The owner John missed the initial appointment because of a baby sitter issue. I rescheduled with him. He came out and reportedly fixed the gutter in the front and was not able to fix our side gutter due to an issue that we were not aware of. I thought he was a nice professional young man. A few days later we had a rainstorm and we noticed right away that the gutter in front of the house was not working. I texted him immediately with the issue and a picture of the rain dumping. He said he would come out the next day. He never came and never responded again to my messages or phone call. I spent $150 and NOTHING was fixed.

Completion of the job was interrupted for a couple of days when the power washer broke down. Jonathan told us that he would return that Saturday to complete the work. When he failed to appear we tried calling him but could not reach him until Monday. He rescheduled for that afternoon and while arriving later than expected, completed the job. He listened to my concerns about specific areas that needed extra attention and took care of them. He is a polite and pleasant young man. pointed out to him that felt required more attention
