did a great job, cleaning the several carpet runners we have and helping with the overall project. We were pleased with the outcome, and surprised at how many of the stains and "wear patterns" disappeared. In the past we have noticed streaks or dirt lifting back up after carpets dry and the service provider has gone, but not this time. It is really clean! Tim knows what he's doing and is the best carpet cleaning professional we have ever contracted. We heartily recommend his company to provide carpet cleaning services, and we will have him back in a few months to do his magic again! <br />

All Pro did an amazing job on my carpet and my tile looks like new after they cleaned the grout. They were efficient and professional and very pleasant. I will definitely hire All Pro again. I am going to ask them to come back to do the grout in my laundry room and bathrooms. I highly recommend their services. <br />
